Normally I get my Starbucks at the cafe closest to work but this morning I decided to stop at the one by my apartment instead and I'll never go back. I'm still in line, I've been in line for 35 minutes and counting and I still have yet to make it to the window. My regular Starbucks is busy in the morning so I'm used to that but this is insane. The first time I went here I enjoyed my drink. Great customer service, very friendly. They did however forget my friend's drink so we were waiting quite some time. The bartista was new so we cut him some slack. However I was not very happy with the drink I got today. I ordered a hot hazelnut macchiato and when I got it, it had no taste. It tasted like water! I couldn't go back because I was already at work. I hope this doesn't happen again because this will be a regular spot for me since it is near my work. read more

Won't let you use the restroom and the workers lie and say they are out of everything so they can be on their phones. Won't ever go back.

They were really nice and welcoming, made our order pretty fast but it didn't come out as I hoped. We ordered three strawberries and cream frappes and it wasn't fully blended and our drinks kinda tasted watered down. read more

Last 3 times I have come home and had to reheat my Americano as it was lukewarm . A coffee place simply cannot serve lukewarm coffee ... it's just not worth the $2.85 spent and not to mention the effort to buy a cup of coffee . read more

The manager Niki is soo rude I can't imagine hiring someone like this. To hear her tell an employee that said "I can't afford new shoes" she told him " don't come to your next shift until you get new ones!" This is my secondary Starbucks location when I can't get to my usual one in San Dimas. However, there are a couple of downsides to this location: - The parking lot is really tight; and - It's not easy exiting onto Temple Ave. 'cause of the traffic - it's right next to the 57 freeway onramp. I always go to Starbucks with the same cup (yes i wash it daily, and no I don't care about the minor plastic chemicals-- I will die regardless of those chemicals) because if I were to NOT reuse the cup I would feel so bad wasting that much plastic, for I drink a lot of coffee. It's not because i'm cheap, I will tell them that its not a refill. (yes, you could call me radically environmentally concious). note: I don't usually go to the Starbucks on Temple, i usually go to the one on Rio Rancho Rd-- which is a lot better and they don't give me problems with this. So I get to the front of the line and I take of the lid of my reused cup and put it near her hand on the counter, she asks what I want and I say: iced coffee. She grabs a brand new cup and before she starts to write my name on it, I tell her that I would prefer for her to use the one that I brought in. She tells me she can't because of company rules? I'm trying to help you. I am saving you a plastic cup (which saves the company money anyway) and I am reducing the amount of waste I produce. I am the daily paying customer. Let me do want I want: I have no interest in company rules. It's not worth the dispute. The cashier by the apron name of "RYAN" (an asian girl) was such a goody-too-shoes it was disgusting. Man, help me try and help you, don't get all "company rules" on me. I doubt that is a company rule, I have never had this problem with another Starbucks. I'm saving Starbucks money by reusing my plastic cup, the company should love me. So after I slide my card, I am waiting to sign the receipt (which i guess I didn't have to) but she did NOT conclude the transaction by saying "Thanks, your order will be ready at the other counter". So I'm still standing there (because I think I have to sign the receipt) and she say's "uh, are you waiting for something?" UGH. So rude yet such a rule-follower. What a terrible combination. Barristas are supposed to be cool and tend to the individual needs of the paying customer. This "RYAN" girl (she may have been wearing someone else's apron on 10/21/2015) was rude and made my daily attaining of coffee incredibly unpleasant and got me very mad and stressed right before my structural engineering midterm. Being only 2 miles from the Parental's house, I'm always here especially before an exam! This place is just like any other Starbucks, if not better! The workers are friendly and don't give dirty looks if u don't order anything! There is a long bench seating with about 4 or 5 round tables along it...sometimes the round table is too small for all my stuff but I can manage! There is a bigger table for handicap that's available sometimes if you're lucky. The outside seating area is decent enough...plenty of tables and chairs. It's located in the shopping area with Denny's and a Kwik mart and it's right next to a donut shop! When I'm feeling thrifty, I get my pastry from there then eat it at Starbucks! The baked goods there are always fresh but that's another review! This place also gets busy esp in the morning hours! But I guess that's expected...it is starbucks after all! Its starbucks. you can find one in every city that you go to. they have drinks for all parts of the year. Caramel Frap or Ice Green Tea Lemonade when its hot. Or a White Chocolate Mocha when its cold. And after you get your drink you can lounge in a seat and use their free wifi. read more

No love for this Starbucks? Just 4 reviews? This place seems busy every time I've stopped by. But, I guess I'm just as guilty for not reviewing this location any earlier. It is convenient enough for grabbing some coffee before hitting that 57 to 10 or 210 commute every morning; it's about 200 yards from the 57 N on-ramp. The common theme to every Starbucks review I've read is "it's a Starbucks" and you're going to pretty much get the drink you ordered the same way at any location. Consistency is good, it's what you expect and I agree with the theme. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Staff is pleasant. Agree w/Marie Y. that parking is tight and you need to watch in all directions when pulling out of the spaces, people aren't attentive and drive a little faster than they should. read more

