This Starbucks cafe is the second-closest one by the hotel that I am calling home on this trip. It's in a vast plaza next to a Dollar Tree. I like that there's a drive-thru. I've been here twice. There was a bit of a lineup, but it moved pretty fast. Staff are extremely friendly. They wish you a nice day and seem to enjoy what they do. It's hot and humid in Nashville. Both times, I ordered a grande iced peach green tea. The first barista asked if I wanted it with water or lemonade. I wanted the former, which should be the default with the drink's name. The second barista treated my order as the default. I used my Starbucks card app both times to pay. Scanning it was seamless. I got my drink quickly both times. My peach green tea tasted pretty good both times. The place makes this drink consistently. It tastes better when you're sweating buckets in the heat and you need a cold drink. I like this cafe. This is my go to Starbucks on Sunday morning. You have to time it just right to beat the rush. I come pretty much every Sunday before church. Today I for the pistachio latte with oatmilk (extra hot) and it did not disappoint. Got to the drive thru around 8:15 and was in and out, no long line. I would recommend this location. When they are busy they are pretty efficient, just make sure you bring your patience or do a mobile order. read more

So this is one of the worst Starbucks. To start, I have gotten bad attitudes from more than one employee here. They gave me soured cold foam and when I called the lady just said okay and hung up on me. That is not how you treat customers. Also they always forget items when I have more than one item. I still go here cause it's the only Starbucks in my area unfortunately but just want to say to do better. I pay money to get my drinks and shouldn't have to waste them because I can't drink them because an employee doesn't care to do their job. They have messed up drinks multiple times for me. I got the manager to remake 1 of them once and she thankfully did it correctly. The girl definitely left out the main part of the drink and the things I paid extra for which is kinda upsetting. Anyway, another thing I noticed is that they have a stink bug infestation by the window where the only comfy chairs are located. Today I went and didn't even sit in those chairs and was away from the window where they crawl, and I felt something on my neck and I found a stink bug on me!! I was thoroughly disgusted and made me not want to go in that store ever again. I'll be getting my order in the drive thru or at another Starbucks. I took my daughter to get a drink on Christmas and called ahead to make sure they were open. The gal on the phone said they were for another 10 mins (it was 3:42, so it was going to be open for 18 mins but she seemed to be discouraging us from coming. We drove over, arriving at 3:50. As we got up to the window, we were told by Jessica in the drive thru that she needed to reboot her computer and that the store would be covered by the time it came back up, so she couldn't help us. This is the second time I have a wonderful interaction with the people in drive thru. The first time, I was whistling video game tunes and the barista liked it so much, I got an upgrade. Today, I was repeating what my wife was ordering verbatim, including words like, "I guess, umm..". Then, a barista separate from the one taking my order came on the mic and said, "Bro, you guessing what your wife wants? You gonna be in trouble." That led to a wonderful yet playful conversation that made all of us chuckle, including my wife who was in the car with me. Having lived close by this location in my college years, I have a fondness to this Starbucks because of the memories, and will still stop by if I'm in the area. They have a decent drive-thru, and they make my latte right. Apparently Starbucks has updated their oatmeal to stone rolled oats that aren't quite as good and the baristas are still working out the water ratio. My oatmeal was extremely watery on my last visit, and I tried to bring it back but the barista told me he put in the right amount, but I had to wait 5 minutes... OK, it had been at least 4 minutes, but to give him the benefit of the doubt I waited another 5 minutes... still extremely watery. I get that it's new, but I wish he would have just gotten me a new one instead of making me wait another 5 minutes. Oh well, my coffee was still good and I'll be back if I'm close by! read more

This location is always hit or miss. Sometimes my order is great and sometimes my order is wrong. I counted once and figured out they had messed up my order more than 12 times out of maybe 20. And when I say messed up my order I mean either forgetting something, completing giving me the wrong item, messing up a drink order, or something else. It became an ongoing joke anytime I went there. The staff was usually helpful when I reported the mistakes but it just shouldn't happen that often to begin with. read more

I went to the drive thru at 8:30 on 11/10 and the car in front of me was told to hold on and 12 minutes later the three cars behind me left and so did I. The drive thru line is a closed line so we were held hostage and could not drive away. They kept handing us drinks that were the wrong size, which is annoying but forgiveable, or the complete wrong drink (like, why did you hand me a tall latte and try to tell me it was a grande caramel macchiato?!). I went to this Starbucks located near the airport with the intent of working on things on my laptop after my dinner plans while waiting for my parents' flight to come in. I had no intention​ of buying anything because I mistakenly thought the new rule was that anyone was allowed to come into any Starbucks without having to buy anything. I would later find out that the rule only applies to use​ the restroom and not to stay there to do work. However, none of the employees said anything to me! In fact, one complimented me on my backpack. I'd go back to this Starbucks location, but I'll definitely remember to buy something first if I'm going to stay there longer than a restroom break. read more

I frequent the Starbucks on Murfreesboro Pike; Nashboro Village, weekly for my elderly mother. I have NEVER received such horrible service anywhere; let alone a Starbucks as I did on 4/11/20. At 5:10pm I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 min+; saying hello, hello; when no one cam on the speaker I drove to the window to see a woman standing there staring at me; never saying a word, with a sign on the window saying they closed at 5pm. When I drove around, there were 3 more cars sitting there and I am sure she didn't tell them either. I called that store, asking for the Mgr./Key Holder on duty, 3 x's and she hung up on me all but 2. I finally spoke to a man, who told me she WAS the Keyholder, but would not give her name, just the Store Managers' Damien; who I have yet to reach. I love Coffee and I love Starbucks in moderation, I typically tend to try and take my business to locally owned coffee shops, but when that isn't an option Starbucks is always great. The coffee is consistent, the drinks are always thoughtfully made and served exactly like you ask, that cannot go without notice. The service at this particular location is great, there is one guy who could stand a little "livening" up but aside from his unengaging demeanor, everyone is pleasant.
