Small Latte

This review is for a mobile order of a small latte picked up today at 8 am. I requested a latte with whole milk, regular foam, extra hot. Thoughts: 1. Taste: I took a few sips to try to convince myself that despite the lack of foam and heat, the taste would be great. But, no, the taste left me wondering why I spent $5.10 on this mediocre drink. 2. Foam: Does the thin layer stuck to the bottom of the lid count? See attached image. 3. Temperature: Warm, not extra hot so I wasted a cup sleeve. Final thoughts: Peets has always been the last chain coffee shop that served quality coffee. Those days are over? Are they becoming more about quantity over quality like Starbucks?

This is a really nice peaceful Peet's, service was great also. I ordered the Havana iced which I highly recommend if you like cinnamon.

Medium Espresso Chai Latte with oatmilk ! Yummy !

My first time here today because I needed a pick me up before my nail appointment next door. I ordered a medium iced espresso latte with oatmilk. Service was quick and the staff who helped me was extremely friendly and even chatted with me about their app and points program. Ambiance was chill - chiller than Starbucks. I would definitely be back. Just had a couple sips of my coffee - ain't hitting me yet, but it is really yummy ! Will update you guys on how dank the espresso is after I finish this drink. Lol

Easily 10 out of 5 stars…read more I've been coming here since they first opened about three years ago and can honestly say this is hands down the best coffee in SoCal. Genuinely surprised I haven't left a review sooner. It's a small, quaint shop with a clean and mellow interior, relaxing jazz playing in the background, and aroma of freshly brewed coffee that always transports me back to Japan. Daisuke and his team greet everyone with such genuine warmth that you immediately feel welcomed. Their hospitality is unmatched, but what keeps me coming back is the consistency. Every drink is made with care, and they're always happy to take the time to explain the differences between their beans, recommend something based on your preferences, and answer any questions without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about both their craft and their customers. I usually order the café au lait, and it's the only coffee shop where I'm confident in asking them to make it however they like. Every now and then I'll also pick up a bag of their beans to brew at home, and I highly recommend doing the same. They carefully help you choose from their wide variety, then grind the beans for you or sell them whole if you have your own grinder. Grinding fresh beans takes about 15-20 minutes, so if you're driving from farther away, I'd recommend calling ahead or placing an order through their website for pickup. The quality of the coffee speaks for itself, but what really sets this place apart is the experience. It's rare to find a coffee shop where both the product and the people are this consistently exceptional. Where most coffee shops tend to rush you out I think the difference here is that you genuinely feel welcomed. Wishing Daisuke and the entire team nothing but continued success. They deserve every bit of it. If you're looking for incredible coffee, authentic Japanese hospitality, and a place that genuinely cares about what they serve, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't regret it.

I asked the cashier what he would recommend based on my preferences and he came through with an absolute killer recommendation. If you purchase whole beans, they will roast them for you. The process will take 30 minutes, so keep that in mind. You will also have the rest of the beans for 4 to 7 days before being able to use them. You can purchase the beans in three different size bags. Can't wait to go back! As an extra, the staff is very friendly and the coffee shop is super cute.

I've been here a few times before and have always enjoyed both their coffee and matcha. This visit, I couldn't decide between the two, so I was excited to see the Matcha Americano on the menu. It's essentially an Americano topped with matcha instead of milk, making it a great option for someone like me who is lactose intolerant. The drink had a nice bold coffee and matcha flavor. I did ended up adding a little honey when I got home since I wanted a little bit of sweetness. I also have to give credit to the service. For a holiday weekend, I was surprised there was only one employee working, especially with a steady line of customers coming in. My drink took a little longer than usual, but considering the barista was taking orders, making drinks, and running the register all by herself, she was incredibly efficient and kept everything moving smoothly. Overall, another great visit, and I'll definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in the area.

I found Milk & Honey Café on Yelp and it looked cute, so we decided to check it out. It's tucked into a shopping plaza but has such a charming little café vibe when you walk in. The service was quick and super friendly, which is always appreciated when you're fresh off a hike and just want caffeine ASAP. We both ordered iced Americanos and they were honestly perfectly smooth, strong, and exactly what we needed. While we were there it started getting pretty busy with people coming in for coffee and grabbing food, which is always a good sign. We overheard a few people talking about how good the food is, so now I'm definitely curious and will have to come back to try something off the menu. Overall it was a great little post-hike stop. Good coffee, great energy, and a cute spot to hang for a bit. We'll definitely be back.

Solid spot with a great vibe, just needs a little consistency.

Ambience 5/5 Located in the same plaza as sprouts, there is plenty of parking in the parking lot, when you walk in there are a mixture of tables and bar seating/booths along the wall. Grateful for groups of 4 to 5, we're coming here solo or for a coffee date. There are outlets along the front wall, our seating, and the booths on the side to get work done (great plus!). They do play music so noise level is average with the typical coffee shop. Sounds as well. What I really loved was the multitude of sitting areas around the whole coffee shop and also a little play area for toddlers. (Kitchen play) next to the door -- so adorable! Drink 5/5 I got a small lavender latte, it tastes super flavorful, strong lavender flavor, and I asked for a little bit light sweetness (less honey). Sometimes when I get lavender lattes, they have a little bit of bitter aftertaste, but this wasn't the case at all. They also have awesome looking seasonal flavors that I'll have to come back to try sometime. Service 5/5 I know others have had something to say, but everyone was super friendly and you could tell that coworkers got along -- seems like a really good work culture where people become friends :) Overall, I love to this coffee shop. If I lived near the area, I would definitely be a regular, but will certainly keep this as a place to stop by when I'm passing through the area!
