This is the worst Starbucks. Drive thru. They really take their time. They are usually just chatting for mins before charging. Then starting on our drinks. It's just frustrating because we need to commute and they look like they want to take all day. They have done this every single time we have gone. Finally I thought I'd write it down on a review. They really are nice and give us everything we order but time for us is everything and they take their sweet time. Which is why I am giving them a 1 star. read more

Just left the Starbucks in Orland California. Last time I was here they told me that if I didn't want to wear a mask inside that I could use the drive-thru, so I opted to use the drive-thru. Once I got out to the drive-thru window she still wanted me to put a mask on. I don't know what kind of authority complex these kids have, but I won't be using this store ever again! I normally spend about 400 to $500 a week at various Starbucks in the North State, not in Orland anymore! read more

A bit overwhelmed by business this morning, but cheery. I'm going to chalk it up to eclipse traffic and hope they get some help and pull it together. It's only going to get busier this weekend. Our drinks are out 5 min apart (we ordered 2 drinks) and while our hot food items came out together, only one had been heated. When I asked if they could pop the cold one back in and warm it up, they returned in setting it in a pool of water on the counter. Our experience was not unique. read more

Very friendly service when we stopped by on our way to Oregon. Multiple users restrooms. Clean. People seem very nice and open in this area.

The shift manager refused to blend a 'Cool Lime Refresher' for us, which is a custom drink we order all over the country. You put four pumps of cream base in a Trenta size and blend it without the limes...really simple!!! She used some ridiculous excuse about it being 'against company policy' to blend a refresher??? I asked about all the items on the secret menu...she said 'well, we don't advertise those so it's different'...what are you talking about? I have literally ordered this drink HUNDREDS of times, including 20 or more times at this location. Now, they've lost our business to the one in Corning or the Dutch Bros across the street! read more

So happy to have this new Starbucks on our regular route on I-5 between Sacramento & Yreka CA (which is pretty much a good-food drought ). We are Starbucks fans & the staff here was friendly & efficient on our stop at 4 pm in New Year's weekend. It's easy to see going north from I-5 but if you miss it going South, as we did!, the next exist is nearby for a quick turn around. Excellent traveling location ( I feel bad for Dutch Brothers which is same exit, except I never knew it was there, since you don't see it from freeway. ) Welcome Starbucks & thanks! read more

Went to this new Starbucks and they took forever to make a mocha, made the wrong size, and forgot to put the coffee in it.

Rolled thru Orland earlier falling asleep at the wheel in desperate need of caffeine. Decided to hit this starbucks for a double shot of esspresso, my normal fix. Location was suspicious but the staff was nice despite there being cobwebs on the drive thru. Got my double shot and shoved off as I waited for it to cool down in the Sahara desert weather cruising down i5. When I finally took a sip, I damn near ran off the road it was so terrible. I would of drank my own urine before I finished that espresso. Please for the love of god change your filter in your espresso machine and use fresh beans. That shot made me rethink being a human being. I'll never stop in Orland again. read more

The times I have been here the service has been friendly, but my drinks were done terribly wrong. One time I was here and ordered a seasonal drink with Soy milk. The lady who made my drink was also the one who took my order. She told me she was new and was looking in the book for the ingredients for my drink, which was fine. She serves me my drink and it is regular milk! I am vegan and drinking milk would have greatly hurt my body. I have patience for people who are new and learning, but asking and paying extra for soy milk does not make the drink more difficult to make. My most recent visit here, I ordered a tall soy green tea latte with half the sweetener and 3 extra scoops of matcha. Half way down the road I took a sip and my drink was very sugary with very little taste of matcha. I was already on my way, so I did not turn around and ask that they remake my drink. It is just frustrating because I did not want my drink very sweet and I paid extra $$$ for the 3 scoops of matcha that did not find their way into my coffee cup. I am just disappointed in Starbucks and will make my way to Pony Espresso next time. read more

I go through the drive thru when I come but had some time to kill so came in! I don't know why it took 10 min for a coffee!!! I was the only one in there and one car came through the drive thru! She didn't start making my order till 5min after I order. I asked her for a warm cookie but than had to ask her to heat it up because she never did the first time I asked her!!!
