I've been coming to this Starbucks for a couple years, and while the wait can be tedious and the layout not the best, I will say that it is consistent. -Drinks are made correctly -Food comes out hot -Clean environment and clean restrooms. The layout of the seating area is a little odd because its in a line up against the wall and facing the counter. They also have boxes stacked up against the cabinets, and it just takes away from any coffee shop vibe they got... Today I ordered the Bacon Egg and Sausage Wrap and it was yummy! Heavy on the egg, one slice of bacon, and a few sausage bits. I also got a pecan oat milk latte, and it hit the spot just right! There is a sign on the door stating that they will be closed Sept 30- October 17 for renovations, so hopefully good things in store for them (and us!). read more

Ok we have all been to Starbucks so I'm not telling you anything you don't know. Here's the deal with this location as well as others now. You are waiting and waiting and waiting for your drink orders. Alas this is not during the rush it's because of people ordering from the app and drive thru. The inside of this spot is nice but it's rather narrow and if you're waiting around as are others it becomes a bit claustrophobic. Staff is nice and they are hustling but just to order two drinks took forever and it was simple stuff. A hot chocolate and a cafe misto. Unfortunately this location is slow and it's becoming a thing in this area. Go local.. meaning support a local coffee house. They share a parking lot. read more

I typically love Starbucks. This location is not as productive as other locations. It's not a cafe or quaint coffee shop. It's. Starbucks where a consumer should be able to get a quick coffee. I waited 15 minutes for an iced coffee. It was a little frustrating as they did or have a lot of customers (or at least that's the way it appeared- see pics) and I counted at least 5 employees walking around out back that had green aprons on in addition to those out front. Just didn't seem very organized. I don't like becoming impatient but seeing so many employees and waiting 15 minutes for a coffee was quite frustrating. read more

I am a daily customer in the Irondequoit Starbucks. Most of the employees know me by name and almost always have my mobile order ready for me when I walk in the door as well as a venti cup of ice water. My biggest complaint is that the employees rarely make eye contact with the customers. I would expect eye contact and a smile as well as a simple greeting like "hi". read more

