I am a regular here and love the fact almost all the baristas know me by name and order. They have a great chemistry with each other and that makes for an excellent environment. One major drawback: parking. It feels up very quickly and there is SO much land that more parking could be done. However, rarely do I have a problem. It's fine in the weekday mornings since the biggest rush is the drive-thru so there's usually parking spots available. (Weekends are a different story) Parking aside, my drinks are always made right and they've definitely come a long way in the past year. This Starbucks once was my favorite location. I was familiar with everyone there. Some even recognized my voice or remembered my Favorite order. They were quick in service and friendly. Efficient. Now the whole staff if different and everything is totally the opposite. It's is so slow and the worst service I've experienced at a Starbucks in a long time. Go between 3-7pm and watch the long lines. The long wait. There's no immediate greeting. They are on their phones and talking to each other. There's been so many mistakes in order. One day last week it took so long I pulled out of the drive through and left. Please get them some help. I go to the one on further away to get better service. read more

I go to this starbucks at times when i'm near by and it's very convenient. I never usually have any problem at all when I order from here. Baristas/employees over all great customer service. I was just a very disappointed onceI had ordered from here today had ordered the same thing as I usually do. The barista (was most likely new) at first given me a hot latte. Barista was most likely new. Just after waiting I received the iced latte looking like..basically just milk... doesn't look like any matcha was in it at all. I mean that's the whole reason I go there to get the 'Matcha' iced latte.. it's gross sipping it and sipping milk. in my opinion honestly. very disappointed. in the future I hope that the quality of the drink is there and that I don't have to not only waste $5 for the drink. read more

The staff is great, my order has never been wrong here and I come probably 2-3 times a week The drive thru can get a little backed up and the parking lot tends to be full. My one suggestion is that the AC be a little warmer inside. It's unpleasant how cold it is! No matter how many hot beverages I have I end up leaving because it is just too cold. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Just stopped by this location and I was in line for 15 minutes only to try and order a sandwich but they were out of the first two sandwiches I tried, so I finally settled for a third option I didn't really want. THEN, I try and order a nitro cold brew, but they tell me they are out of the nitro cold brew and cold brew period. Just cancelled my order and left to another location. Why always out of all day items? Has happened frequently even in the morning. You tell me you're out of numerous sandwiches. I order a another item. I get to the window and after paying you tell me you're out of the item I paid for and to choose something else? Once I paid for a specific item and drove off. When I checked the bag it was replaced with another item of much lesser value without my knowledge. I'm assuming it's because you were out of the sandwich I had ordered. read more

I love how convenient this Starbucks is... Right by my neighborhood, can't get any better!! It is an awesome place to just unwind and relax with some coffee. Or if you are like me, you would get the Passion Tea or the strawberry banana smoothie. I love the setup of this Starbucks, not too big or overly packed, as others are in the area. They always offer great service and the staff is well trained, unlike other local starbucks in the area that shall remain nameless. I'm very impressed at their vast menu selections and the freshness of their pastries too. I do know that they are packaged, but i have never gotten anything old or stale at this location. Honestly, my experience here was ridiculous. There was absolutely no hospitality from any of the barista's. We were at the counter for 10 minutes literally waiting for someone to help us. I love Starbucks. Try to go as much as I can. This specific one is on my way to work so it's great. The only down side is that whenever I order a frapp that has whip cream on top and I choose almond milk they assume I'm vegan or something because they don't put my whip cream. Not the first time they've done this. Has happened multiple times. If I forget to remove it and then it's my fault. But I did not remove it. Don't assume that I want it removed. That's the only thing bad about that. Oh and the parking lot is small. read more

I've only walked in once, and now I send my BF inside to grab my order. As someone with crazy anxiety who tries to get in and out of a crowded area as quickly as possible, the baristas made it inconvenient by keeping their heads turned, facing downward to avoid customer interaction. There were so many working that morning. They all did the same. I shouldn't have to wave someone down. The parking area isn't very big, but if you're lucky and quick enough, you might be able to outrun the jerk coming in through the wrong end of the one-way to grab it. The drive-thru is my preferred method of ordering/pick-up, but on a week day, it will take about 30 minutes just to get to the intercom. So, head out early. read more

Parking is a mess and drive thru service is always slow with orders always getting mixed up. My friends and I have become sick at this location when we order drinks with whipped cream, nonfat milk, or soy milk. It doesn't appear they keep these refrigerated. I drive down the street to the Starbucks on Pines and just east of Dykes. It's a little more out of the way, but worth it. read more

This is one of my favorite spot. I have been come here to study when they just opened like 3 years ago. Until today the lady I think she is quite new. First she is very polite but i waited for 15 minus for my drink. When I came and asked her she told me someone must took my drink. She re made the drink and asked what is the order again and the size of the drink" I told her it is Grande Vanilla coconut milk latte" and she made me a hot drink "a almond milk with 2 shots of expresso". Visited this location 5 times the past two weeks and every single time I went, the wifi has been down! I am a paying customer and I just wished they told me that the wifi is down so I can go look for a different strbucks to do some school work and purchase my drink. Smh stabucks -.- read more

Not a huge fan of Starbucks. Last resort. They don't make the drinks very well here but least their staff is pretty friendly.

I love Starbucks! The place is cozy, the baristas are friendly and I always feel welcome here.
