This is the worst Starbucks. Unfortunately it's the most convenient one on my way to work. Workers are painfully slow, even when there's barely any customers there. We ordered white chocolate drinks but were made and given mocha drinks which include coffee. Well, we don't drink coffee so this was a complete waste of our money and time. I really don't care for this location. The lines are always long; even if you order in the app and walk in, you wait. I went last week 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close and they were already closed. The employee hid as I went through the drive through and as I drove away, he just stared at me and kept sweeping. For a location next to a hospital and ER, closing early can really make a difference in someone's day. read more

Visited this location, pretty disappointed. They made my drink wrong, and my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. I didnt realize this until I was on the road and no time to turn around. The barista making the drinks was less then friendly. Maybe he was two shots of espresso shy of a good day. Anyways they are close to the house and I am sure I will risk it again. Just a word of advice. Check your order before you go. Maybe even bite into your sandwich, this is not the first time its happened. read more

The baristas here were so unfriendly. I waited at the cash register for a good 5 minutes. 2 baristas walked by at least twice; no eye contact, no greeting whatsoever, until one noticed me standing there and finally asked if I had been helped. When I said no, she told the male barista I needed to be helped, and he in turn told yet another barista to help me. She takes my order, and what a big surprise, my order was screwed up because she wasn't listening to me in the first place. When I told the guy who made my coffee that it was wrong, he said in an annoyed voice, "it didn't say nonfat; forget it, I'll just redo it," as if it was my fault. Really?!?? The customer service at this Starbucks is sorely lacking. You people need better interpersonal skills. read more

Can this place close down already? 80% of the time I come here for a drive-thru order my coffee taste like shit. When I drive out of Murrieta to grab the same drink it almost tastes completely different. The difference is so astonishing I can't believe they continue giving us these drinks years after years. No desire for improvement, just keep giving us STARBUCKS coffee drinks that taste NOTHING like Starbucks. If you want to open up a Starbucks joint, do it for the sake of serving delicious coffee, not coffee that's too bitter, too watery, or simply taste nothing like a chestnut praline latte. Poor customer service at the register today! Wrong item put into bag, lemon pound cake vs cake pop. Food items bought on two separate trips to the counter without a utensil offered. The barista always gives a straw with a drink, why should the customer have to ask for a spoon for yogurt? Oh, and no spoons were to be found in the entire front end of the store, if I were to believe that the employee lazily staring at the wall was actually looking for one. After almost five minutes I finally settled for a fork, which they also hoard behind the counter. The drinks were fine. read more

Charbucks. Although you've lost your way, I can at least say that this location makes your coffee palatable. I was a regular at the Clinton Keith at I-15 location in Wildomar, but I've found the customer service and beverage quality to be more consistent here. Sometimes it's easier just to hit the drive-thru since the parking lot can fill up quickly. The lobby is nice and can accommodate study groups. Overall, I like this location even if it means I have to travel a bit farther for a latte. read more

I have been to this location about 4 times and have had a bad experience every time. Cashier on drive thru has snatched my debit card multiple times, and has hands my coffee rudely every time. She has gave me hot milk twice instead of a caramel macchiato and when I've asked to kindly re-do my drink she is extremely rude. I am a paying customer and expect to receive what I'm paying for. I've never had any incident like this in any Starbucks. I was just there today and received same rudeness and hot milk. I continue to go to this Starbucks because it is closes to my work site. So frustrated with the fact that if you don't come to Starbucks at the crack of dawn, you are very limited in what you can order. Tried to come for breakfast but they were out of breakfast sandwiches and bagels per usual. It's ridiculous that they always run out of this stuff and the employees don't care whatsoever. In the 2 months Ive lived here so far starbucks gets my order wrong about half the time if not more at the drive thru but with 2 little ones I am not getting them out of the car seats in the crazy parking lot to get a coffee so I drive thru. Today we drive thru and its buy one share one breakfast sandwiches for members (we get the email its attached to the card) they say they have no knowledge of such a promotion and give us half off. Seriously all card holders got the same flipping email and you don't want to do it. Next time I will be sure to print off multiple copies its super ridiculous. At least my drink was right this time. Great drive through customer service. They are polite and quick. I ordered an iced coffee and needed more milk, they put some in a little cup and handed me the cup (which was much more efficient than me handing back the drink). One lady there really takes charge. New remodel is nice. Unfortunately, bare floors, tall ceilings and no acoustics have created roaring, cacophony of racket. Add peg leg wooden chairs constantly SCREECHING ON cement floors, screaming kids and patrons and deafening racket coming from kitchen and the experience is frazzling to say the least. ATTN. I've never been inside this location as I always hit up the drive thru for the Office. This place provides comfort in the form of a much needed break/escape around 3pm when only that starbucks kick can carry me and my co-workers to the end of the day. This particular Starbucks drive thru line can get preeeettttyyy long so just be prepared. But all in all, I've never had a complaint about my drink being made and friendly customer service. I've also had my order paid here a couple times and of course have paid it forward! They are close to Rancho Springs Hospital so probably one of the reasons it gets pretty crowded here. read more

I love this Starbucks no matter if I'm dining in or straight to the Drive Thru. I ordered a drink from their holiday menu and I could hear the joy in the tone from the gentleman who took my order. I had forgotten to order my friend a cup of water and when I went to the window, the cashier was more than happy to accommodate. I just regret that I had no change to tip him as his smile and great attitude was well accepted by me and my friend. This situation makes me want to carry cash. :) read more
