Upon arrival was greeted by 3 staff members, ordered online with pick up in store, didn't have to wait too long. Store was clean.

Honestly this Starbucks is just ridiculous at this point. Every time I come in, the staff looks miserable and acts like acknowledging customers is some huge effort. They barely say hello, they move like they're half-asleep, and they get an attitude the second you ask for something iced. It is a coffee shop. People literally order iced drinks every day. What really got me was how rude they were about it. Laughing in someone's face and saying "yeah we don't make that here" like it's a joke. That is insane customer service. Nobody should feel stupid for ordering a drink. The whole place feels lazy, judgmental, and unprofessional. It's embarrassing. The manager seriously needs to step in because this is not normal behavior from an entire team. If the staff hates their job that much, they should not be taking it out on customers. I'm done with this location. I'll go somewhere that actually knows how to treat people with basic respect ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! read more

Second time here and drinks are watered down and stingy on extras that I pay for. The drink pictured was suppose to have a caramel lined cup. Does anyone SEE the caramel anywhere?? Cuz I sure as heck didn't taste it. Not to mention the it is super loud, music is loud and blaring. Studying is extremely difficult here. I came in asking for a venti nitro with vinilla cream cold foam, with ice. The girl @ the dromt goes oh ok sorry we don't add the ice with the drink you can get it separately on the side. Which is completely dumb and outrageous because I've gotten that drink at every other Starbucks. And she wouldn't let me add the ice in it. I ended up leaving because theres no reason why they can't add ice the the drink. Your employees are rude and disrespectfu. it's not my fault they don't like doing they're job. do better. read more

I've been coming here ever since it was open.(Not sure when it opened but I'm certain I came to the opening). It's just like any other Starbucks, sells coffee, breakfast & brunch, etc. This one has nice employees, I don't know who's in management but they are hiring nice and confident employees. The new ones could be a little lost sometimes but that's fine because the food and drinks always make up for it. The food is the same, I got a sandwich one of those egg things and a pink drink (literally what it's called I think). This Starbucks is a must go to for coffee because of how nice the employees are and how they serve you your food and kindness. :) read more

I've always gone to the Starbucks and lately the quality has been going down. Starbucks has always been known for its High customer service, but I don't think this one is. I order an açai refresher with water and I emphasize if it was with water and they actually gave it to me with lemonade. Then I asked for a bite extra toasted and of course it wasn't toasted. The sticker said what I said, but the Coffee didn't come out that way. It was suppose to be an Americano with cream and suga but it came out like a weak tasteless something non-coffee (tea perhaps IDK). I was down the road after the first taste and had to pour it out. Starbucks on the corner of Dykes and Miramar Pkwy. What else can I really say about a Starbucks that you don't already know. Not much, obviously, but this is my go-to Starbucks since I live so close to it. Sitting right next to the CVS Pharmacy, there isn't much parking in the lot, but enough to fit the amount of people the location holds. There are a good amount of tables here to work from as well as a community table to accomodate more people on laptops. The only reason this place gets one star off is because I have the hardest time connecting my Google Chromebook laptop to their wifi. I know it's not really their fault but their wifi is associated with Google so I have a hard time understanding why my Google Chromebook, can't always connect. Other than that, this is the home to where I work from remotely when I can't trek over to my favorite independent coffee shops more north. You'll most likely see me here furiously clicking away on my laptop or my head buried in my planner. read more

Great Starbucks at the corner of Miramar Pkwy and Dykes. A barista that I have known for a long time and from other stores works here. She has always been great and it shows among the other baristas too. Everyone is friendly and efficient. Parking here is more plentiful than other Starbucks so it was easy to get in and out of. This Starbucks is a piece of crap. The drive thru barista did not want to work today and was super rude. On top of that they didn't have hardly anything. It was only 3 in the afternoon on a Tuesday and they don't have hardly any paninis, no bread loafs, and were out of cinnamon. Plus they no longer carry nutmeg, what is that? Starbucks are pretty typical overall and while their lattes and fraps may taste the same in every location, I'm not really a fan of this spot. My issue with this location is literally it's location. The parking area is small, mainly one way and not easy to navigate through. During any giving time it's a major traffic cluster that becomes too big of a hassle. The plus is that there is a drive thru, but if you want to go inside, good luck finding parking. On the plus side the inside holds a ton of tables and seating areas. I never saw so many people in one Starbucks that wasn't in a touristy area before. The barista was really nice, but honestly, I'm not that big of a Starbucks fan to justify getting there to come back, but if someone wants to pick me up something I'm definitely going to be down for that. read more

Late one night we decided to stop at this Starbucks to get something sweet to eat and to drink. We were on our way to do one of our favorite - drive through the city, admiring all the lights and perfect views. This was our first time at this Starbucks and I have to say, it was the best 'Starbucks' experience I've had. (They, like Chick-Fil-A, have the best customer service to me.) The young man at the drive-thru was the sweetest, most thoughtful, and helpful, employee. He helped us to create some specialty drinks and even though they were a bit complicated, he obliged. Not once did he fuss about us going back and forth, switching up our order and being a bit indecisive. He made an effort to help us narrow down what we wanted and in the end, we were very satisfied with our order. He was there for us and made sure to have happy customers when we left. After going to Texas Roadhouse nearby and desperately craving some coffee, I passed by this Starbucks with my boyfriend. It was Saturday afternoon and I was surprised to note that the drive-thru line was immense. It was so much so that it could have easily wrapped itself around a couple of times. Given all this, we chose to go inside instead. In comparison, it was relatively empty. However, the fact that they were changing shifts and the fact that the drive-thru was so busy did indeed impact my order. I had ordered a tall white chocolate mocha with non-fat milk and no whip, but instead I was given a tall mocha. Had it not been that I tasted it before I left, I would have gone from Miramar to Hialeah and never known a thing. Because my drink was made incorrectly, I had to wait to grab the barista's attention, and well, this was difficult to do because the place was bursting with business. Not to mention that one of the coffee machines had a technician working on it, so it seemed everyone was all over the place. Five to ten minutes later, I was finally able to grab a barista's attention as to my incorrect order and it was fixed. The drink was perfect and I have no complaints about it, but honestly speaking, given the madhouse I saw, I do not think three employees is enough to handle all that work. read more

