8/10 I decided to start my morning with Starbucks because I anticipated a long day and at Verizon. Located next to Verizon it seemed like the natural thing to do for a quick bite, a nice cup of Joe, and quick service. I'm inclined to say that since Starbucks is a chain franchise, they are the same in and out. That statement is not true here. I found this Starbucks to be immaculate with a pleasant atmosphere and exceptional customer service leading the way at the moment of entering the facility. I was given acknowledgement quickly with a pleasant tone. There are some changes since I last visited any Starbucks a while ago. One change is the morning bun was no longer available, so I ordered a French Vanilla drip coffee and a bacon, gouda & egg. It really hit the spot, and the French Vanilla coffee was a fulfilling accompaniment. The other change I notice is that they did not put the tip on the app. The put it on the reader and tell you to finish the order by answering what is on the screen. I see that jester to be tenacious and aggressive. It was very annoying to be put on the spot like they should make mention that you need to leave a tip but without saying, LEAVE A TIP. I understand that everyone needs extra but to be coerced to read something asking for a tip is way out of order. IMO!! But still, this is one of the better Starbucks! Decent size Starbucks, they have two tables in the front and more towards the back. It's great if you want to go there to get work done on your laptop. I ordered two coffees and bought a Valentine's Day theme on the go coffee cup for the mornings. The coffees were just right. The cashier was really nice and the baristas were also super friendly and in a great mood. It made me smile. Would definitely come back again to this location. read more

This review is going to be more of a recognition!! Today was one of those days that I just didn't want the same thing I usually get an iced coffee with caramel drizzle and a splash of almond milk. TJ went out of his way to help me find a new drink that I would enjoy. He really paid attention to the details that I was telling him and we decided on an iced coffee with a brown sugar cold foam (non dairy). It's awesome!! Thank you TJ!!!! read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for a long time, as it's in walking distance from my house. I enjoy bringing a book to read and enjoying a cup of coffee. The staff is sweet and a couple even know my name. My biggest complaint? The music is so loud sometimes, it makes it hard to read or have a conversation. I've complained to the staff , who lower it sometimes, but it's loud again, my next visit. I've emailed corporate, and I think they send my complaint to the store, as It seems that I get the cold shoulder from some of the staff I can't believe that no one else has the courage to say something about the music. I love this location. I go 5 times a week, 4 of those times are usually early morning. The 2 girls working are super sweet and Instantly realized this place and these employees care about their customers and great customer service. I get the same venti Starbucks double shot on ice with white mocha and caramel. I will happily pay extra for this coffee just to have great workers here that are patient with me and my speech impediment. This is the only time I dont feel embarrassed about it. read more

I ordered mobile, supposed to pick up at 11. It's 11:22 now because when I arrived at 11:11 I asked first person, she blew me off said l let you know, 5 minutes later I spoke to another girl(think this was the manager) and asked hey, the pick up time said 11 am, it's 11:16 just want to make sure you have my Oder and was blown off again. Had to become Karen and ask a 3rd time third person, guess what they didn't have my order. Please keep in mind I had a meeting at 1130 and had preordered to make sure I could run and grab something to eat and a coffee for my boss. Ignoring me thrice times was really rude. I've reviewed other Starbucks... so why not the one by my job? There are a few Starbucks within a 5 minute drive from my office, this is by far the best. I typically am in an out in under 3 minutes when I order a handcrafted beverage. If I order more than 1 drink, up that to 5. That's not a lot of time considering that I once waited 12 minutes (yes I clock watched) at a Starbucks in Westbury when the store was empty of customers. The baristas are always smiling and engage the customers as well, which is a nice touch. read more

This is pretty much my go-to Starbz. I've been coming here almost evryday for years. Its very rare that they'll mess up my drink or its not to my liking. Everyone here is super friendly and outgoing...except one bad egg lol. Their bathroom is pretty clean and there's never a wait. But, due to the location of the Starbucks, if you go there early afternoon on weekend, prepare to have it jam packed with kids and teenagers. Especially if a movie just let out. Pros: Fast service, line moves quickly. Drink tasted the usual ( in a good way). Cons: I doubt you could pay them to smile, be courteous, or show any efforts of customer service. This place is tiny! I stop in to this Starbucks at least 3xs a week to get my coffee fix before work. The staff is always quick, attentive, and very pleasant. Probably the worst Starbucks on Long Island. They need to send their people to training at the Long Beach store. Just took over 30 minutes for two drinks and one of them were wrong. I've been to this Starbucks on numerous occasions. Sometimes to hang out with friends and grab some coffee, sometimes to grab a quick cup if I was leaving on a train from Rockville Centre station and I used to come with my little brother. I liked the place a lot more a few years ago, my recent experiences haven't been great. The store is clean, it has a modern atmosphere to it, the baristas are friendly or at least curteous but some of the baristas I've recently dealt with just don't know how to make a drink. It does make me afraid to come back because I'm not sure if I'm going to get a good drink or a bad drink. It's a generally hopping starbucks because it's right in the middle of Rockville Centre's bar and restaurant scene. read more

This is the first time I've ever given 3 stars to a Starbucks. I've broken my 4-5 star pattern! The reason I deducted a star from my usual review is that their bathrooms leave something to be desired - and that would be a good cleaning. Each time I've come to this location, I've made a quick trip to the little boy's room, and it's always...meh. I know now that I can't use the bathroom before ordering because I'll be afraid to touch my coffee cup, and I can't use the bathroom afterwards because I don't want that to be the last image I see upon leaving the store. Their staff here is absolutely wonderful and they are always good for a decent amount of laughs; I simply wish they would take some time out of their day to get those bathrooms up to par. read more

Pretty much any type of Starbucks. Quality is typical SBUX quality. The line in the AM and during the lunch rush gets a little long, but they do a good job at getting your order in and out fast. Staff is always friendly, one woman in particular (if I get her name I will give her a shout out). She is always so pleasant and makes a great bone dry cappuccino! I also love that they don't judge me for asking for a grande in a venti cup, I was even offered a venti cup when I asked for extra ice in a grade drink (I like my iced Americano with extra ice). I love that! I always feel like some people get a little judgy when I ask, so it was nice to not feel awkward when I asked. I noticed a lot of people hate waiting for their drinks, like they have never been to a coffee shop before. Honestly, just download the app and order on there if you don't want to wait. Orders via the app defiantly come out faster. I usually order 5-10 mins prior to picking it up and my drink is waiting for me. Bottom Line: It's Starbucks, need I say more? This place was the go to hang out place for me and my friends during high school. We would get some high-calorie super-sweet foam-topped beverages, grab some of the plush furniture in the front by the floor to wall window, and chat til closing. Nowadays whenever I pass this place I think "Meh. I've seen/experienced better Starbucks." It's a long sliver of a place with a couple of furniture near the front, some tables on the side, and more tables in the plainer area in the back. This kind of cracks me up, writing a review of Starbucks. When's the last time you thought, "Hmm. Starbucks, I wonder what they serve there?" Duh. So yeah, coffee. Too strong, Too pricey. But you knew that already right? The decor is standard Starbuckian, but this outlet is rather cramped and oft chilly. Bring a sweater! They stuff a bunch of wooden chairs/tables and overly stuffed chairs that don't rightly fit in into a really small space. It sort of looks like my dormroom from freshman year, but with an aroma of coffee instead of, well, nevermind. I've had to make a few requests (like for caramel drizzle when my mobile order says 'caramel drizzle' right on the sticker), but other than that it's pretty basic, long line during peak times, etc. A young man did however make me probably the best iced soy chai I've ever had so they definitely know what they're doing. read more
