Service is still efficient and orders accurate. I'm satisfied with their service for the times I've been here.

Confidently located in the airport with fast & friendly service that always meets the Starbucks staples. Grilled cheese sandwich was warm & tasty! & the lemonade was the refreshing treat that I was hoping for.

According to their website, this Yelp listing and the airport map, this location should be open at 850am in a Saturday....but it is not. Closed up and really a pain in the rear bc once you enter the terminal, you cannot go back out. And there aren't any other coffee options (or breakfast for that matter) on the co course. Yay

Starbucks inside ORF Concourse B17 past security checkpoint

The ladies who worked here in the late morning/early noon of my flight (10/3/2023) were incredibly wonderful! They were a joy to interact with when I placed 3 separate orders of Virginia mugs, Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonades, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. This Starbucks is located at Norfolk International Airport (ORF) past TSA / security checkpoint in Concourse B near gates 17 & 18. I was able to get a late breakfast and have a pastry to eat in-flight. The ambiance is quite busy given it is in the airport but, regardless of that, it's the people that made the difference: What I loved about this Starbucks was the service. They (and not just one but all the workers) wished us a safe flight and I thought that was such a nice gesture from a a whole team of staff working at the busy airport. I'd recommend this as a one-stop to pick up a last-minute breakfast item, drink, and coffee mug souvenirs.

The two girls taking orders were friendly. They made our drinks very promptly and delicious. We ordered a matcha lemonade and a pistachio latte. The area was clean and quiet.

Just wanted a little snack and coffee while I wait for my aunt's flight. The lady was super nice. I was glad I was able to get a bacon Gouda sandwich at 6 pm in the evening. It was nice and clean inside. I have nothing negative about this particular Starbucks.

    No one's here inside.

You want an honest opinion of airport coffee, this place isn't bad. It's a typical airport shop buzzing with eager flight bound passengers all tired and ready to go! Yours truly included lol... So it's early, early, early and I need some COFFEE! Cafe en espanol, Tagalog ng kape, un francais cafe...whatever your language, wherever you're from, coffee is coffee! It's basically the international language of love I digress... so the line isn't long but the orders are. And it seems my plain little latte has been skipped over by multiple ice waters- what?! I think one of the workers heard me after half a dozen people behind me got their orders. My drink was brought with apologies but good grief! And they also do not take the app.

Decent, clean Starbucks offering exactly what you'd expect; especially in an Airport. Small store front offering quick service; limited seating and free wifi. The baristas were attentive and served up perfect orders post haste. A bit over priced, but expected in Airports. Provides that java/Starbucks fix when you need it!

The bread and peanut butter protein packs are outstanding. The egg cheese and fruit just complete it's entirety! Great pick up on the go.

Nice Starbucks, but the loud, obnoxious baristas behind the counter ruined a relaxing coffee stop. Avoid if possible.

This review actually has two great businesses because I visited Klassic Doughnut's food truck too! Ok first things first. Every Wednesday through this Summer Klassic Doughnuts food stand will be available at COVA 8-11 AM. They are in my opinion the best cake doughnuts in our area. They are a major draw for COVA. I purchased a few to go. With COVA I specifically wanted to try their coffee. I was blown away upon arrival to see their outdoor space. It's huge and beautiful. On a weekday at 11 AM without school even out was busy! The counter service was helpful and friendly. I told the staff I wanted a black coffee and was directed to what beans were being offered. I opted for an Ethiopian pour over. The coffee comes in a large and priced competitive. It took a bit with being busy and a pour over, but boy was the wait worth it. Probably the best coffee I've had in any recent memory and I drink a lot of coffee. The space inside is compact, but they offer a side patio that's covered too! COVA is late to offering coffee, maybe 5 years or so. However, they are established with brewing award winning beer. I chatted with a female brewer a minute who was so sweet and invited me back for a glass. They also have a bakery case with offerings that looked good. So I need to return. So exciting to share such a gem in East Beach. Parking may be an issue, but off street neighborhood streets are available.

The bagels were decent -- not NY level, but still solid. The coffee was good, though they didn't have Splenda on hand, so if that's your thing you may want to bring your own. Another customer in line even asked us if we've been before and told us about the fun latte flavors. My mom and I ordered a cold brew each, and it was my mom's favorite cold brew she's ever had! It was good, but it was interesting because near the end of our cups, we tried each others' drinks just for the sake of things, and they tasted different - mine tasted less coffee, whereas my mom's drink had a was stronger coffee flavor. Maybe they were from different batches? Nevertheless, cold brews were great and I would order again. Like other coffee roasters in the area, if you buy a bag of beans, you get a complimentary cold brew, coffee, latte (?)! I was tempted to purchase a bag but they are so popular and only had 1 type of bean left that I don't prefer - heh, I warned that I'm a coffee snob. Would definitely go again/ask family to purchase beans for us out of towners.

Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte: Every note balances each other out with minimal sweetness and an exaggerated flavor. I can confidently say this is one of the FEW places i've ever gotten coffee.
