morning shift was good, afternoon shift was awful. came in with my sisters to get some drinks, food and get some schoolwork done. took a break & came back around five. ordered another drink, they didn't ask for my name, nor did they let me know my drink had been sitting at the end of the counter for the past five minutes, watering down. we have our backs turned to the doors, so we didn't see them place the drink. the food and drinks were wonderful, the service wasn't. read more

This Starbucks is awful. They never fill my nitro cold brew to the top. $6.25 for 2/3 a cup of coffee. I don't come here often, choosing to go to any other location if I can. Each time I give them another chance, I'm always disappointed. read more

I really wish I could give this location 5 stars, but unfortunately, I regularly encounter an issue with my order and it's only ever at this particular location. Today I ordered a green tea with lemonade. After receiving my order I noticed it had no lemonade in it. When I told the clerk it didn't have lemonade he asked me "Are you sure?" I was sure as I order the same thing every time. I ended up basically paying for a $7 cup of ice. Very disappointing. This starbucks sucks, we order coffee,A snowman cake pop,and coffee cake. We got the coffees first They messed up our order with the drinks. They kept saying "Your order will be coming soon sorry." We waited over 30 minutes just for our drinks and I overheard the employees say "We don't have the snowman cake pop." So we waited for 20 minutes because they had to deal with the line before us. We were there first before the line. For a cake pop absolutely ridiculous!!! For the coffee cake they messed up again giving us the wrong order. 10 minutes for that coffee cake so in total we waited 60 minutes!! The place itself is not that busy and still you can't get my damn order right, ridiculous. read more

Service is the main reason I visit this location daily. If you haven't met the kind-hearted Haley, she's a cup of joy. She is creative, thoughtful, friendly and efficient for those in a hurry. Her spirit inspires your day to start out with a smile. In over a year, I only had one issue with my order and the way she listened to quickly address was awesome service. Her personality and quality of service should be mirrored by anyone in the coffee community. This is probably the second worst Starbucks to visit ever in life. First being the recent one in the news, kicking men out for waiting for a friend/business partner. CARLA, needs to be trained again before she's allowed to service smiling customers again. Starting with the basics, smiling, being patient, fixing her tone. She is rude. I can truly speak for my recent visits at this Starbucks & say this is the BEST STARBUCKS location ever. I've been to Mckinney & Plano and nothing compares to this Princeton's. Princeton team: y'all do the greatest customer service, does my drink EXACTLY how I want it EVERY SINGLE TIME, & great speed for drive thru. This Starbucks is very neat and clean. They were fast making my drink each time I have stopped at the Princeton Starbucks. My big disappointment is they decided to discontinue the gluten free breakfast sandwich. I thought when Starbucks started offering this sandwich that more gluten free offerings were on the way. I guess not. Seems they are driving in reverse. They were very slow to come around on milk alternatives, too, but eventually added almond and coconut milks. read more
