Their coffee, tea, and baked goods are fantastic, but the main reason I love this place is because it's very cozy and the perfect place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or go on a date. They have a special, themed menu that changes every month. There is almost always seating available. They have a small book exchange, often sell local art, have cute merch, and just opened up a bakery right next door with extra seating. I'm kind of a snobbish third-wave coffee person and although this place isn't trying to be that way, it still is my favorite spot because of the overall vibe, how genuinely kind and down to earth the baristas are, and how comfortable it is. A lot of coffee shops are so brightly lit and trying to be hipster still in 2026, but this place is just kind of homey and the classic cozy coffee shop we all want to go to. So if you're a hardcore coffee connoisseur and are looking for the highest quality coffee, this might not be your spot. If you're looking for something with yummy drinks and baked goods with a chill environment you'll be very comfortable in, this is 100% your spot.

Every time I come to this location on a Sunday morning it takes forever. There is one particular girl who makes the driks that is super slow and often makes them out of order. She moves like a sloth and is unfriendly. I have seen people who ordered after me get drinks before me. Last time I went I was waiting forever and noticed everyone after me getting their drinks. She didn't even make mine until I told her to. Starbucks employees need to quick, friendly, and should be making drinks in the order that they were ordered in. I started going over to the Galleria instead. It's much faster. read more

The manager of this Starbucks needs to step up their game. The employees they hire are nothing but rude and racist. The tall guy with braids for bangs needs to attend some public relations and customer service courses, as well as a couple math classes. This is the third time I have visited this store and the third time they have pissed me off and can't take a simple order that is on the picture behind them. The parking here is horrific, i walked in to find that they have the "secret code" on the bathrooms, which the moron cashier gave me the wrong code the first time, then with a bitchy attitude said "i told you 66016", which for the life of me i can't figure out why they'd do 5 numbers. Moron red haired girl continued to babble with another idiot woman who never even ordered anything for probably 2 minutes before she ambled off.
