    Small Latte

This review is for a mobile order of a small latte picked up today at 8 am. I requested a latte with whole milk, regular foam, extra hot. Thoughts: 1. Taste: I took a few sips to try to convince myself that despite the lack of foam and heat, the taste would be great. But, no, the taste left me wondering why I spent $5.10 on this mediocre drink. 2. Foam: Does the thin layer stuck to the bottom of the lid count? See attached image. 3. Temperature: Warm, not extra hot so I wasted a cup sleeve. Final thoughts: Peets has always been the last chain coffee shop that served quality coffee. Those days are over? Are they becoming more about quantity over quality like Starbucks?

This is a really nice peaceful Peet's, service was great also. I ordered the Havana iced which I highly recommend if you like cinnamon.

My first time here today because I needed a pick me up before my nail appointment next door. I ordered a medium iced espresso latte with oatmilk. Service was quick and the staff who helped me was extremely friendly and even chatted with me about their app and points program. Ambiance was chill - chiller than Starbucks. I would definitely be back. Just had a couple sips of my coffee - ain't hitting me yet, but it is really yummy ! Will update you guys on how dank the espresso is after I finish this drink. Lol

You will also have the rest of the beans for 4 to 7 days before being able to use them. You can purchase the beans in three different size bags. Can't wait to go back! As an extra, the staff is very friendly and the coffee shop is super cute.

I read that this is owned by a Japanese couple who has extensive knowledge and love for coffee. Tucked in a corner within a small shopping plaza by a Japanese bakery, Mameya is a micro roaster that offering coffee enthusiasts and connoisseurs an opportunity to select over a dozen raw single origin and blend beans. Excellence in every Roast. at Mameya, there is precisely. And passion to every bean. Service is great. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly if you have any questions or inexperienced. The ambiance is intimate and rather small. There isn't a lot of space where you can sit or stand. Pros: I ordered their pour over common blend and it was solid. I also grabbed a 12oz bag of their Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural. It took about 20 minutes for them to complete the roasting process. After 4 days, I grinned the beans for a pour over and could tell this was already going to be a decent cup of joe. I did not see any significant bloom but the draw time was great based on my grind size. Cons: This shop is too far and too small so if there is a line and you don't have time, you might have to skip the experience. While I don't anticipate Mameya expanding, I would come back in a while.

My sister and I really enjoyed the coffee during our last visit, so we were hoping the matcha would live up to the same standard. I ordered the Double Matcha Latte with oat milk and 50% sweetness, and it had a really nice strong matcha flavor. My sister got the Raspberry Matcha Latte, since raspberry is usually her go-to flavor pairing, and she liked it overall but realized raspberry may not be her favorite fruit to combine with matcha. The server also mentioned that the drinks are sweetened with agave, which was nice to know. I also appreciated that they don't charge extra for milk alternatives, especially as someone who is lactose intolerant. Even at 50% sweetness, I probably could have gone a little less sweet, but overall it was still a great experience. Definitely a place I'd come back to again.

Grateful for groups of 4 to 5, we're coming here solo or for a coffee date. There are outlets along the front wall, our seating, and the booths on the side to get work done (great plus!). They do play music so noise level is average with the typical coffee shop. Sounds as well. What I really loved was the multitude of sitting areas around the whole coffee shop and also a little play area for toddlers. (Kitchen play) next to the door -- so adorable! Drink 5/5 I got a small lavender latte, it tastes super flavorful, strong lavender flavor, and I asked for a little bit light sweetness (less honey). Sometimes when I get lavender lattes, they have a little bit of bitter aftertaste, but this wasn't the case at all. They also have awesome looking seasonal flavors that I'll have to come back to try sometime. Service 5/5 I know others have had something to say, but everyone was super friendly and you could tell that coworkers got along -- seems like a really good work culture where people become friends :) Overall, I love to this coffee shop. If I lived near the area, I would definitely be a regular, but will certainly keep this as a place to stop by when I'm passing through the area!
