I went in to this Starbucks to get tea and to read this morning and sat down in their comfy low chair in the corner cuz of my injured knee (the only low chairs they have). When I realized the AC was blowing right in that spot I asked if they could turn it down. Mind you it is 43 degrees outside at this point and they have their AC going nonstop. They said no. I asked if I could move the chair over a little. They said no. I looked back at the chair... all the space next to it. "You're telling me I can't move that chair a few feet to the left?" Straight serious face with a bad attitude and an answer like "deal with it," The lady said "no, I just said you can't move the furniture at all." Obviously I left. She was so rude! The barista working Christmas Eve at 10am shouldn't have a job. I had four drinks and two breakfast sandwiches in my order and everything came out except the drip coffee. I asked the barista (blond hair, heavily overdone pink eye make up) if she had a cup for me. She mumbled something about it was someone else's job and walked away. I waited another 5 minutes, asked again and got ignored even though she made eye contact and clearly knew I was asking a question. The third time I asked for a manager and she stomped over, poured my coffee, and slammed it down. This is after 4 other people complained about their coffee and she blamed someone else and was incredibly rude to them. While she may be good at her job, she's terrible at customer service, rude as hell and decided to ruin a few Christmas Eve's with her terrible attitude. I am finally at the end of my patience with this particular shop. Drive thru ordering is slowest ever and coffee is mediocre at best on most days. Odviously training of their "Barista's" lacks importance as the same Latte I order time and time again is NEVER the same on any given day. Yesterday was my last time to patronize this store. I will not be going back. I waited in LINE *mind you the line was out to the street* only to wait and wait to get to the order speaker where I was told I AM sorry but if your paying by card our system is down. ( mind you this is the 3rd or 4th time this place has had system problems) Entire SYSTEM here is rediculous and it seems there is NO one in charge to speak with. I hope the Franchise OWNER reads this.......For nearly 4.00 a coffee you could hire people who don't act like they are actors speaking in voices over the intercom *yes one of their employees feels it's funny to speak with accents and such as if it's her comedy routine to be full filled and not just take a order and make a coffee in a timely manner* Back to my last time here.....waited the nearly 15 minutes before the cashier states SORRY NO CARDS....SYSTEM IS DOWN *again* No way to back out....no way to get around everyone in front of me....No SORRY can we just hook you up with a coffee. I had to wait to drive to the order speaker to find this out .....REALLY you can't send someone out as a courtesy to tell those getting in line YOUR SYSTEM IS DOWN YET AGAIN?? I feel this place has NO leadership, has no answers to who is charge and if you are the FRANCHISE OWNER....Nobody knows who YOU ARE!!!!!! A chunky Hawaiian looking girl and some American girl with glasses , I come through to ask for a remake on my white mochas they tasted horrible , I explain it just had a coffee taste , no sweetener added . She goes well it is coffee . No duh , if I wanted coffee I would've asked for coffee , I obviously wanted flavoring added to it . First time at this location, ordered Mocha , it was done very quickly and , place seems very clean, I was in and out in few minutes, I do see lots of negative feed back here, but honestly can't comment on that because I only visited this joint once and it was great for me , easy parking. Terrible service. I ordered my usual white chocolate mocha, when i got the coffee home i was disappoonted to find just hot milk in my cup, i was sooooo mad. Drove all the way back and had to wait in line again, but the worst part is that instead of making me a new coffee, they just took my hot milk and added some coffee and gave it back to me. Did not even taste right. Very dissapointing that they didnt give me a fresh coffee or even offer me a freebie for next time. Never going back to this location. read more

We live close to this Starbucks so we frequently go to this store. There is a Latin older women with glasses that works there that is very rude. I've called the manager about her before. It seems as if she knows out name. When we go in for mobile orders she never greets us. And when we have encountered her in the drive through she is very rude. I am also Latin FYI. Usually my experience at this Starbucks is great and everyone's friendly but today was different. Went to order a drink for my mom and halfway through my order the girl taking it, SIGHED!! I come here every day Monday thru Saturday sometimes twice a day and I get great service !! Dillon, Collin, Dora they all know my order by heart all I do is say hello at the drive thru and they ask if id like my usual. I've been coming here for over 2 years now faithfully. The couple of times I ever had a problem where shots didn't pull or the wrong Milk was used they always comp my next beverage. They are a great group of people and even at 430 am they have a smile to start my day off just right. read more

