First time here. I asked for the second largest size for my drink and the cashier charged me for a venti. When I kindly told her that I was being charged for a venti, she rolled her eyes. So then I proceeded to ask her if there was a size a little smaller. She gave me attitude throughout my entire order without smiling or saying Thankyou. Very rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back here. When I also asked for a cup of water from the lady who made my drink, she didn't even make eye contact. She gave me the water but had to roughly set the cup down first. No smile, or even any talking. read more

Ever since moving to the area a couple of months ago, I have tried locating some of my favorite places, and of course Starbucks is one of them! I was very excited to have one so close to my house, and made various trips, unfortunately I have yet to have a pleasant experience so I will be taking my business elsewhere. The staff seems to be just really unfriendly, and lack professional mannerisms especially when communicating to customers. My drink came out correct one time out of the eight that I went even though the line was short, with little people to tend too and one of the times even the manager was arguing with a customer over a special pre ordered drink. RUDE!!! I used the new App to order and apparently the default was set to "sweet" tea and I did not see that. When I tasted it, obviously it wasn't what I was expecting. I come to this starbucks regularly. This is the first time I have a complaint. The lady at the cash register was pretty rude. She did not make eye contact with me the whole time. Terrible service! I bought a sandwich there and when I came home the bag was ripped open. The employee was handling the sandwich bag very rough so it could have opened then. I love this location, the staff is very friendly. Honestly, I've never had any real issues with any Starbucks, but this is the one closest to my house, so I visit it more than other stores. The other day, I ordered a drink that was made incorrectly (green tea frapp, had wayyyy too much green tea powder, it was almost as dark as the straw). I returned it 2 days later (full, kept it in my fridge) and they exchanged it without any issue. As long as I'm living in this area, I will be returning here. read more

The best Starbucks location I have ever been to. Extremely courteous staff who always say hi to me and ask me how my day way. I've never seen one of them frown. Sometimes it's busy inside, but it's a Starbucks and that's just how they are. Been going here for 10 years, and they've never messed up an order. I would have given this place a 5 star since it is my favorite location. However there are a few new faces that are rude. Epically the married young lady full figured with black hair and a green bow. I simply told her no room for cream in my coffee then she gets upset that I asked for milk at the counter. We'll not everybody likes to have so much room for cream. That is why I ask for no milk. I don't like my coffee drenched with milk. It's like drinking milk and not coffee. If I wanted to drink milk I would have bought a carton of milk to drink at home. Yet she have to mean mug me just because I asked for milk at the counter. If I didn't ask for the milk someone else would have asked for it because the milk container at the counter was already empty. Everyone else seems to have no issues with me asking for no room for cream. It's what ever the customer wants, I just try to keep my order simple. Actually is it simple. Been coming to this Starbucks for many years and always had good service. Today was a different experience. I ordered two drinks via the app so I can hurry and get my drinks. I get there and almost 15 minutes have done by and still no drinks. They can't find the order and offered to make them but after 15 minutes I couldn't wait. So all they did was refunded the money nothing on come back when I can and they would take care of me. Instead I wasted my time and my gas for them to just say what ever. After all these years there are other places to go and I will be going there instead. All about the way you deal with customer service and that showed they don't care any more like they used to. I give 3 stars because at least over the years has been good. To top it off looking at the charge and the credit. I didn't even get full credit back.
