The Lead would show up 30 minutes late (and sit in the dining room on her phone) while my daughter got "slammed". Then her Lead would be critical over her performance. My daughter stuck it out and said it was getting better. She was terminated BY TEXT and told it was "not a good fit". Not once was she late, written up or coached. They threatened one of her new coworkers with termination because of 4 burned croissants. Laughable. The turnover rate is ridiculous. I am grateful my 18 year old is no longer subjected to their horrible environment. So do NOT allow your kids to work there---bully management has been eradicated in the industry....well almost.
