This Starbucks has a drive thru, and pick up Moblie orders as well. The atmosphere is very friendly, warm, very welcoming & charming. Today Michelle A. Helped me today, she asked if I had any questions & she answered them all beautifully. I ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino with Soy Milk & no whipped cream. I also got an Egg white Turkey Bacon sandwich. After I paid, I had to reload my card which Michelle A Helped me & it was a breeze! Her Shift Manager Gabe N. was there too asking if everything was ok! It was more than ok! I felt like they really took care of me even if they really didn't know me! Great hospitality! I love their price points here & you can earn rewards too! Love it! I showed him my phone were it said procession payment in the Starbucks app. left with my drink to find the parking lot guy blowing debris AT MY JEEP trying to make a pile on the other side of my jeep from no logical reason , literally blowing debris on and in my jeep, literally the parking spaces were empty in front of the store front door , and hes standing next to my driver door blowing debris at my jeep. I am a loyal Starbucks customer since they first came to California in the 1990s. I frequent about four different locations in the Coachella Valley this one being closest to my home. I also frequently travel around the country and other parts of the world where I go to Starbucks. For some odd reason, this particular location never provides sleeves for their hot coffee drinks. Every time I go there, the drink is sitting there waiting because I ordered it on the mobile app and then I have to stand there and wait for five minutes for someone to acknowledge me and to ask for a sleeve for my hot latte. This is the only location that this ever happens in. Today after multiple times of dealing with this, I finally asked the barista why they never seem to provide slaves and he said that their policy is only to provide sleeves on Venti size drinks. I'm not sure why a hot drink of one size can warrant a sleeve over another size. They're both hot to hold onto. I think this is a ridiculous rule. That seems to only be in this location and it's annoying. While I am doing the review, I'll also mention that in any other state and country that I've been to a Starbucks since Covid ended there our stands in each location where you can put your own sugar and put your own vanilla or chocolate powder. Except for in California. I'm not sure how a global company like this can have one rule for California And different rules for everywhere else. Especially when all the other cafés in California have stands where you can doctor up your coffee the way you want it. It's inconvenient and outdated and it's slowly making me want to frequent other non-Starbucks locations, especially when I am in California. read more

Clean cafe and bathrooms. Depending on the time you come the wait isn't too bad. The baristas are nice, the food is pretty known across all the Starbucks. There was only one person before me so I didn't think it would take to long but I was wrong. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a small (tall) Americana. My sandwich came up right away. But it was clear that my drink got put to the back of the drive through line. Because I watched them serve close to 10 cars at the drive up window before my drink came up. Another great Starbucks location. I have yet to find a bad location except for one in Northern California. This store, like the others is immaculately clean inside and out. Staff is well trained to make everything in the right way, so the drinks are always delicious I also appreciate the snacks they have to offer like the cake pops. Or the chocolate rice krispie treats. While I was power shopping in Stein Mart, Dear Hubby decamped to this Starbucks. Once I finished across the parking lot, I drove over. At 112 degrees, it was too hot to walk back and forth! This appears to be a newer venue, per the contemporary architecture. It has a large interior space, plus an outdoor patio. They got me fixed up with an herbal iced tea with a splash of lemonade, which was super-refreshing on such a brutally hot day. DH was happy to have a cool indoor spot to plug in his tablet to recharge while enjoying a Frapuccino. This was very conveniently located on Bob Hope Drive near Highway 111. They had a fair amount of customers in the middle of the afternoon, despite the weather. read more

Apparently if you are not a daily customer here you don't get the same customer service. All I ordered was a Venti dark roast coffee with extra cream. The first one came out and it was cold the second one came out and it was colder. They told me that's because I ordered extra cream. I ordered extra cream and every Starbucks and my coffee is always hot! So for a pre-ordered coffee, not a fancy drink, took 15 minutes inside the store after I had pre-ordered it for a grab and go. On the 17th around 8am i placed a mobile order. when i went to pick it up 20 mins later my drink was still not ready but my food was. I waited almost 30 mins for my drink. Employee on register was very kind and apologized but whoever was taking mobile orders was not completing them as i overheard other customers question employees about their mobile orders as well. This Starbucks seems to have all the good stuff: an available Drive-Thru option, AMPLE lot, great customer service, restrooms you don't need a code to use, indoor/outdoor seating minus panhandlers. Café ambience - very nice atmosphere where you feel like just sitting there and stay for a bit no matter what you're doing. Cleanliness - spot on! Restrooms are squeaky clean too. Ordered online for pick up and go. I get there one of my drinks is made the other one the girl spilled on accident. Didn't clean it up left it on the counter and proceeded to make someone else's drink from the drive thru. I sat there for 5 mins before asking for the drink that was already there sitting melting. They handed me the drink I walked out to tell my Bf why it was taking so long. I go back in to check on his drink. One of the workers ask the girl if the drink was ready she nonchalantly states "yea but I think he accidentally took it" referring to the guy working the drive thru.
