Horrible! I waited over 45 minutes for my drink. The employees kept passing me up. I finally asked them what was going on, and they said "it never got registered" . No refund, no apology, no free drink. Nothing.

Good afternoon New York ! Came to my favorite coffee house before boarding my flight back to California & I must say it didn't disappoint ! I came in for my caramel macchiato and toasted banana walnut bread. It's quite busy but service was on point and I have to throw this in, I love their New York accent lol. Ambiance is up to date and very trendy. It seems that everyone comes here & I see why ! Happy Holidays New Yorkers ! Thank you for the memories and the support with the warm welcome !

One of my favorite Starbucks stores. The team here runs quite an efficient operation despite the mostly tourist crowd coming to and from Central Park which is a few steps away just by crossing the road. My tip is place the order via mobile app, look for a seat if you intend to relax a bit while enjoying your coffee and your order will be ready in 5 mins or less. My Pistachio latte was delicious, the whole store is clean and the restrooms have always been maintained clean. Nice job!

I was in the area to run a race in Central Park. I was early and it was cold outside, so I very glad to duck in here to get my usual prerace grande blonde vanilla latte. This location was one of the more spacious. Per the usual, I placed my order on the easy-to-use mobile app. Once my coffee was ready, the employee called out my name. As I walked over, I saw that she had started to put my drink down behind the counter. I'm guessing that that was to prevent people from just stealing someone else's drink. I supposed it was to be expected in a big city. While enjoying my coffee, I noticed that there were quite a few of my fellow runners also there to stay out of the cold and to use the restroom. The quality and taste of my coffee was on par with what I've been used to getting at any Starbucks.

Starbucks is always good, this is a really busy location though. They could clean up a bit. It's in a convenient spot!

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

The generous serving had creamy, silky layers and was easily enough for the two of us to share. Sweet, light, and refreshing. Plenty of seating, generous portions, and a stop here never disappoints! Located on 32nd St, between Broadway & 5th Ave Train: 34 St-Herald Sq (N/Q/R/W); also an easy walk from Penn Station. Overall, a great casual dessert stop after exploring K-Town, Midtown or nearby Chelsea.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