Small and crowded inside, often a long line outside. I'm not a frequent Starbucks patron but I will occasionally stop here while out running errands. The staff is nice enough. Unfortunately the logistics of the location make it frustrating, due to it being on a tight corner in a busy parking lot (shared with Chipotle) where people aren't always driving carefully and there are blind corners. This is an a-okay Starbucks with a Drive Thru line that is, at all times of day, SO long. Staff is super friendly and, while the line doesn't move particularly quick, orders are consistently correct and done well. I stopped by here after an errand and waited for about 12 minutes or so. I would recommend mobile pickup if you're someone that likes to plan ahead. Given that it is pumpkin season, my current order is the nitro cold brew with pumpkin and almond milk foam. I've been learning about other wild drink orders and things one can do with Starbucks drinks via TikTok, but don't want to veer too far from my usual black coffee order typically. I am not a coffee drinker but I love the refreshers at Starbucks. The strawberry acai is by far my favorite! The women who takes your order at the drive thru is very friendly and patient which i appreciated. My dislikes is the function of that drive thru line is ridiculous. Cars are parked everywhere, people are honking and arguing. Its happened both times that I've gone there that someone is upset and arguing and screaming. The food and drinks here are on par with any other Starbucks. Never had issues with what I have ordered, I always try to use the mobile order ahead and pick up inside because drive thru is always a ridiculous long line. The issue for the 3 stars is the constantly not being open. This week alone they have been closed 3 days and a couple weeks prior they were only open via drive thru but still allowed mobile order for in store pick up which annoyed me. They have also shortened their hours. I know the whole country is facing staffing issues but many other companies have figured out how to be open and serve their customers this Starbucks cannot figure it out. This is an update to my previous review, and apology to the people who work in the store. I was very upset that they're giving me a hassle over giving me enough milk to fill my tea to the top of the container, saying that they were too loud to give more than 4 ounces of milk to add to one's tea. Although if you wanted half-and-half, you could add as much as you want from the carafe. I had recently been rear ended, and was in a very not so happy space, and this was one of my favorite places to come and have some tea, and relax. And my deepest apologies to all of the employees and the manager who work so hard, for relatively so little amount of money in this age where minimum-wage is not even $15 yet. But even the back pain and neck pain and Car Accident, is not even a valid excuse. This is actually one of The nicest Starbucks to go to and I owe them a deep amends for my previous review and losing my stuff in the heat of a very insignificant moment. I think in the last eight months also I have realized there's so much anger and suffering in the world, that any opportunity to be kind, is so essential. We are all living in a nation that is largely in great fear, that is being oppressed, and terrorized, by the President and his regime. I live in a state of PTSD now from the amount of abuse that is going on in this country. And I deeply deeply regret that eight months ago, I was so enmeshed in my own physical suffering from the car accident, that I was not my best. In fact I was probably at my worst. I went there today, to get tea and a croissant, heartbroken, about the recent Supreme Court decision allowing discrimination by the woman who refused to make the wedding cake for the gay couple. And the manager remembered me, and I apologized to him although that did not seem to do very much, and he was kind and generous and gracious enough, that he gave me milk for my tea without throwing me out of the store first. My apology and regret was sincere. And it was clear that I had really upset and hurt him, and you probably affected the rest of his day, and the fact that he remembered it today makes that certain. That's the thing about anger, a moments anger can destroy a lifetime of goodness. Destroy a friendship, destroy a relationship, or destroy the country. I feel a sense of deep regret for the anger that I expressed at such a trivial situation, And as a reminder, I am leaving the previous review up for a little bit longer which I will take down or somehow amend. Although a seemingly trivial incident, I learned a very valuable life lesson today: if I don't like seeing the negativity that is permeating this country, of hatred and anger, then that's my utmost duty, to squash even the smallest millisecond of anger or hatred that arises in my mind, due to lifetime's worth of habitual conditioning. A 10th century saint said that anger is the most difficult mental affliction to defeat. But he said declare war on anger, and he reminded us that we will lose many battles, but that does not mean we have lost the war. So never give up fighting or anger and judgment which is all based in ignorance, fear, and not understanding where things come from ultimately. There were some very wise people along the way, that said practice kindness and love, no matter what. Even towards those who challenge us. Especially towards those who challenge us. These wise enlightened beings even went on to say that every negative experience that comes to us are actually coming from previous negative actions we set in motion in the past. I was very disappointed when I walked in this evening and was immediately told that the store is closed while I was standing in the lobby. So as I walked out of the store I looked at the store hours to see that they close at 8pm and it was only 7:45. I would've accepted this if they were short staffed however there was 4-5 workers standing right there and no cars in the drive threw and only people there. I'm only giving this more than one star because I love Starbucks in general, but this location has horribly trained staff. Multiple times now I have made the same order. A panini, and an iced matcha latte. Every time, the sandwich is just thrown in a bag, the ingredients falling out, and it's not even sliced properly. I can deal with that. I'll just grab some extra napkins. The drink is the real problem. Whoever is making these needs to be told to STIR THE DRINK. Getting mouthfuls of matcha sludge is entirely unpleasant. I'm really surprised to find a Starbucks of this quality and caliber. The outside is beautiful and look like something you'd see in Pittsford or Victor. It's located across from the Target/IHOP location. It's very easy to see from the street. The inside, too, is very nice with typical Starbucks decor. The parking is extensive since it's located in the corner of a small shopping plaza. The outside is beautiful (lots of large windows and wood panels). The seating area is a decent size for Starbucks, perhaps 2/3 the size of the Twelve Corners location (the largest in Rochester). I estimate around 30 people can sit relatively comfortable in the restaurant, which includes some window "bar" seating. There is also a drive-thru. I work on a laptop and see electrical outlets every ten feet or so along the main wall. There aren't as many as I'd like to see, but they're there if you need to do work. Free wifi, of course. The service inside the restaurant is fast. A cup of black coffee took around 30 seconds (as it should); a peppermint mocha took about 3 minutes; a toasted bagel with cream cheese took about 3 minutes. Because the location is new, you may have to wait a few minutes in line, but it moves fairly quickly if two cashiers are staffing the two registers. I took a quick photo of the inside. It's blurry because I didn't want to look like a creeper taking photos of strangers in a restaurant. I give it 5 stars. Enjoy your food. read more

I used to go to the Ridge Culver location all throughout high school and on college breaks before they moved to this location. It was a little sad to see them move-the Starbucks was close to both Wegmans and the movie theater, which was very convenient. However, the new location is closer to my side of town and there's a new Chipotle right next door, so I guess it isn't so bad. The building itself is very nice inside. Big windows, fun wall decorations, and nice furniture. My only complaint is the lack of seating. I was there with a friend on a random Monday afternoon and we got one of the last tables. I can only imagine how difficult it is to get a spot on a busy Friday or Saturday evening. As for the food and service, it is exactly what you'd expect from any other Starbucks. They're fast, they're friendly (but not too friendly), and the drinks and food are all decent. It is not part of the routine. Sandwiches are pre made and they do not cut them unless you request it. The matcha latte drink recipe is not shaken or stirred unless specified. Many people give poor reviews for things they just simply are unaware of and thats unfortunate.
