Drive thru was lined with cars so we decided to walk inside. Of course you have your usuals that come in and hang out but the atmosphere was laid back. Not noisy for the amount of people inside. Walked up to the counter. Attendant was very pleasant. Also knowledgeable right away with answering questions I had. Ordered my usual of course for any Starbucks and got hubby his usual breakfast sandwich but this time we added a black coffee for him. We were in and out within 5 minutes if that. This Starbucks is super clean and while I didn't have an encounter with the staff (I ordered my drink on the app), my order was ready when it said it would be. The seating area is vast and as always it was super cozy. The menus are theoretically same and the WiFi is always super strong! The bathrooms were super clean and cozy! With nothing but complete love of all things stbx, and visits to stores all over the US and China, I must warn everyone that this one has low quality assurance, low service, long lines, limited inventory and it hasn't improved AT.ALL since the opening week, months ago. I've tried ordering ahead, using the app, drive through and walk in. Most recently waited inside for 30 + minutes after ordering ahead and paying before I was informed that they were out of Greent Tea. At minute 42, they mysteriously were no longer out. Not one decent visit yet. Will go to the store across the street on central a DR from now on. Recommend others do the same. read more

PSA- STARBUCKS- this past Thursday I went to the Starbucks in Alton off of Donald Ross Rd in Palm Beach Gardens and ordered a Chai Tea Latte. I was handed the cup that had an extra cardboard ring as to not be too hot to handle, and placed it in my cup holder. As I was getting onto the interstate, I went to take a sip and the lid apparently was not secured. I contacted the store and was given a corporate number to deal with the incident. Today, this toad Paul called me to say that they are not taking responsibility to have my car cleaned or anything because I didn't take pictures of my burned chest or mess in my car. So I am to assume that had I been more interested in suing them and took loads of pictures, instead of going home and showering and cleaning my car, I would be compensated for having the sticky chai cleaned out of my vehicle. read more

I've been so much happier since this Starbucks opened!! It's spacious, and has very nice interior vibes. I work from home and I love coming here a few times a week just to interact with people. The workers are very friendly :) it can get kind of loud, so it's hard to work here if you need to take a ton of calls. read more

The store is great but my bone to pick is with Starbucks. I'm a former Starbucks employee so I understand the problem.. Classic syrup comes in the basic iced coffee recipe, but every time I order it there is no classic in it at all even after asking them to make sure there is classic syrup in it. I have to specify a different sweet syrup to get my iced coffee sweetened so it actually gets printed on my drinks label... Now I'm off to work with my iced venti coffee with two shots of espresso.. thankfully my work has simple syrup. read more

I asked for a bacon sandwich to be cooked open to make sure the bacon was fully cooked because usually Starbucks gives it to me a little raw looking. I had to give it back two times because they didn't cook it enough without even eating it. They seem to be getting upset with me. The last time the lady said well you touched and now I can't put it back in to be cooked again. Well, I would obviously need to touch it to be able to check if it is well cooked. At the end of the bacon still was not well cooked. I took it and threw it in the garbage after I left. I've never had this problem with a different location where they couldn't cook the bacon enough when I asked for it to be open while cooked or double cooked. All of the employees gave me a nasty look while I was leaving and didn't say anything. As a costumer that's polite I expect the same back. I would suggest going to another Starbucks read more

It's time for Starbucks to fire the teenyboppers trying to act like they're living in the West Village in New York City that work at this place. They are so ditzy and clueless. I don't know what is worse a cold coffee or a cold pastry that wasn't heated properly. I've experience both with these dingdong's over the past month. This location continues to be poorly managed and requires a babysitter to oversee the teenagers who act like they're 10 years old. Everytime I come to this starbucks they take the LONGEST time. Nice staff, but seriously Ive waited 10+ minutes for a sandwich. Usually I order online and by the time I get to the store, my order isn't finished. I've been going through the drive thru and realized this only takes longer.
