Ordered coffee on Sunday morning, drove down the street, and coffee tasted like crap. Stopped at another Starbucks, replaced the coffee ordering the same one. **Coffee was awesome**. Paid full price there as well, went back. The next day requested a comp drink, was willing to show on the app where I had to purchase the coffee twice within a 20 minute range and was told by supervisor I should've called the day of. Very disappointed as I could show my receipts that I purchased the same drink. I also sent this in an email two days ago and have yet to get a response so not very happy with you guys anymore. What can I say? I already dislike Starbucks, and this event made me hate them more. It's 7:30 on a Saturday. I'm the only customer, there are no less than 7 individuals behind the counter. The one closest to the register offered me a vague hello after a minute of me standing there waiting for my order to be taken, but kept putting stuff away while I stood there. Waited another minute, still was invisible to the platoon of people behind the counter and left. Very disrespectful to a paying customer, and even more bizarre and rude that none of the other people in that building, even acknowledged my presence. I'm standing by the register, holding my card in my hand, waiting to buy freaking 6 gallons of damn coffee, and no one stepped up to ask me for my order. You're a damn coffee shop, you can hold up putting the cups away while the customer is standing there waving money at you saying "take it, I want some damn coffee." Just add an update to this. I went to Gravity Coffee their competitors, but Gravity doesn't sell coffee by the gallon. so I had to have no less than five full drink carriers of large coffees. Don't go to the drive through these people are slow as hell I was 6 cars back and seriously it was just shy of 15 minutes.

I emailed been here many of times but always use the drive thru. Today I decided to go inside. There was only one cashier and he was helping one lady. There was two other women in front of me. I waited and waited and could not understand what was taking the cashier so long. Waited, waited some more and then left, hopped in my vehicle and used the drive thru. I will never walk inside to order again. I'm sure this was a rare incident but I had enough. I'm the third order in line and it was taking forever. read more

I hate to say it but they lay far too many eggs for a Starbucks. Listen, you go to Starbucks because you might like a beverage that they make consistently perfectly. But... Nearly half the time, at this Starbucks... my latte comes back tasting like black licorice and burnt milk. I get it, it's busy - you're trying to crank out drinks as fast as you can, but lately, it's happened when I've been the only one in line. Stop rushing your drinks. It's happening more and more often - this isn't Huntsville Alabama, I have choices - and I will stop going if this keeps up. The other half of the time? I don't have anything bad to say about it. Which is sad. Just as many times I get a bad one? I get a perfect one - But I go OFTEN. Even if it was 25% of the time (closer to 50%), that is a lot of wasted money on bad lattes. It's got so bad, if I can? I will go into the adjacent Safeway - and just get my latte there because I know it'll be made right, ironically enough If you go, just make sure that you taste your drink before you leave with it. read more

Standard Starbucks - meaning unevenly roasted, sometimes burnt coffee. But if you like it, it'll do. The people are very friendly and quick at the drive through. One star for the coffee, two for friendly folks. But they miss on two stars for getting orders wrong about 25% of the time - that and almost always dripping carmel down the side of the cup - I hate driving with sticky fingers. If I liked Starbucks coffee itself, they'd get four stars. read more

This is my least favorite Starbucks since their remodel. They removed the nice display shelves and now just have a tiny one that sits in the middle of the floor. All of these flies congregate right in front of where you order your coffee and you have to bat at them to get through them to order. The furniture was removed and now it looks like a cheaper IKEA version. No comfortable chairs. At least put two. The staff if great and friendly despite this. It's a great location but I don't want to go in there anymore. read more

I have never heard her yell at the other workers or seem to have a bad attitude and she is very helpful to me. All of the baristas there are so friendly and do everything that they can to make the Starbucks experience great. Destiny is is a very hard worker and I don't think that she should be disrespected. As a regular at this Starbucks, I am met with personal and exceptional service and my order is generally made with efficiency and accuracy. The baristas I encounter are, more than not, perky, polite and engaging to the customers. I can honestly say I rarely have had an experience here where the barista was unfriendly or rushing the customer. You can expect to be greeted with a smile and question on how your day has been, which is what to expect when walking into a Starbucks. Along with the positive environment, orders are almost always made correctly and if not, they have no problem remaking a new one for the customer. Overall, I would recommend anyone looking for a well made cup of coffee and a friendly atmosphere to definitely stop by! read more

This crew is on point. They are clearly well trained. I absolutely love Paige, even in the drive thru, she's quick to say hi to my daughter who is 3 years old. She's always happy. I used to love this Starbucks location most likely because I always went through the drive-thru which is where this stores attention strictly focused on. Unfortunately, I went inside and felt like I was in a island of flies. There were flies everywhere a fly strip could've even helped in this situation. I went in on a Saturday afternoon expecting great service but I didn't get anything close. Destiny whom I assume was the manager because I could hear her shout out demands to the other workers. Well she took my order a grande iced green tea no sweetener which seems easy enough amongst all of the "fluffy" drinks. Destiny had an attitude of that of someone that immensely hated her job and seemed irritated even ringing up my order. As I waited and got attacked by swarms of flies which took over thirty minutes, customers came in after I did but left with their drinks as I waited. I decided I had it I was informed several times my order was next it was never next and after the last phrase of your drink will be next, I stated I wanted my money back and these flies are overwhelming to say the least. Destiny processed my refund and I politely asked her if she needed the receipt, again the horrible attitude came out in full effect she crumpled up my receipt and threw in the trash. I actually wanted my receipt but thought she needed the transaction number on it. read more

We just moved to the area and have visited this Starbucks 4 times now. No joke, every. single. visit they have messed up our orders. Anywhere from giving us the wrong product entirely, to leaving out half the order, to even re-loading my card with the incorrect amount of money. I am not sure what is going on with their team work here. The staff is nice enough, and were great when I had to ask for them to fix what was missing/incorrect. However, it's extremely frustrating especially considering this drive-through is always full, slow, and now as my experience tells, very inconsistent. I hope they can improve very soon. read more

This has been my go-to Starbucks for the last 2.5 years since I moved to the area! I'm there quite a bit and have even gotten to know some of the baristas and personally feel "at home" at this location. The whole team is phenomenal and always make me smile EVERY time I come by! I have personally always chosen this location over any other location. Yesterday was no different when I opted for a little mommy & me date with my 14 month old son. There was a miscommunication with my order that ultimately resulted in my son drinking something I would have never given him but unfortunately I had no clue until after he drank a good bit of it. The barista was super sweet, sincerely apologized and even remade the drinks once I addressed the issue with him. I ended up speaking with a manager who was extremely understanding as well. Today, they made it right again and were extremely accommodating. I honestly hesitated to bring it up with a manager in the first place because I don't like confrontation and I know it was a truly honest mistake (and let's face it, who doesn't make mistakes?!) but the momma bear in me took over when my little started feeling a bit sick. They didn't make me feel like I was over-reacting when I got so upset which I also can't thank them enough for...sometimes being a first time mom its not always easy to hide emotions & nerves! I'm so glad I brought it up after all because they really restored my trust in their whole team and made me feel like a valued customer regardless of one small mix-up amongst my numerous successful visits! My opinion still stands that this is the BEST location around my area and I can't wait to return!! read more
