I had an unpleasant experience at this specific Starbucks location. Conica (however you spell her name), was unwelcoming and not helpful. I understand that it's a Saturday morning and you may not be excited to work in the front at Starbucks at the moment, but you're representing your workplace and part of it is so make customers feel welcomed. I purchased a coffee and a sandwich. She took my money, didn't say thanks, heated my sandwich and threw it on the counter saying "here." And when my drink was ready, my name wasn't called. If I could curse on this review, I would. She should be working in the back of the store and not engaging with customers with that nasty attitude. You signed up to be in customer service. honestly the only starbucks i dont like enough to write a review. when i go to starbucks i expect consistency and top notch customer service! That i dont get from this shop. 3 different times i came here, i experienced bad costumer service. i pay $5 for a cup of coffee to be made the way its suppose to be made even if it's busy, i waited just like everybody else. it would have been ok if you were apologetic and offered to remake instead of reasoning out and blaming it on your customer. Time when all i have is a $100 bill as a form of payment but i cant get 2drinks because there is no change. With long lines at drive thru so it's best to walk-in. However with only one person in line, waited almost 10 min to be asked what I wanted because their focus was on drive thru. 8 people working around 9 am And only one person attending the walk-ins. Ordered a grande mango dragon fruit refresher with no inclusions and light ice along with a warmed ham and swiss cheese croissant. They proceeded to give me the drink with inclusions, a lot of ice (more ice than the actual drink) and a croissant that was not at all warmed. They then proceeded to not provide a straw for my significant other for his drink, along with having a not warm croissant. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service here and hope that they are able to grow from their errors. I understand and recognize that mistakes happen all the time. Be careful when you buy gift cards. I purchased a gift card for $20 & I did not asked for my receipt. The next day I checked by bank account & I was charged $50 & since I don't have the receipt I was not able to get my refund for $30. I even showed my statement that $50 was debited on my account. This is the worst starbucks. I am a frequent customer at a lot of locations. This place I have given several chances and they fail every time. The wait times are the worst, they are usually messing up my orders, or they give me very petty portions. I am a big fan of the caramel ribbon crunch, I get it almost every time. This location has no caramel shown anywhere except on top of the whip cream, which is almost nothing. The caramel crunch is non existent.... which is why I always ask for extra caramel and extra crunch... when they hand it to me, it looks like the normal portions or worse... why the hell am I paying extra money for something I'm not getting?! I tried talking to one of the employees and he could careless and went about just talking away with coworkers when the drive thru was packed. This is the only location I have any issues with. I will never be going back here anymore... that was the last straw... save yourself the hassle and go down two lights to the Alta/murrieta hot springs on... they are awesome!!! read more

I absolutely loved that this Starbucks has a drive-thru. Call me lazy but I sure didn't feel like getting out of the car to walk only a few feet to get coffee. I'm so American. It was a hot day so a ice cold drink was the only option I considered. I was craving the taste of coffee so I steered away from my usual...sweetened passion tea. My eyes were drawn to a picture for a new flavor...Iced Caramelized Honey Latte. Without much thought or hesitation, I confidently placed my order because like a true American, I ordered with my eyes....and it was so worth it. When is Starbuck's going to stop the corporate greed and give a break to customers?? I drink decaf coffee and yet they stop making it after 12 noon and only have Cafe Americano decaf. It costs 65 cents extra which is not fair to people who drink decaf. The food they sell (sandwiches, paninis, fruit cups, etc.) is outrageously priced. C'mon - $2.95 for a little bit of oatmeal?? The coffee and other drinks such as Carmel Frappuchino are good but again, Starbuck's needs to lighten up on their ridiculous prices. THE BEST STARBUCKS IN TOWN! Key points: ALWAYS Open Late. The inside cafe is open from 5AM to 11PM which is hard to find in this small conservative town. For those looking for a late night fix of coffee (especially during finals) DRIVE-THRU is open till 1230am (only to open back up at 430AM on the drive through) The environment is THE BEST spot for any college kids. You'll notice that the vibe is very fresh, lots of indie hipster kids, and college kids from MSJC,Palomar, and CSUSM. The Baristas there are the most down to earth friendliest people you can find. We live right up the street from this one, so it's convenient for us to stop here often. We are simple coffee customers my man orders his grande hot and I'm grande iced all the time. The barristas here are long timers, most of them know our names and know what we are going to order. It's always busy - long lines, but they are efficient, and the lines move more quickly than you think they will. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. SO you can get sun or shade depending on your preference. I HIGHLY recomend. read more

I love, love, love this Starbucks! This location is conveniently located between the two freeways I normally exit to. I generally leave work late (like 10pm-ish) and I am only reviewing the service/quality during the late hours there. The ambiance is nice with many small tables and comfy chairs to sit in. I see a lot of students studying here late night. The merchandise is always displayed nicely. The restrooms are squeaky clean. The service here is phenomenal. What I mean is the staff are really friendly and I haven't a bad experience with anyone that works here. Smiley faces and great attitudes from all. You would think that working the later hours equals crappy attitudes, not here. The drinks are always made correctly and they come out fast. What more can you want? Probably one of the best Starbucks I've ever visited (I've been to too many) and gives me a great reason not to go to this other coffee place by my work even though it's even more convenient to go there instead. read more

Friendliest of the Temecula/Murrieta area Starbucks. My friend and I hit em up after the gym on the evenings and Saturday morning and are usually greeted by name. This location is one of the largest ones, with a giant circle full of tables, cushy seating in the middle and a separate section for studying. Even during the busy Saturday morning rush it's rarely crowded with all the room available even if just standing. read more

She reported it to the lady behind counter who then seemed irritated to do the order. Then I witnessed her put a drink on the counter and not call name out.
