Things have gone downhill here. They are really fast even with a long line but at the cost of drink consistency. I always order some variation of cold brew with cold foam and more often than not, there's barely any cold foam. I have to pay extra just to get a normal amount now which with the cost of drinks is ridiculous. I'm giving 2 stars because they are fast and they always have really friendly workers, but the quality of the drinks isn't good anymore. read more

So I went to the Starbucks earlier today to get a coffee which I got an iced coffee. I asked for cream on the side instead of giving me cream like half and half they gave me whip cream so I wasn't able to drink my coffee. So I called and I asked if I can get a remake and can I get something that's warm just because it's raining and it's like in the evening and he said sure no problem. So I got a caramel macchiato with some whip cream on it but, it felt light so when I open my cup it looks like there's most of it gone. I'm just disappointed. This is usually my go to Starbucks because it's close and convenient and I never have an issue with my order. Today was a little different though, I mobile ordered per usual, and when I arrived of course the drive thru is busy, again per usual but no problem. Finally after about 15 min I'm at the window... the girl hands me my drink and I immediately know it's wrong because there was no cold foam. Which if you drink Starbucks you know that you have to pay extra for that. So while the cashier was grabbing the butter croissant I sat the drink on the ledge and when she came back I said sorry but this doesn't have the cold foam. She doesn't say a word, just grabs it and hands it to the barista who then put the cold foam. My problem was the end interaction because once she comes back to hand me my drink, she shoves it at me and I look at her and say thank you, she doesn't acknowledge me, doesn't look at me just say mmm. That's what made me mad because why are YOU mad at a customer correcting the mistake that they PAY for? If it was that big of a deal you could have given me my money back for the cold foam. Might be 1st world problem but I expect to get what I pay for. Without a shit attitude. read more

Always packed drive thru I ordered 1 vanilla sweet cream cold brew no ice and they did not fill my cup up all the way only 3/4 of the cup but I was charged for the whole drink not 3/4th! Of a drink!! This place pisses me off to no end, and the "manager" today made me finally snap. He was a tall blonde light eyed man. He was so rude and inappropriate... he was giving me an attitude and grilling me like I just offended him in someway. He argued with me and basically told me I was wrong and acted highly unprofessional. He charged me for half and half that is "over 4 oz" but yet they gave me TWO venti cups.. how the heck does that make sense? (No other starbucks gave us a problem with that.. and we even ask for a side of half and half and no refusal. Now I remember why we stopped going to this Starbucks.) The original person I spoke to on the speaker when ordering was such a sweet man! When I asked him if he was charging me for the half and half, he was going to explain it to me politely and this other man I described earlier stepped over him (I wouldn't even assume he was a manager by the way he spoke to me) and told me how things are going to go... excuse my french, but if he was a manager then he shouldn't have been because he was a fucking asshole. If someone were to go to THAT starbucks for the first time and they met him, I guarantee you they would NEVER return... ever. I wish I knew his name... luckily, I had my dash cam going so I was recording his nasty attitude. I wish it was recording his face because of how rude his mannerisms were. I don't care if he had a bad day, but someone like that should NEVER be remotely CLOSE to customer service.. I am calling corporate tomorrow with my recording on hand. My goal is to get him fired. Ps. I only gave it one star because of that first lovely man I spoke to before the "manager" stepped in. Update: I called back because the DECAF coffee they gave me was REGULAR (while en route to the hospital for my boyfriend who almost had a heart attack). I found out the "manager's" name is Russell. He gave me just as much of an attitude as he did before UNTIL I threatened to call corporate then all of a sudden, he MAGICALLY turned into an accommodating upstanding employee of Starbucks and offered to refund or remake the drink... I've been ordering the same drink from this Starbucks for the past 2 years. A decaf iced vanilla late with whip with caramel drizzle. Today the guy in the drive thru window hands me my drink and right away I notice theres no caramel drizzle, so he fixed that problem. Then I take a sip and notice it's not sweet. I told the guy it tastes like plain coffee, there's no flavor at all. He then explains to me that my drink does not come sweetened and I have to specify that at the window when ordering. That is a lie. The drink is called a "VANILLA" latte. It's supposed to taste like vanilla, hence the name. I've been ordering vanilla lattes for years and they are always sweet. I'm giving this location a one-star review based on the fact that it took 20 minutes of sitting in line only for them to give me a drink with no flavor, then try to argue with me when I corrected them. read more

I don't usually come I to this location but when I do it's usually on days that I start work later in the mornings. I've noticed that when I do come in the morning girls making the drinks are a great team. What I don't like is how rushed I feel everytime some girl that usually wears a hat or her bang out. WiFi is slow as hell, I attached a photo of speed test results for this establishment, and it's on the piss poor side. When I was there, no one had a laptop out and only one customer was waiting for their drink happened to be on their phone. Maybe they have QoS settings in place on the wireless router, but still, at the end of the day, I can't do any sort of online class home work training such as AWS or Azure videos (fun fact, Yelp runs on AWS technology "S3"). Anyway, as far as drinks go, this place delivers and the drinks are on the good side. I've yet to come across a Starbucks in the Rancho Cucamonga area that fucks up drinks. So far, so good. Restrooms are clean, the employees here clearly keep up with regularly scheduled bathroom cleanings. But at the end of the day, for someone like me that likes to be away from home to study/do work, this Starbucks doesn't do it for me. read more

Love this Starbucks. Super friendly staff, they have a drive through, the parking lot is super small but they move quick so you can get through the drive through pretty quickly! I had placed a pickup order leaving me enough time to get to work and skip the drive thru line only to find out I would have to go through the drive they to receive my order. Earlier today, my morning was off to a great start. I felt excited as I headed to Starbucks for my favorite straight-up black coffee. Despite taking two buses to get there, I was in good spirits. Once at the counter, I decided to use my rewards account, which I hadn't accessed in a while. After resetting my password, I paid for my order with a mix of cash and a gift card. However, when I asked the barista to apply my points, I was informed that it couldn't be done since I'd already paid. As a customer, I wish I'd known this beforehand--I would have reset my password first. It left me feeling unappreciated and disappointed, missing out on reward points that would have encouraged me to return. This is my go-to Starbucks. I love this location! Best Starbucks EVER! From customer service to drinks, they're hands down the best one I've been to. They are ALWAYS jammed packed busy BUT, very efficient and fast. They always have about 7-10 or so employees working (from what I've seen picking up drinks inside) and they all work so well together, so kudos to excellent teamwork. Disappointed with this Starbucks. I appreciate the fact that they are open so early, and the drive-thru is very convenient, but the attitude of the employees there just left a bad impression. I called with a question one day that was answered with some rudeness. I was made to feel dumb for asking the question, and the employee was not accommodating. I came to the drive threw today and ordered my new favorite drink. A shaken green tea, sweetened with strawberry juice. My wife ordered three strawberry and Cream Frappuccino's. They tasted horrible!! They tasted like ice milk and water with absolutely no strawberry so she took them back and asked for a refund.
