Lots of options for flavored drinks and classic coffee I got the iced tiramisu latte which was sweet and delicious, topped with a lady finger. My partner got the honey lavendar latte hot and also enjoyed his drink. We got a medley of different pastries for our group including the cinnamon roll, carrot cake, coconut guava pastry, blueberry scones, almond croissant, chocolate croissant, monkey bread. All tasty, favorites were the carrot cake and monkey bread. Cinnamon roll was on the dryer side. Service was quick and friendly, would definitely recommend if you want a quick tasty coffee or pastry.

Wandered inside, the aroma of coffee luring me in. The baked goods in the case look delicious and well crafted. They offer a few vegan options- exciting find: chocolate Oreo frosted donut or chocolate with rainbow sprinkles, a vegan mini frosted carrot cake loaf made with almonds (not walnuts, yah!) and two kinds of sliced quick bread loaves: blueberry and cinnamon biscoffee. I order a choc donut and a carrot cake to go...a little treat and calorie splurge for Mother's Day! As for drinks...they offer the standard menu. One was irresistible to me today: Vegan Tiramisu "Almond milk" Latte, what a treat. Nice presentation, good balanced flavors, served at perfect ready to drink won't burn your tongue temperature, served in a thick amber glass with soft creamy foam topped with a land finger dusted with cocoa. Delicious, all I hoped it would be for a tiramisu lover's palate to be satisfied. Fast friendly people, including the locals who were welcoming. Comfortable soft black leather chairs to sink into next to tiny round cafe tables with Mable tops on black base...so cafe chic. I like the black and white contemporary decor, B&W large framed photography on the walls, good up tempo music. They have bar stool seating if you like watching barista's in action. There is two sides on seating in the cafe, the non-bar side has brick covered walls and a big brown leather couch to lounge in. A nice place to stop on a Saturday in spring, consistently busy but not crowded.

Their breakfast sandwich is always a solid choice. Their fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. But what really keeps me coming back is their coffee. They have unique selections, and everything I've tried has been consistently really good. If you're in Temecula and looking for quality coffee, this place is definitely worth checking out.

We parked our car right in front, and walked into the coffee shop without seeing a line of customers. We saw the menu and there wasn't a top list of drinks. It was lattes with a list of syrups and dark coffee. They truly have a list of syrups for you to add to your latte. I was a bit caught off guard by that. They also had food, but we didn't look at that menu at all. We ordered a Hannah banana latte and a vanilla hazelnut latte. Both drinks were very milky. There was definitely coffee, because I was very caffeinated half way through my small size. The syrup you choose is definitely an after thought in every sip. Yes. There is spacious seating for anyone who wants to hangout or study. Beware to those coming here to work or study; it's so loud in here, I can't hear the person next to me. They are blasting country and soul music. It caused the groups hanging out to speak very loudly, and I just couldn't do work at all. On a positive note, they have free, strong WiFi. I don't think I'll be back. The coffee wasn't memorable and the space isn't suited for studying. I'd rather go to a quieter space with good brews.

The coffee bean selection is always wonderfully crafted and the options seam endlessly. The establishment itself is clean, spacious, and has a great atmosphere, which made the experience even more disappointing. We ordered lattes around 2:30 PM, and it was not busy at all, so the nearly 20-minute wait made no sense for drinks that were clearly listed on the menu board. The first issue was that our order was handed out to the wrong customer because of a common name mix-up. A simple solution would be using last initials, nicknames, or order numbers for customers with common names. Unfortunately, it didn't get better from there. After remaking the drinks, the order was still wrong two more times. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of urgency to correct it. While we waited, staff continued pushing out other customers' orders while ours kept getting delayed and moved to the back. Mistakes happen, but three failed attempts for basic latte drinks and a 20-minute wait during a slow afternoon is unacceptable. The lack of organization, attention to detail, and customer service left a poor impression. Unfortunately, despite the nice environment, we will not be returning. I highly recommended that if you have a common name to add your last name initial.

The vibe in here is so good, lots of natural light coming through the windows, plenty of seating, and just a really cozy relaxed feel you won't find in other coffee shops. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I got the Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk and the Deviled Egg Toast, and both were so good. Everything got brought right to my table after I ordered at the counter which was nice. The matcha was light and refreshing and the toast was seasoned perfectly, not bland, not too salty, just right. I also have a pretty sensitive stomach and I felt totally fine afterwards which says a lot. They use clean seed oil free ingredients and you can really tell the difference. Oh and they roast their own coffee beans in house and sell bags to take home too which is cool. Honestly just an all around great spot. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the people, it all comes together really well. I'm definitely going back to try more things on the menu!

Drinks were well made, flavors were on point, and everything came out quick. No complaints at all on quality. That said, the overall vibe just wasn't for me. The shop leans heavily into a Christian theme, and when I was there it felt more like a full-on Bible study environment than a casual coffee spot. Totally fine if that's what you're looking for, but it caught me off guard a bit. There was also a group of Incels nearby having a pretty intense conversation around religion and politics that made the atmosphere feel a little uncomfortable and hard to relax in. Bottom line: great product, just not a place I'd hang out in. I'd definitely come back--but I'd order ahead and take it to go next time.

My husband and I frequent Chapel Coffee often since we live nearby and usually stop in during our…read moredaily walks. There's definitely a lot to love about this coffee shop. The location in downtown Murrieta is great, the inside is beautiful, and the menu offers a really good variety of coffees, specialty beverages, and food options. I also love that they have a spacious outdoor seating area and games for kids, which is a huge plus for families like ours with two young children. That said, there are a few reasons I can't give it 5 stars. First, the music inside is consistently WAY too loud. It's honestly difficult to have a conversation without practically yelling across the table to hear each other. Because of that, we almost always choose to sit outside when the weather allows. Second, while the outdoor area is a great concept with plenty of seating and kid-friendly games, I really wish the ground wasn't entirely gravel, rocks, and dirt. It makes it uncomfortable for kids to play in, and they end up covered in dust and little rocks in their clothes and shoes every single time. Then it all gets tracked into the car afterward. I think the space would be so much more enjoyable if it were paved or had grass or artificial turf instead. It would make a huge difference not only for children, but also for dogs. We bring ours along often, and the gravel is uncomfortable for their paws and for laying down, so they usually try to squeeze onto our laps instead. Lastly, the rewards program could really use improvement. We come here often, usually ordering at least two drinks plus food, and after many, many visits we still aren't even close to the 100 points needed for just $5 off. It feels like you have to spend a significant amount of money before seeing any real reward, which makes the program feel a little discouraging. Overall, this is still a nice local coffee shop with a lot of potential and many things we genuinely enjoy, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better.
