I passed another Starbucks along the way just to come to to come to this one. I've been here several times and it's always consistent service and friendly hospitality. I was greeted upon entering the door, there was no line so my order was taken immediately. I took the opportunity to use the restroom (which was clean) and able to retrieve my drink and my warmed pastry in a timely fashion. Terrible. Pick ANY OTHER STARBUCKS. I ordered a flat white and a nitro cold brew. The flat white took 10mins. I asked where the other drink was only to find out they don't have any left... She asked if I wanted to replace it with a regular iced coffee, which costs a lot less, and did that but they did not give me the rest of my money back, and they did not offer anything else to recoup my lost cost. Also, this shouldn't have taken 20mins, to pick up coffee. Dear owner and managers, STEP UP YOUR GAME. It was not busy so don't use it as an excuse. I watched your employees not even address me and another customer that this happened to since he also ordered a cold brew. They could have asked if there was something they missed since we had been standing there for so long but they never made eye contact or even say sorry, things are taking a while. read more

Great coffee shop but hard to find, tucked away near a Walmart. My husband loves the coffee and I always grab a free water. Starbucks can be counted on for clean bathrooms except for the hot air hand dryers which I don't use. Good stop. We will come back again. read more

This Starbucks was a little slow to give me my order which was just a tea (pink drink) and banana bread. The banana bread was pretty good bc they warmed it. My pink drink wasn't sweet enough though. This location has the nicest people working at it. I constantly bounce between 7 different Starbucks locations every 2 weeks and this location is consistently efficient. It's a bummer that they're closing down to renovate however I know when they resume operations that they will be even better. Are used to go quite regularly, but stopped after bad coffee and multiple times messing up the order. Tried them again, horrible. I do not understand how you can do one drink as part of the order, but not do the other one and then attempt to do it wrong. I ordered 10 minutes prior to coming into the store. I love my Starbucks & even more so when it's a drive-thru. On a recent trip driving back from DC, I saw the sign on I-95 S & was so excited! It is easily accessible on/off the interstate. Thankfully at 10 AM on a Monday morning, they weren't busy. I was able to drive up to the drive-thru & place my order. The Barista on the speaker could not have been nicer! When I pulled up to pay, I was greeted with a friendly, "hello" & a nice smile. In no time, I had my skinny caramel macchiatto in hand & I was back on I-95. The temperature & taste was perfect! They have really easy on and off from the interstate! They work quickly and work fast and don't put you behind schedule. I have never had an issue here. They have issues due to being right off the interstate. The bathrooms stay clean and crisp. read more

I feel somewhat ridic reviewing a Starbucks (how different can they be?) but my experience this past week motivated me to do so. I will say this: all the employees I've encountered are delightful. As nice as can be. However, every time I go through the drive through my order gets messed up. One time I ordered a venti black iced coffee and grande sweetened iced coffee. I received a grande black iced coffee and grande hot sweetened coffee. Another, I ordered a trenta black iced coffee and grande sweetened iced coffee (can you tell my drink preference?) and got two trentas instead. Again, the employees are as nice as can be (and, full disclosure, I didn't complain about the messed up orders because I knew we would drink them anyway) but they should invest in one of those drive through screens that verifies your order. If you have to go to this branch, go inside. If you really want drive through, drive the extra 5 mins and go to the Parham/Staples Mill branch instead. read more

I'm a regular at this Starbucks, but typically only get a Pike Place roast, black. Never had a problem, not like my order is horribly difficult. Everyone seems relatively friendly, and I always bring my smile. A word of caution: the new Nitro Coldbrew DEFINITELY contains meth . But ever since the location down the street moved and got a drive-thru, these guys are back on top of their game. Drinks are regularly ready by the time you get to the window and pay. I literally never do reviews. This place is not well staffed at all. Between the drive thru, the inside line and mobile orders, they could NOT keep up. After 25 minutes I ended up requesting they cancel my order and made it instead. They hadn't even started it yet. And then I went to leave and couldn't because the drive trough line was so long and wrapped around the parking lot. There has got to be a better system. You lost my business. read more

I thought that I would stop this early morning to participate in the bonus star special. So I ordered the Old Fashioned Grilled Cheese, and the Fizzio lemon ale drink. The promotional offer ends on the 16th of July. The the bread was kind of hard, and the cheese had melted on the toasted part of the bread. I love the lemon ale drink. So apparently 3rd time isn't the charm. I go to Starbucks twice a week to treat myself. I always order a trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew because it gives me a pick up early in the mornings. Well the LAST one I got there wasn't any sweet cream, hardly any vanilla, and taste like they used espresso and not their special cold brew blend. VERY DISSPOINTED that I have wasted $5 dollars on a coffee I can't drink. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO STARBUCKS PERIOD. Dunkin donuts and another local coffee shop near me has a great cold brew and at least it's made consistently correct. I use to drive out of my way for Starbucks but now it's worth my time. I go to this Starbucks constantly because I have to pass it on my way to work and it has a drive-thru. The problem is that they get my drink wrong at least once a week. It is so annoying to think that you are about to take a sip of a delicious toffee nut latte only to find out that it's really a mocha in the cup. Today I ordered a peppermint white mocha well stirred and got a white mocha with all of the white chocolate on the bottom. Additionally, the staff is not very personable and can really make you feel like an annoyance. read more