After multiple attempts I will drive out of my way to go to the Starbucks at main st and 160 for the better service and polite staff that doesn't make mistakes and knows how to make their drinks. Today they managed to put half water in a caramel macchiato! Took me over 20 minutes to make it through the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me. Today was multiple mistakes, but last time the staff was rude and argued with me about a drink that's seasonal, but still potential in stock since it's listed as available on their website. Slow, slow, slow! I waited at the register without being acknowledge for over 5 minutes. Then I ordered an iced coffee and a panini warmed. The coffee came out pretty quick but the sandwich never came. When I asked for it the girl said she forgot to give it to me. It had been warmed already but sitting in the counter. She gave it to me cold. I ate it anyway because I was hungry. Then my ice melted in my iced coffee quickly, so I waited at the pick up counter to ask for more ice. So I just had probably a top 5 embarrassing moment in my life. I'm in the drive through on a Tuesday morning and I've been going to this Starbucks fairly frequently recently. I pull up to the window to pay and the barista, one whom I recognize from the previous times I've been here, let's me know that the person in front of me paid for my coffee. So what do I do? I wave in thanks to the person BEHIND me, musing whether I knew her or not. Meanwhile, the barista is giggling, and I'm not catching on at how much of a total idiot I'm being because HOW ON EARTH IS THE PERSON BEHIND YOU GOING TO PAY FOR YOU. Something was beginning to click in my mind as I asked if I could pay for the person behind me, and the barista said they were already paid too, so I ended up paying for the next available person. I'm leaving the shopping center and getting on to Main Street when I finally realize how much of a moron I just looked like. On the slim chance the barista's reading this, I just want her to know that I laughed at myself probably harder than you were in the five minutes that followed. I came through the drive-thru to pick up some coffee for some friends I was visiting in town... and OMG, while the line itself was not terribly long, the wait was!! I ordered a venti caramel macchiato and cinnamon dolce creme frappuchino- when I got to the window they asked me if I had ordered the cinnamon dolce hot or cold.. and I replied, "um I asked for a frap??" and they said, "oh well they made both just in case"... so I thought they would give me both (not that I was expecting it, but I did just spend a ridiculous amount of time in the drive through... it would have been nice, I'm just saying!).. but they didn't. Anyhow, my 2 star review is mostly because of the slooooow drive through. I probably wouldn't come here again unless my friend special requested it because I love her that much! ha! read more

I was really happy when they put in this Starbucks because it is right around the corner from my house and hey, I'm a coffee junkie. The first time I gave them a try I was pleased, got to see an old friend, and my coffee was so so. The second time I went drive through and got the crappiest barista around. He was incredibly rude and snobby. Gave me the ole stink eye. Since then I have been there a few more times because hey, its convinent but unfirtationatly I often get this guy at the window. Tall, Blonde, Rude as fuck and judgemental. Hey if I go through a drive through in my pajamas dont judge me, I obviously need my coffee to get going. Thats for the service, now for the coffee: When they first opened, it was eh, mediocre since then Its always hit or miss, never consistant. Sometimes it tastes nasty and burned. (venti pike peak roast coffee) I also order a grande java chip, 2 add shots blended, soy milk, no whip cream and they almost always get it wrong. I know its a bit of a complicated order but, come on its right there on the label. I think they just need better staff or more training, espically in the customer interaction part. Does it hurt to smile back at someone thats smileing at you? Im never rude to them (well, unless they were rude to me first and give me just cause). I've been coming to this location for quite some time pretty much since it opened I prefer this one than the one down the street but the only problem that I have is the drive thru situation, they need to be better signs that shows the drive-thru is on the opposite way of parking spot not right in front of the actual order window because for the people that Park to get their coffee the Drive-Thru cars block the people that are trying to get out from the parking spots, other than that the location is super good the customer service is great, but if they can fix the issue it will be wonderful because I shouldn't have to wait less than 10 minutes to get out of the parking spot because people blocking me. read more

I have got nothing but great service here. Some customers forget that sometimes not everyone is perfect and that Starbucks employees are humans to and will mess up an order, I mean why would they do this on purpose? If they ever mess up my order (which so far has never been this location) all you have to do is go back into the store and tell them NICLEY that it's the wrong drink. So many times they have apologized let me keep the mistake, made a new one and even given me free drink coupons. So maybe this should actually be more of a tip to the impatient/cranky people that they should try to be nice. read more

Where to begin... Let's set one thing straight; I love Starbucks. I am proudly addicted to coffee and you can find me at any local Starbucks, almost everyday of the week. First of all, at this location, they are ridiculously slow! I'm talking driving miss Daisy slow. It mind boggles me how slow they are because they never have that many costumers! Even the drive through takes forever. If you're in a rush, I would say don't even bother! Second of all, every time I have gone to this location, the costumer service has been lack luster. I feel like all of the barista's/workers are always quite rude. I am always cheery and polite whenever I order something and they frankly don't care about the costumer. Finally, they always mess up my order! No matter what I ask for, they are bound to screw it up somehow! I never order order anything challenging or of strange request. A caramel macchiato has turned into a chai tea latte, a vanilla latte has turned into a green tea latte, and a caramel frapp has turned into a green tea frapp. They just cannot get it right for whatever reason. My final thoughts---- If you're in the Oakley/Brentwood area and really want Starbucks, I would say take two extra minutes and drive to the Starbucks on Lone Tree way. They have a much better staff and I am always pleased with that location. If you're in a hurry then I would skip the main street location because they are turtles and they will mess up your order any way. read more

I switch between Ice Tea Lattes to Espresso with half/half pumps of something and it is always delicious. Great staff, nice atmosphere to work in, and fabulous music. He didn't tell me my total when I got to the window and had his back turned towards me while talking to another employee.
