What a busy Starbucks! I stopped here on the way to Tampa to get a coffee. Thank god I did a pick-up mobile order because the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. I did end up going in to get my Venti iced shaken espresso with white mocha and whole milk, it was made perfectly! Went through the drive through today and it wasn't very busy. I do believe they prioritize the drive through over in cafe ordering. If wording novel order I recommend ordering at home before you leave as on busy days you can still be waiting awhile. I ordered a sweet cream cold brew and it didn't disappoint. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Many people are here working on their computer and it's over too loud. read more

I've been a regular customer at the Plant City Starbucks for years, and it's disappointing to see how far the experience has declined under the current management. The store manager, Amanda, has consistently shown an incredibly rude and disrespectful attitude toward customers. Her behavior isn't just a one-time issue -- nearly every other Google review mentions the same thing. That alone should be a major red flag for anyone at Starbucks who actually reads customer feedback. She speaks to people with unnecessary attitude, uses vulgar language in front of customers, and makes the entire environment feel uncomfortable and tense. A coffee shop is supposed to be a welcoming, friendly place -- not somewhere you leave feeling insulted or unwelcome. What makes this even more frustrating is that the pattern has clearly been going on for a while, and nothing has changed. When multiple customers take the time to report the same person for the same type of behavior, it shows that corporate isn't listening or doesn't care to fix the issue. I'm writing this not out of spite, but because this Starbucks used to be a great local spot. Now it feels like management has completely lost touch with what good customer service is supposed to look like. I truly hope someone at Starbucks corporate sees this and finally addresses the problem -- because Plant City deserves better than this. read more

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. The music is extremely loud, and the employees are talking over it the whole time. They are also very rude and disrespectful, do not greet you, and are slow to get out orders even though they were empty and fully staffed. I sat in here doing work (mainly what people do at Starbucks when sitting inside), and the music was so unbearably loud that other people and I struggled to focus. very disappointed. Great location in Plant City, easy in/easy out, adequate parking, nice looking outside of the restaurant, inside is nicely decorated, spacious, was warmly greeted upon entering, friendly baristas, quick service, plenty of different kinds of comfortable seating, clean dining room & men's restroom, bright, many windows letting in the sunshine, delicious coffee!, pleasant music playing, good, free Wi-Fi, A/C. read more

First off, let me just say I am excited this Starbucks was finally able to open. Just so everyone is aware, last time I went, they informed me they only take mobile orders. I don't know if that was a limited thing or not, but make sure you have the Starbucks app anyways to place an order ahead of time. As for the establishment itself, the workers are very friendly and efficient, despite seemingly being short-staffed. The lines can sometimes get crazy in the drive-thru, so I appreciate their efforts. On the down side,, it seems they are constantly out of something. Checking out their menu on the app, a lot of popular drinks are constantly sold out at their store, either from popularity or lack of supplies. Either way, I understand given that they are pretty new it will take awhile for everything to get situated. The staff also seems to just be getting accustomed to the environment. The wait was 22 minutes. On average you'll wait around 15-20 minutes, your order is usually wrong and the customer service and rapport is terrible. Not ran efficiently in anyway, the drive through is a hazard itself, and blocks traffic so other customers who go in can't get out of there parking spot after. read more

I totally avoid the drive thru line as you probably already know, they are always long and I have no patience. Going inside almost feels like a life hack. First time coming to this location and Nikki was amazing, she was so sweet and polite when taking my order. Also liked the fact that their drive thru was pretty quick.
