This particular Starbucks is really close to my house and conveniently located right off the 57 fwy. My drinks are always consistent. I went in there earlier for my Peppermint Mocha and wanted to buy two pink cake pops. The guy who worked there said they only had one left. I needed two since I was getting ready to babysit my friend's kids. I asked him to give me the two that were left in the case and he said he couldn't. What an idiot!!! Pros: Great staff that is always friendly, lots of power outlets Cons: Sorta ALWAYS busy, and a small location (not many seats). Can be a bit of a wait sometimes. All in all a solid Sbux, just don't always expect to stay and enjoy your drink. read more

This location would get 100 stars if I could plug them in. Within the first week of moving here, stopping just twice, everyone called me by name. How do they do that, I have trouble remembering my own name, LOL. Every visit, every employee, all have treated me with the outmost respect and dignity. It's a smaller Starbucks, but decent. My only quark about it is that it's not far from a college and closes at 9pm. If I want to find on the is open to 11, or even 10:30 I need to drive several miles away. I figured being close to a college, this would be one of the later run locations to help with students and all nighters. Guess not. read more

The staff is super friendly. I go by there daily and they all know my name and greet me as I walk in. The staff also knows my order and makes it right almost every single time, and if it is not right they do not hesitate to make it right. They don't make me feel like it is an inconvenience, they really do strive for great customer service. I am a Starbucks addict and this is by far the best Starbucks I have ever visited. Ordered a very berry hibiscus and I now feel sick to my stomach. I ate one of the berries and it tasted weird, like salty and chemical and it was frozen. I've always had a pleasant experience with this Starbucks. The baristas in the morning are friendly and my order is ready fairly quickly.

If you're in a hurry...don't go here. I live right around the corner from this Starbucks and I drive to another Starbucks because this one takes forever! They keep taking drink orders but don't make any drinks! They have a lot of people working there but no one is actually doing work. There is always one person making drinks. I even had to tell someone to make my drink one time because the cup was just sitting on the counter and the guy was cleaning counters instead. Along with being slow, they always forget about food. I have ordered a bagle three different times and had to ask for it all three times. Staff is really friendly...but they just have to reorganize how they do things. It's so close to the freeway, for people on their way to work! So they got to pick up their pace! read more

Right off the Temple exit from the 57 freeway, just turn left, if you're coming off the 57S, and turn left again into the plaza after the next stop light! It's a fairly small Starbucks but they have a decent sized patio out front with many tables and chairs. The employees here are always very nice and patient and are happy to recommend drinks if you ask. The bathrooms are clean, like most other Starbucks bathrooms. read more

Customer service was great, but they forgot my drink and my slow roasted ham and swiss was cold. They ruined my favorite sandwich. I usually don't buy food from here, because its expensive and not worth the price for such little portions. But I will get a slow roasted Ham and Swiss. But not anymore, ill go somewhere else for my food, some place that knows how to use a microwave. But ill come back for a peppermint mocha, if they can remember my order. read more

I very rarely stop by this location, which is odd since its on the way to work and on the way home. The last time I was in here I absolutely needed a snack and a coffee before heading out on my two hour drive to camp. The service was decent, not the bright,shining baristas I'm used to (or was when I worked there). The coffee was pretty good and my cookie (outrageous oatmeal, warmed) was really good. The parking lot is interesting, could be an issue if you're not careful. read more

I regularly go to two Starbucks in the Phillips Ranch area and this one being one of them. However, I recently haven't been receiving the best service from this specific Starbucks, especially my last visit. My last visit, which was a couple weeks ago, was just horrific. As I waiting for my latte, about 3 people behind me all receive their drinks. The barista finally notices me waiting for my drink and asks me what I ordered. After I tell her, I can tell the cashier person did not write down my order on a cup since the barista had to grab another cup. Then as she was making my drink, she leaves right in the middle (I'm assuming her shift ended). Another barista comes to finish my drink and I get asked again on what I ordered. I just couldn't believe the bad customer service I received since most Starbucks have pretty good service (other than at times the service may be slow from being so busy). But the fact that the Starbucks wasn't that busy at the time, I had to wait 20 minutes for one latte and the first barista didn't even have the diligence to finish making my drink makes me give this Starbucks two stars. *I would also like to add though that Starbucks as a whole gives good customer service. I reported my service to the company's website and they quickly replied back as well as gave me a coupon, which I was surprised! read more

Morning rush is crazy here! I order before I leave my house and stop before heading into work. The only difference here with mobile app order is that I have to ask the barister for my drink.... which means, I have to make a scene and try to get the barister's attention to get my morning java. Maybe they had people stealing other people's drink and now have to do it this way? In any case, it's not very efficient. If it wasn't right off the freeway near work, I probably would go to a different starbucks. read more

I ordered a Citrus Green Tea Latte Iced, and the barista made a recommendation to add a dash strawberry flavor to it, and it was the most delicious drink I have ever had at Starbucks.
