I'm so disappointed. This is the second time visiting this location on my way to New Orleans and I have received lukewarm coffee. I pay too much money for this to be cold. I didn't realize it both times until I drove off and really held the cup. It's cold. You can't tell me y'all didn't feel that it wasn't hot. I expect for my coffee to be hot when going to a coffee shop or charge me half off for old cold coffee. SMH. read more

I love the location of this Starbucks and drinks are typically made well when they have what you want at least. This Starbucks is relatively new (probably coming up on its first full year here now) , and I'm sure COVID effects ordering supplies (or more just being able to get their ordered supplies in), but this place is notorious for not having anything. They're ALWAYS out of something (like straws, cream cheese, bagels, syrups, etc). It makes me wonder how other Starbucks manage their supplies better. On top of this, every time I order my Bacon Gouda Egg Sandwich (which I highly recommend trying... just maybe not at this location ) it's cold in the middle still. This hasn't happened just once or twice but every single time lately ! In short, it's not the best Starbucks around here, I gave them 4 stars still because mostly I'm hoping they'll fix these issues and get better because I know the workers are amazing here and try their hardest to provide great drinks and food, as they already provide great service (and I'm sure they deal with a lot of frustrated people since they're always out of stuff ). The baristas and manager are super friendly and (most importantly) deliver excellent product with consistency. They also happily share what makes a good drink great (changing the type of milk to soy does something amazing to a Chai Tea Latte!). I frequently get my caffeine fix from here, as do other family members, and have been nothing but pleased. My favorite batista, Jonas, remembers my name, my order, and my kids' names and favorites. I'm hesitant to recommend my true favorite because it's limited in availability, but the nitro cold brew with sweet cream...yall. Perfection. You can't order a venti of it, so maybe sometimes I just order two. Judge away, but it's worth it. And the salted caramel version is amazing. So order one of each and a warm almond croissant and bask in your own choices of following the advice of some random Yelper. read more

I can't put in to words how excited I was to see this Starbucks being built so close to my home! I used to either have to drive into BR or all the way to Gonzales to get my fix! I just went with my mom to grab coffee on our way to the airport, and we sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 15 minutes. Nobody came over the speaker to say a single thing, therefore we never got our order taken. When we drove around to leave, it didn't even look like a single person was inside of the store. It looked like whoever *was* there was sitting in their car. This location opens at 4:30am and we got there around 5:40am. Anytime I'm in town again, I'll never come back to this location. read more

Honestly, I held off on reviewing this place to be fair. I figured because it was New and because of COVID, maybe they would get their stuff together. But here's my take.... First off they almost never have what you want in stock. Food, drink you name it. Second is the service. It is very often very slow and if you place a mobile order and wait there for a few minutes no one will ask you what you are waiting for. IN FACT they will avoid eye contact and never turn their back to see if anyone is waiting for service. Last is the wait. I don't know if they need to hire more people or what but the wait at this location is painful. I would save yourself the time and drive to one of the other Starbucks in the area. I will be nice and give 2 stars though because they have never messed up a drink order. So at least you will get you second choice drink after your 10- 20 minute wait. read more

The workers are always so busy yet so attentive to you. The line stays long but even when you come inside they give you their full attention despite being slammed. 25 minutes to get 3 drinks. Two of which were done 10 minutes before the last one. This location is always a problem. They had 7 employees working and only 2 vehicles ahead of us in the drive thru. AND I did mobile order, so the order was in for much longer than we waited. The 25 minutes was all at the store. Extremely frustrating! read more

Well for the second time in a month I had my dream of a yummy cup of goodness crushed. If your going to advertise that you open at 0500 then do so. This morning I sat till 0516 and finally pulled up to the window and watched the workers getting ready, a simple we're sorry or it will be 5 min. My coworkers and I do our weekly Starbucks run for our favorite drink and a always leave disappointed when we find out they are always out of our usuals. For some reason this location never has oat milk and is always limited on breakfast items.
