Great location for a Starbucks. All shopping centers should have a coffee shop. These guys are great in the morning, and not so great in the evenings. It's really a hit and miss. For the most part, the employees are nice. The location is semi clean. And as far as the drinks, If its something simple they get it right the 1st time. read more

This review is for someone works as barista. Where are those friendly Connie and Steve smiles? Not feeling the welcoming and greetings not anymore as when they were here. Can we blame pandemic ? Staff shown no smiles no question not asking if you want sugar? Milk or anything. I came to a Starbucks not just for a cup of coffee, I wanted to feel that Starbucks smile, greeting and welcoming that I won't get from home brewed coffee. So, I like coming here because of the location and the staff is friendly and they are better than other locations when making drinks. Except one barista. I'm knocking a star down because of this one guy and it's not the first time I've had a bad experience with him. I honestly don't know how he's still working there, his drinks suck. I recently ordered a Frap through their app because I don't want to deal with lines and usually just pop in and out. I came Saturday morning after placing my online order and I always ask for extra whipped cream when I order because they always hardly put any. I arrived a little early and thankfully I ordered online because there were so many people waiting for their drinks. I came just in time to see the horrible barista making my drink and I thought "oh great..." He makes it and puts it aside and I had to wait to finally get it. My drink was finished and just sitting there behind the glass where I couldn't reach. Usually they make the drink and leave it out so when people order online they just grab it and go. I couldn't ask for it right away because he looked all annoyed and bothered. Oh Lord forbid. I finally got my drink and felt a wave of disappointment. There was hardly any whipped cream in there. Like as if he took a tablespoon and plopped a little bit and called it a drink. I know you're thinking, "well why don't you just ask them to add some more to it while you're there?" Sadly I've tried this in the past with the same barista and he acted as if I was the fat fuck of the face of the Earth for asking for just a decent amount of whipped cream in my drink, as he only added a splash more, made a disgusted facial expression, and said "Is that enough?!" He makes me feel so uncomfortable and gives that douchey vibe of a horrible Tinder date named Chett, or some shit. I always ask extra when I place my order because they hardly add any whipped cream. If I'm ordering a diabetus status drink, I'm going all the way and if you're charging me $5+ for a grande milk drink with a hint of coffee you better make it look like the photos you're advertising on the wall. Again, this is my go-to because it's most convenient and I mostly have a good experience here, but this barista needs some training on how to make a decent drink and stop acting so rude towards the customers. read more

They deserve a 1 star for serving me half full (or half empty) cup considering I'm the only customer there. ***see photo*** Yes, I could've checked before I left; but I was rushing back to my office. Staff is great!!! Super friendly, and there is lots of them at this store. Seems like they're very well staffed. Small but clean and efficient store. Its not a drive thru but sure gets people in and out quick. Small cafe seating space but good amount of seating with outlets available. Free parking lot with plenty of other free parking in the plaza. Located in plaza with Pavilions and Wendys. read more

The ONLY consistent baristas! My drink is perfect every time at this location. They don't just throw in extra ice the actually make it like I ask. They are kind and it's ok that they are not jumping with joy when they serve my order. They are human too. I'm sure we're not a ray of sunshine when we place our orders. :) read more

Ugh they always get my order wrong here! I'd rather go across the parking lot to the sb inside Von's (even if I can't order ahead on the app there). I like the app bc it makes it harder to mess up an order.. usually. Apparently not here. They take awhile even if it's not crowded. And my green tea latte is never mixed! Given that's a problem almost all sbs. But this location is the worst, with chunks of matcha powder in my drink :(. #6 read more

Awesome staff! Always clean and they make my drinks perfect every single time! This location does have new hours so they need to update their Yelp account. They now close at 10pm and Fridays at 10:30pm. Also, a tip is to avoid coming during 3-4pm because it is always busy because lots of students come so that's their busiest time that I have seen in my opinion. But even during rushes, they are prompt and very helpful to customers! Awesome awesome store read more

Came in here with my fiance the other day to just get a quick cup of coffee to go. There was a short line that we waited in (your typical scene at Starbucks). The service was friendly, like it is at most Starbucks's that I have encountered. There are some tables and chairs. But the place is kind of small. Love that there is free wifi, as it is at like all Starbucks locations though. The unisex restroom was clean. Overall, your standard Starbucks Coffee. First time at this location today. It's a bit on the smaller side, so finding a seat may be a bit difficult if you're planning to stay inside. The barista who was working at the register today was super friendly. He suggested the peach syrup when I was getting my iced green tea refill, it tastes like trolli peach rings! Clean, Cozy and in a great location. You can grab a cup of coffee in the morning and take a nice peaceful walk around the block. Staff is always polite and helpful. Horrible customer service experience with both Kaitlyn and Karla. I ordered a cold drink and they bothrefused to hand me a straw and told me go get it yourself they are on the counter. Like my jaw dropped! All at 7am. REALLY!!! With most people only starting their day off.Perhaps, they should help themselves to a couple shots of free espresso or coffee like they are given. Pretty decent Starbucks, I was able to do some reading and work while I was passing by. Plenty of indoor, outdoor seating when I went, but it is a smaller Starbucks than most. This Starbucks location is perfectly hidden away amongst the many businesses that the plaza has to offer. There are plenty of tables, chairs, and outlets for one to sit or study. Whenever I come here, I always find many teenagers or college students reading and or gossiping. Try to avoid this place on Friday between the hours of 6-9:30P.M. B/c all of the rowdy and annoying gossiping teens tend to hang out here--presumably waiting for their parents to pick them up. So if you are trying to study, read, or are looking for a nice spot to hang out at, this is not it on Friday nights! Yikes. read more

I'd give this place 5 stars for their evening services-because it's terrific! The drinks are always good, the people are super friendly and funny. But it gets 3 because the morning shift people are TERRIBLE (as in not funny/nice, sort of bitchy, pushy, make terrible drinks are are incredibly slow) which is such a shame since I imagine that's when most of their business is. They constantly make bad, brunt drinks that taste like espresso that has been sitting around overnight (trying to get them to remake it for you would probably render the drink worse since they're so busy that time of the morning) and I'm mainly writing this review because I got called "Lat" today (my cup said "Kat" and anyone with half a brain would think "Gee, 'lat' isn't even a name! This is the closest Starbucks to my house, hence the one I visit the most. The morning staff is not great. I asked for a simple request, if they could put cream and a splenda in my bosses coffee. They gave me attitude about it and asked me if I knew that there was a bar where I could do it myself. This cracks me up as if my 2 dollars that I am shilling out is not good enough for them to put that little bit of effort into getting my regular coffee the way that I want it. read more

A starbucks within walking distance of where I live, Good for a stroll and I used to come here for the Carmel Frappicinos with whipped cream of course :-). Unfortunately they're loaded with sugar, so with a new lifestyle change, I have to resort to unsweetened Tea. They make a great oatmeal, add the dried fruit if you're a diabetic and don't have time to prep in the morning, this I believe is 2 starch exchanges and 1 fruit exchange. Sitting down while reading or using laptop is ok here, it's not as big as the Starbucks on Atlantic Blvd near Pasadena, but there are spaces outside as well. read more

I love Starbucks, but this area is not safe. There is a really creepy guy who is there all the time. He follows women around making gross sexual comments. He's done it to me, and I've seen him do it to other women. If you do come here, and you are a woman, drink/eat inside to avoid being harassed. Other than that this is a really nice Starbucks location. Cozier than most, somehow! The staff is also wonderful, really attentive, never gotten my order or name wrong. read more
