I typically go to starbucks with my partner and the experience is usually great and the service is friendly, however when we went the other day and the window worker handed us one of our drinks before charging the card. card declined, no worries we had forgot we turned off the card we used. So we pay with apple pay and it goes through. As soon as the card declined the worker literally RIPPED my partners drink out of his hand in the drive thru like we were pulling some kind of snatch and grab. he was also wearing a mask ?? so it was hard to judge any facial expressions or flat out hear what he was saying. They had a good selection of food items both times we came and even delivered our hot food items to our table! Have visited this location several times. Never disappointed. The service is quick. That's a plus at Starbucks. Most locations can be kind of iffy on that. I'm sure it can be kind of mundane doing the same ol' thing every day but these guys don't let it show. The morning folks have to be there super early and you couldn't tell if they aren't morning people. The drinks are always spot on. I like mine a certain way(although I've never sent back a Starbucks drink) and they seem to hit the mark every time. The store is clean. The restrooms are tidy. I genuinely had one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my entire life in this Starbucks. I ordered a coffee and went to use the restroom. 30 seconds after I locked the door there was an aggressive knock on the door. "Occupied" I said. No response, 2 seconds of silence go by and then another extremely aggressive knock followed by "THERES NO TOILET PAPER IN THERE". "No problem I'm just washing up" I replied BANG BANG BANG again "Please stop knocking, I'll be out of here soon" I said. Didn't matter. This Starbucks is NOT being appropriately staffed with a manager. As a result they are not doing ANY refunds for invalid receipts, orders etc... Our issue was actually at the nearby Mexican restaurant Rosarios that is also managed by the Starbucks. We had to call our insurance company to get a refund. The present employees both at the Rosarios and the Starbucks are obviously frustrated by this which makes for a very poor customer service experience. read more

This is probably my favorite location because it's a bit older. There's no drive thru and its in a cute little shopping center with developed trees and foliage, as opposed to the typical concrete jungle that Starbucks tends to be in. Even though it's really close to the street, there's a nice grassy area and bushes to make it quite cozy to sit outside. The baristas are lovely, and the drinks always made well. And if you don't love it, they never wince at trying to make you happy. I love meeting people here, it feels a little less corporate than the other locations. read more

It's not frequent that I would give Starbucks a four star review but this particular location seems to have a level of service that I've yet to experience at any other location. When entering the store I was immediately greeted by everyone behind the bar. Upon approaching the cash register still unsure of what I wanted the cashier, Jessica, was more than willing to help me through the decision and getting me on my way but without being pushy. My drink was quickly prepped and came out delicious. I then received a thank you and left the store feeling good. This review is really more of a service review seeing as that I'm not a big fan of their coffee (but that's for all Starbucks). My normal time here is anytime between 9a-12p and there are on average 5-10 people depending if some are in groups or like me, using the internet and having a Carmel Flan Latte.