With new changes and upgrades to the restaurant, it attracted new customers, and it was effortless to reach Gold Status on your rewards card during the first month. All you had to do was purchase one drink and BOOM - you were instantly Gold Status! The baristas are team players and strive to make your drinks exemplary. Stacey is soooo Nice! Today I had the idea of having one of the new coffee medium roasted, but since I like it with HOT milk, Stacey told me that they can put the milk the way I like it. It was perfect and a new coffee for me... you know Wendy likes to try new things!!! I ordered a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese for my mom and it smell so good. She enjoyed it very much. Perfect Starbucks location with drive through and phenomenal staff, I would say that the best ever. They all greet people with a "good morning" and when people leave they all say " have a good day!" So I've been going to this Starbucks a few times now, it has turned into one of our study locations. The staff is nice but usually seemed very rushed even on days that the store looks empty. Besides that rushed feeling the coffee comes out quick especially since I usually just stick with one of the cold brews. The parking area is small so it fills up quickly as well as the seating inside(seems like they keep the heat on inside which I would prefer it a little lower) they do have some tables outside and with this nice weather it makes it a pleasant setting. If you haven't had one of their cold brews I would recommend you to try them. They are full of flavor and really give me that energy needed to study haha. read more

Unfortunately people can make your day a little brighter or a little more annoying. First off this location used to be across the street in the other plaza (It's a Jersey Mike's now that location), second off it has a drive through which we needed in the area. That being said, I hate the parking here with the drive through and all it can get pretty crazy in the morning and during lunch. Parking is extremely sparse which is a huge downside since the nearest lot in the other plaza is a bit of haul and can be dangerous on foot. As for the location itself, since it moved to this standalone building it has more a cozy intimate feel which is nice. The table in the middle has a bunch of charging ports which is great when the tables along the wall are taken. This location also has a clover which is great and the last few times I have ordered my barista has upped my cup size so that my coffee will cool instead of staying warm, so major points for that. The other issue with this location is it's size, because of that it gets pretty full pretty fast which is a major downside, especially when you need a table and the baristas can get a bit frazzled between the drive through and the amount of people in the store. Aside from all that the new location is great in the sense that's new and very organized and I love the fact that it has the great charging table BUT it needs a bigger lot and better organization inside. read more

I moved here from out of state so I've only been coming to this Starbucks for about a month and I come almost daily. I order the same thing every time and have for years. Venti iced green or black tea lemonade 4 pumps classic. The only thing I dislike about this Starbucks is every single time I come my drink tastes different than the last. Yesterday i cake and was handed my drink that had red floating particles in it, looked like chewed food. I asked the girl what it was and if she could please re make it. She didn't say a word and grabbed it from me rudely and came back with another one that was much lighter in color. I knew she just dumped and added water or ice. I've learned for most Starbucks locations it's just best to order ahead by the app. I'll usually order when I'm about 4 minutes away and my order is always ready on the pick up shelf. So my husband and I come to this Starbucks at least weekly. Today we went at around 7:30AM Surprisingly it was not busy inside or drive thru. We order our normal food and coffee.. We went to put cream and sugar there was no sugar.. So my husband told them and they handed us a few sugars.. While I was reaching for a stirrer I noticed something very small crawling in the area where the condiments were. As I looked closer it was a bunch of very very small spiders.. Totally disgusted and freaked that the spiders might be in the cream. I threw my coffee out and we left.. The last week when we were here the coffee was cold we bought it to go , so to late to return. Disappointed because this is our local coffee shop. For my first time being here, I really really really like it. I was excited that they finally opened up a bigger location, which means bigger and more study tables. So far, the service here is pretty awesome. They have great, energetic and friendly staff. The place is clean and neat. Since it's opening, I can see that there's a constant hustle and bustle of people. Unfortunately, you can't really predict who you're going to be surrounded with, so noise level can be quiet in some times and then really loud (due to really loud HS kids, or the blender). I believe that what makes or breaks your Starbucks experience is the people around you. Hence, it's always the luck of the draw with the customers here, especially if you're gonna study for a long time. I can never complain about Starbucks' products because they are always consistent. I'm really glad that they have big study table now, but there's not that many plugs around, I suggest installing one in EVERY table. If you're a local, the big wooden table in the Starbucks on other side of the bridge (Miramar Pkwy) has multiple plugs underneath, so if you're gonna study with a big group go there. If you're with a small study group or by yourself, then come this one. Overall, I'll probably come to study here or the other Starbucks of Miramar Pkwy and I'll debate which is the best one. read more

Great location for grabbing coffee while running errands. I order online, and they are generally right on - when I walk through the door, I spot my fave latté waiting for me to grab n go! Employees are always friendly, store always looks clean and well-stocked. Just the right amount and thickness of foam is the "make it or break it" for me. I only have one barista whom I cringe a little inside when I see that she made my drink (foam is thin, bubbly, and sometimes none on the top) - she is super sweet, though! I know they will redo it, no problem, but I order online in order to save time. First-world problem, so I just suck it up.
