Love any starbucks with a drive through. Order was taken easily, and clearly. Coffee came up quickly and accurately. Service was quick and accurate. Darion, was super friendly. Havnt had a chance to go inside, so not too sure how the inside is. My dog wished they had dog treats. No complaints. read more

The only reason I'm not giving this place five stars is because they get my order wrong nearly every time! I order an English breakfast tea and they give me a tea latte! It's hard to know at first because I can see the tea bag label hanging out of the cup...but then I drive halfway down the road and realize it's a latte. Sometimes I don't realize I paid more for it until I think about it later. It's about a dollar more than my correct order, i believe. Don't understand why this is the only location where this happens? It's so weird! read more

This Starbucks is very busy but one of the best and fastest. The Drive Thru can be around the building in the morning but the line goes by quick. Just be careful in the parking lot of the shopping center as people drive pretty crazy to get in the Starbucks line. read more

Ok, at least every other time I go here my drink is made incorrectly. I'm paying at LEAST 5.50$ per drink I get due to me having to also be charged for a different type of milk (a additional 60¢!) So yes I expect to have my coffee made properly at least 80-90% if the time. Since its I drive through I would like to be able to go to this location especially while in a hurry but at this point I've literally thrown away a minimum of 200$ worth if coffee in the past year alone. The milk was burnt our was the wrong milk all together(yes, the same kind I was charged basically a dollar for! ), was the wrong drink all together, was a hit drink rather than a child one or visaversa. Baristas here are always friendly. Service time depends upon time of day. Never a terrible wait inside, though drive through can get a little backed up. Can be packed at times with students and church friends meeting for bible study, which lends a friendly, bustling atmosphere. Overall a pleasant location and my personal favorite for its close proximity to home and being open all hours. read more

So great, we went out of our way to go here twice on our road trip to Southern Oregon! The staff were super friendly and didn't mind giving us a venti cup of ice with our drinks (for our cooler). The main area was very clean, and they have a nice patio area to enjoy the sun or stretch your legs. The bathrooms are unisex single stall bathrooms and were very clean and comfortable. Our only complain was that when the drive through backed up, it could make it next to impossible to pull out of your parking place. But, we understood that it was just a poorly designed parking lot. It only took a few minutes for the line to move forward so we could get on the road again. :) read more

I love this Starbucks location! Despite long lines it seems like they can get you through faster than any other Starbucks within a 20 mile radius. Everyone there is always so chipper and I look forward to going there. Sometimes it gets crowded inside but I have always managed to be able to find a seat. Obviously there are rush hours but because of the location and it's set up with a very wide drive thru, you can only expect it to be busy and everyone there does an amazing job getting your drinks and food made in a timely hour. read more

I've received not so great customer service through the drive thru the last 2 days, I'm a daily customer, and I understand everyday people may not always be in the best mood however it's my morning coffee that helps start my day right. When I go in, or through the drive thru and everyone looks irritate and I feel they're annoyed due to my complicated order, it makes me want to stop going there. I've been drinking Starbucks everyday for the last 10 years, I'd at least like to see a smiling face when I go. Also, people should be able to order a drink so it's ready when they get there over the phone. Its one of the busiest locations, and its $5 honestly. Its not much to ask for. read more

I go here damn near every morning. Amy is amazing! She is the nicest person and great at her job! The staff here are usually on top of it 90% of the time. I read some of the reviews and all I have to say is if ur nice and they mess up ur drink which happens at any drive thru just let them know it doesn't taste right and they will usually remake it free of charge and with a smile. They are all normally really nice and awesome. There was one night where we stopped in just to hangout and my bf ended up chatting with one of the batistas there I don't remember his name but he was hilarious and I thank him for entertaining my bf while my friend and I girl talked haha!! read more

The gal at the register was the only good thing that happened at this location. I go to another Starbucks location but would not recommend this location to anyone. In fact I meet a friend her every couple of weeks and will be changing to a more friendly location. If one should have to return a mug due to a manufacture default don't take back to this store. Renee was very rude and started wrenching on my mug, wouldn't look at me, just said that I had to go to starbuck.com not starbucks.com to try and return it. I only wanted to exchange it for a working mug with no problems. She needs a class and talking to about customer service and how to treat a customer. I worked for Nordstrom for 22 years so I know a lot about customer service. Renee on the other hand had no class and was very rude. read more
