This Starbucks location is nice and in a shopping center with a lot of parking available, however some are market off for construction. It's a little small on the inside, but still has some tables as well as a few tables for outdoor seating as well. I was sad to see no writing on my cup though...I think that's been a really positive marketing tactic. read more

The tables also had water on them (thankfully I looked before placing my laptop). When I went to the bathroom there was p***/p** all over the toilet and there was no paper seats/toilet paper. Um, honestly I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad for here--I'm here a couple times a week or at least weekly for as long as I've lived within a 10 min walk from it, so like 3+ years. The staff is always welcoming, my drink has always been both accurate + consistent, and when mobile ordering it's always ready earlier than estimated. Sometimes they get backed up because of mobile orders, but that's not their fault, they can't predict that. That happens at literally every Starbucks. But even when they're crazy slammed or close to closing, they've always been nice and accommodating--maybe don't be a jerk to people and they'll be nice back...? read more

I am a sucker for free stuff! So today it was announced, you get a free red holiday cup if you purchase a holiday drink. Not just any cup! But the RED REUSABLE CUP! ITS 90degrees out here in my hood. Came in today (this is not my usual Starbucks location) and I would not come back here. Although the young girl who took my order was friendly she got my drink wrong and didn't give me a receipt. She didn't even offer to give me one. If I had been given my receipt I could have noticed right away they charged me for a venti drink when I ordered a grande. I went to the bathroom while I was waiting for my drink. That was a big mistake it was filthy. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. The floor looked like it had never been mopped. All wet and covered in dirty shoe prints. Urine all over the toilet seat that I had to clean up just to use it. This disgusting mess is common at places that have shared bathrooms between men and women instead of having a "ladies" room. I went to get my drink and first of all saw they had given me the wrong size. Secondly the cup had brown sticky stuff all over the cup. No one had even attempted to clean it up before giving it to the customer. Also I had told them to please only give me a few ice cubes... very light ice... and instead they had given me 1/3rd a cup of ice. So I called the employee over and pointed out that they gave me the wrong size drink and gave me a dirty sticky cup. I was told opps I charged you for the bigger size. They offered to give me a smaller drink but didnt offer to refund me the extra they had charged me. I showed them they had given me a sticky cup with a spill all down the side. They gave me napkins to clean it. I would NOT recommend coming here. Bathroom is kept filthy, employees dont listen or follow directions when you order, they overcharge you, just sloppy and careless. I notice this is common when places hire kids instead of adults. I understand they do that because they want to pay the bare minimum and kids can accept that. But when I go to places with adults working I usually get way better service and its usually kept much cleaner. read more

I have been going to this location consistently for 5 or more years. After reading the reviews I had to write my own. This location has really kind staff. They always offer whip cream for our dogs. I've experienced many customers that were over the top, and they handled it with professionalism. For example, I recently rotated a cup to read the name for an order and the customer asked for a completely new cup of coffee! I need to catch his name, but there's a male that has been working here since the start of me coming. He has never shown me anything, but respect. I feel as if this location gives a laid back Orange County vibe rather than an assembly line vibe that you get from a lot of huge locations. Lastly, I think they've made a mistake on my coffee less than a handful of times in at least 5 years. That's a pretty good rate. The rating provided for this location is quite misleading. read more

I don't know if it's because it's close to a high school and they are just over it, but at all times this location is missing the friendly vibe that most Starbucks have. The incompetence of the workers is unbelievable. I mobile ordered and had to wait 15 minutes for my drink to be made and there was no one in the store. Something needs to change with the management and staff there because this is unacceptable. I order a $5 coffee and got nothing but cream which is free from my house. This location ends up being a popular spot for most of my meetings. It's literally a few feet away from the 5 freeway and very convenient. I love that it extends out further than most locations. There's plenty of parking, seating, and optional patio seating. Service is friendly however the loud noise from the espresso machine usually drowns out any conversation I'm having. The drinks I've gotten here have been average; nothing fancy or well done. I just prefer this place for its convenience and its close proximity to my home. read more
