Staff is always super friendly and makes conversation with you at the window. Very attentive, and make my drinks exactly how I like them every time! The only inconvenience is the way the drive thru is set up. During peak hours there's cars fighting to get in from 2 different entrances but that's not the employees faults. This location is open and it sucks. Second Friday that they screw up my mobile order and when I called, the supervisor was too busy to speak to me. EXCUSE ME? I am lactose intolerant and last Friday they made my drink with regular milk and lied to cover their ass, this Friday they decided to make my drink with ice instead of what I ordered. What is most infuriating is that they talk amongst themselves instead of telling you the status of your order, it's like you are invisible. The apple rots from the inside out, both management and staff are completely incompetent and I will be taking my business elsewhere. This place never fails to disappoint. As I've reported during the past three years regarding slow service, it happens again and again. Today my wife and I went in to grab drinks before heading out on a four hour road trip. After placing our order, we watched as two drinks were made wrong: One was for a guy who ordered before us and the other was for a lady who ordered.....after(!) us. The worker even remade the incorrect drink for the customer after us and produced said remade drink ahead of ours. Crazy. After a while they called out my wife's Latte which was prepared as shown in the pictures. It's like they don't even care about anything here. There is even hair on the flap of the carelessly applied sticker. Then after waiting very patiently for 10 minutes, yes I waited precisely 10 mins, I went up to inquire about my drink and they didn't even know what I was talking about. The cup that had my drink order written on it with my name in bold Sharpie lettering had apparently grown wings and flew away. They had to re-ask what I'd like afterwhich it was finally prepared. This has been such an ongoing issue here for three years that it has become a family joke to see how many mistakes will be made during our visit. I don't know how this place has a 3-star average. There must be fake accounts padding their rating. UPDATE: For the first time in more than four years this location actually got our two drink & two breakfast item order correct and prepared on time. I work at Starbucks and I just wanted to give my input on the customer service. I came in two times in one day, morning and evening. Morning service was great, everyone was friendly and accommodating. However, evening service was barely subpar. I ordered 4 drinks (Grande Iced Pep Mocha, Pep Hot Chocolate, Syrup Frap, and a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso). The cashier was amazing, except she had inputted my cup discount for another drink of mines that was for a friend. So I kindly let the barista know that I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate in a Starbucks cup and my iced peppermint mocha in a personal cup. He just tossed the Pep Hot Cocoa into the sink and poured the iced peppermint mocha into my cup, which was okay, but he didn't take the sticker to remake the hot peppermint mocha. My boyfriend and I were waiting for our 4 drinks and when the guy handed me my personal cup, he said have a good day! I apologized and let him know I was still waiting on my other drinks and he rolled his eyes. Then I watched him make a Grande Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso by pouring milk and only 2 shots in a shaker, poured it into the grande cup, add 2 pumps of brown sugar, and pour it back and forth between the shaker and the Starbucks cup... it wasn't shaken at all... lol? I just thought things were made differently so after he finally made us our Pep Mocha that he forgot to remake and started ignoring us, we left. We got into our car and I tasted the brown sugar, because it looked pale to be a shaken espresso... and it tasted like straight oatmilk . My boyfriend went back inside because he saw I was upset, so he went in to ask if they could remake it and they straight up ignored him for 10 minutes until the nice cashier finally noticed him and asked what he needed. My boyfriend ended up telling me that he overheard the barista tell the guy, "Im not dealing with this guy, he really came back," and they laughed together, while my boyfriend is standing right behind them... The barista was a girl named Cam and the guy was wearing glasses with a beard, didn't have a name tag on. They were really rude when my boyfriend and I were super kind, not complaining one bit except for some miscommunications about the drinks? I don't understand it at all. read more

I walked in on duty and no one greeted me at all. I literally stood there and everyone just kept doing their own thing without saying a word and they weren't even that busy in cafe or drive thru. The manager Emma was really rude and got my drink order wrong and my food order. I asked for a venti quad soy latte with no foam extra hot. When I received the drink it had tons of foam and wasn't extra hot. I ordered an oatmeal with custom toppings and she didn't even charge me for the blueberries so I had to do another transaction because of course, she wasn't paying attention. I usually go there for my coffee and teas. But to be honest it has become rare for them to nail the drinks. Today I went and ordered 3 drinks. Two of which were basic nothing extravagant about them, the third one was complicated a bit I will admit. Today the associate asked me to put down the lid on my drink. So I'm like ok and put the lid down however I mistook which drink she was talking about. So my hand went to the second iced drink. My hand barely grazed her hand and she over dramatically pulls both hands away. Like I'm diseased or something, please not there was sanitizer 6inches from me and I'm wearing my masking and complying with the policies. Only approached the counter when my name was called. And following what she asked at that moment. So this girl after pulling her hands back like ew omg she touched my hand. Runs back to the sick and starts to scrub the hell out of her hands and while I'm standing there waiting for my third drink. It was a definite WTF moment. When she starts to dry her hands is when I get my third drink. I asked for straws and was ignored. I said excuse me multiple times to other associates near me to pass me three straws only to be ignored. It wasn't til the same girl who ran off to wash her hands came back and gave me the three straws. Making damn sure not to go anyway near my hands. We are in a pandemic I understand that there are polices and procedures that all businesses have to follow. I have no problem with that. What I have a problem with is when you as the associate jerks your hands then proceed to run to wash your hands. Come back tell your co workers that you touched my hand when they ask you what happened said co worker looks like oh ok that makes sense and I'm standing there watching this who scene. It was over dramatic to put it nicely. It could easily been resolved with excuse me a moment ma'am do to Heath policies I have to wash my hands or something along those lines I would have understood. But she was so over dramatic OMG type of crap. I'm done. It just came off to me as offensive . And I'm sure if that happened to other people they would probably find that type of handling of the situation offensive to. She wasn't even discreet it's like damn women I'm not dirty your hand touched mine too and you don't seem me jumping back and running to your bathroom to scrub the hell out of my hands. By the time we thought to just park and go inside, we were blocked in by three other cars. When we finally got to the window, we could see that there were only two staff members inside. I really expected this location to be slow, but they know what the're doing. It's a huge location with some indoor and a lot of outdoor seating as well as a lot of gifts for purchase. The line was long, but moved really fast so I was quite happy with the speed of our order. I got a tall Latte Macchiato ($4.75) with soy milk which was awesome. I actually liked that the soy actually smooths out the taste of most of the drinks here. My sister got a tall Flat White ($4.75) which was also good. Much stronger coffee taste than my drink, but still a good cup of coffee. For a great Starbucks experience, give this place a try! read more

This is by far the best location in the area! I work closer to the one conjoined with Yoshinoya, but if I ever need a caffeinated pick me up, I would gladly go to the S location! The girls (and guys) there are always so sweet, especially Jen, she knows me and my mom by name and sometimes even knows our order before we even get to the counter! It's always a treat to go when she's working! Whether I get a latte or a frappuccino, it's always made correct and delicious! Maybe they were short staffed... nope 5 ladies working, using the drive thru headsets like walkies to have conversations. It took over 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there.