One of my favorite reliable Starbucks. Never too busy and when they are crowded there is a sense of urgency to get people in and out. I enjoy the location and service at this location. They have messed up my drink on two occasions but gave me a free drink voucher the last time. Like always make sure they read out loud your order correctly. This Starbucks has a small decent lounge seating area along the inside and has a nice outdoor seating area as well. A fanatical addict is the only way I can describe myself in relation to coffee. I'm all about it, all day and every day. But I also have my tea. As an ex Starbucks employee, I know the ins and outs of the expected service, quality, and recipes. I gotta say that every employee here is fantastic. There's always amazing service, and the quality of the drinks is exceptional. Even when there's a line out the door, and a new barista at the cashier or on bar, they always find a way to make it work and get the line moving. I even had one barista suggest a very cool way to have my tea, prompting that it would taste very tropical and refreshing. He was so right! I thought it was great that he made that suggestion, in addition to offering me another drink if I ended up not liking it. I do love my Starbucks, but I love it even more when the service is this amazing. It also doesn't hurt that it's 2 feet away from the 57 freeway. read more

I have been at this establishment several times, it is up the hill from Cal Poly Pomona, and near Denny's. I would usually come here, when lines on campus Starbucks would get long. Usually, I would order a regular coffee. Of course, the place itself is small, and there is not much space to sit down, inside at least. Outside, they have several outdoors table, to enjoy coffee. However, I would recommend to sit there in the mornings, or in the evenings. The prices are the same as in any other Starbucks. read more

I've been to this location several times since it's just down the street. Service is always great, and always gets the orders out quickly! can get crowded because it has a smaller seating area...but there is outdoor seating as well. Too bad there is no drive thru at this location. They are Very accommodating. I had ordered 100 of their cake pops one time for my daughter's birthday party and they were kind enough to preorder and have them for the day I needed, nicely packaged. Thanks for that! read more

I frequent this location on a daily basis. I can personally say that this location is law enforcement friendly and the staff is genuine and kind. Madison is usually my barista. Although this location is always busy, she always has my drink ready and out the door within 2 minutes. Madison seems to know every customer by name and drink. It's good seeing a huge corporation have that local coffee shop charm due to its employees, especially Madison. I recommend this location. read more

I got to say... I work nearby and pass by every day. I come here almost daily and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. I have only had my drink made wrong once; given the fact that I've been coming here for about a year and stop by frequently, that's not too shabby! A location near my house almost always gets our order wrong. Anyway, yes. Don't come here if you're in a hurry to go to work at 8/8:30, you WILL be late. I stop in at this Starbucks every time I visit my father in law. Service is quick and they have never gotten my order wrong.

Overall good service. coffee can always be remade if you don' t like. A very young vibe to this place, probably d/t proximity to colleges. It is just a bit strange the seating where those who seat are against wall and when looking up looks directly at the barista counter and guests who order in line. Always fast service here, and they listen to all of my requests. =) Nice big patio / outdoor seating area, but keep in mind, your on the edge of Pomexico.. Only downside is, the interior is a bit small, so having a table to study or chillout is usually an issue. Having to stand there & wait for a drink is also a wreck, because literally, you are trying to stand in the aisle where you don't touch someone's table w/ your butt or look over someone's shoulder (unintentionally of course).... First off, I love Starbucks. I love their food, service , drinks and the atmosphere is great. However this particular Starbucks is terrible.i have placed phone orders for travelers for meetings that I have nearby and twice already they didn't have the order ready or showing. The only time I have received the correct order was when I called twice to verify my phone order before pick up. It's more of a hassle than anything. They have no records of the order then have me wait 20 minutes to fill the order. They gave me a free drink coupon for the trouble which is thoughtful however I still ended up running late and had to take half of my original order because I couldn't wait any longer. read more

Let me just begin by saying, this has to be THE BEST Starbucks experience I've ever had! My boyfriend and I walk in and are greeted right away. We get to the register and our barista, Christina, was super sweet and genuine. We asked about the new Citrus Green Tea Latte, and she recommended it iced, and told us it was very refreshing! (Which it was!) I then told her that I had an unused birthday reward that had expired. She smiled and said that she would honor it! It completely made my day! Then, as the other barista calls my name to let me know the drink is ready, she smiles and sincerely tells me that she loves this drink and that I made a great choice. As we're drinking our beverages, my boyfriend and I realize how great the playlist is. We asked Christina what song/playlist was playing, and she said that we could find out on the Starbucks app, but that she would also find out personally for us. She was busy making other drinks for customers, so I told her that it wasn't necessary. When we left, I personally thanked Christina for everything, and she thanked us for choosing this Starbucks. I came in to this Starbucks Cafe and was quite disappointed on what this represented because this store definitely did not represent what Starbucks company is all about. First off, there is no effort to customer connection at this location. From the moment I walked in to the cafe you can tell that the baristas were agitated and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. My order was not that complicated but you can tell the barista that was up front was agitated with my order. Another observation I made while being in that cafe is that they couldn't care less about drink quality. They don't use shakers for their teas and they free pour it. For lattes they pour milk first then the shots which is not the proper way to make a latte. read more
