They were incredibly kind and showed me such grace during my visit. Chris went out of his way to make sure I felt welcomed, and Kim made my drink perfectly and with a warm smile. Well you know how you tip before you get the drink or food that you order. well, i tipped $2 for a Grande Frappuccino. I waited patiently for my order and seen people behind me get their drinks first. So then I walked up to the counter and the guy who took my order said that he messed up and had to make my drink all over again. As i wanted non dairy and he added regular milk. this could have been true, or i could have been a lie, Only God knows the truth of ill intentions... why make other drinks instead of just fixing the error right then and there? I said oh that's fine, I watched him like a hawk make my drink in real time, which literally took almost 2 minutes from start to finish. I didn't change anything except for them to use a nondairy milk. Would I go back? I don't know... Only thing is, i will never tip before service at Starbucks, any Starbucks for that matter. read more

Lol, Starbucks is already decorating for Christmas even though it's November. But I like the decorations, the coffee is great and healthier than McDonald's coffee, the Bacon Gouda Egg sandwiches are delicious, the staff are very friendly, the possibilities never end. I live in San Diego and visit this Starbucks every two weeks or so when I visit my cousin. Staff is always very nice but today, they were exceptionally nice. I appreciate them for being so understanding when I'm trying to use my Apple Pay and friggin didn't know how. cashier was patient and even helped me. I half knew what I wanted then later blanked out when I got to the register. I was a dork this morning but the were patient so nice! Alright, we all know Starbucks is way better than ur little auntie Karol's homemade apple pie. To start off, I ordered a peppermint mocha that awakened my third eye and left me with giant smile ear to ear. I can't express what goes through my mind after the Starbucks delicacy taps my tongue for the first time and send electrical waves of happiness and joy throughout my body. The Christmas spirit, still festering through my body and inner soul is from the wonderful love and joy that these workers have sprinkled in there. Curing the world one drink at a time is so heroic. And just think how much more they could do with all of their sparkling kindness and scrump diddly umptiousness that they create. Honestly so over corporate coffee chains and starbucks in particular. Just ordered two nitro cold brews and food. The food came then one of the ladies said they didn't have nitro (after I paid). I asked for cold brew coffee, they said they didn't have that either. So I ordered just one iced coffee and asked for a refund of the other drink. The manager actually calculated the difference for the drinks and refunded me partial. This is poor management. After waiting that long she should have offered a full refund and that one drink for free. The last few times I've been here they don't even fill the cups up all the way and it's pretty much just all ice. read more

I've been a customer of this Starbucks location for at least a decade. I've never had a complaint. Drinks are the best! Food tastes great. On one of my last visits for my usual coffee and breakfast sandwich the employee (I'm not sure of her name, she definitely must be new), she wasn't friendly at all and kind of rude. All I can say is that if I ask if you can make my latte a little stronger I don't think I should get an eye roll and attitude. It really set off my morning! This is probably the most friendly Starbucks I've ever been to. Not only is there never a long wait (probably due to there not being a drive thru,) the employees are always so cheerful and genuinely ask how you're doing. Typically Starbucks baristas are friendly anywhere you go, however this team is always going above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Overall, drinks are tasty and service is top notch all around. I've never had a bad experience here and will continue to frequent this location. read more

Not again. Everyone has an off day once in a while however.......... went back this morning after taking a break from this location. Some things never change. I ordered 2 caramel macchiatos. What I received is milky water with a slight coffee flavor. No caramel whatsoever. They are trying to social distance but it makes no sense to me that in order to pick up your drinks you have to pass the entire line of people waiting to pick up their mobile order and then walk past them again on your way out. So much for social distancing. Too many Starbucks are around to go back. I was trying to support the business closest to my home. This was my first time at this Starbucks location and everyone there was so friendly and nice! Even the customers were nice! I had just moved to the area about 7 months ago and the other Starbucks location that I tried (that was a little closer to my house when I moved) was not the best. So after that, I didn't really go to Starbucks in Murrieta (and would drive to Temecula because there were two there that I liked). Then I noticed this one today (because it was by the UPS store) and I needed some caffeine. So I decided to give this one a shot. When I was waiting in line, I noticed how all the employees knew the customers' names and that the customers knew their names as well (so they were probably regulars). They were all so nice which goes to show nice people attract nice people. After I got my food, one of the employees still managed to take the time to say bye to me AND say my name even though they were busy (because we all know mornings in Starbucks are hectic for those who work there). So at the end of a VERY long day, I decide to have my second grande, quad shot latte and as I walk into this place, I wonder and hope that it won't be like the other Starbucks that sucked the major lemon. NOPE! The cashier was friendly and smiling and when I tell her that earlier in the day I had gotten a latte made with real milk instead of soy as I had requested and paid for, she tells me very casually " I'm sorry, this one's on us." I almost passed out....I tell her no, that's not necessary but thank you and she says again "No, let us make it right for you." Hey Starbucks of my dreams. I didn't think you existed until I walked through your doors. Your baristas smile and greet me when I walk in. As a bonus, they get my iced venti 8 pumps of chai soy light iced chai right every time! We don't have Starbucks like this one in NorCal. All joking aside, my husband and I have been in Murrieta for about a week and have made this our Starbucks while in the area. I ordered my chai in the format stated above and realized that the baristas at our "regular" Starbucks have been fucking up my drink all along. When I asked for the chai with 8 pumps of chai, it was unbearable. (Cue in bear growl) The following morning I asked for it, sans the 8 pumps of chai and it was PERFECT!!! I went in today for a guess what?? And it was PERFECT again. I thought to myself, "Okay, I'm dreaming", so I came back with my treat receipt (Woot! $2 grande drinks!) and ordered a Shaken Iced Passion Tea Lemonade, and yes it was WONDERFUL!!! The staff is courteous and talkative. Some of the customers are just pricks though. Note to Murrieta residents who want to act like they live in Beverly Hills: YOU DON'T !! A little on the slow side compared to other Starbucks outside this area. I chalk that up to the Temecula Valley half speed plague. Quality is generally consistent aside from the odd time it is made incorrectly. The huge downside is the packs of kids from the high school that come to scan the free internet. They take up multiple tables and order nothing. I watched a group of 4 girls take all the chairs from two tables to make one table and without ordering anything did their snap chats etc and two older people had to leave with their drinks as they were not able to sit down. The management should take the upper hand and police that although I know it can be difficult, but manage your business otherwise you will lose customers and end up being a hangout for kids that do not spend money. Without a drive through you need to be conscious of your paying customers. read more
