Starbucks mobile order is always the best way to go! It's super convenient. This morning as I approach the doors to pickup my order at the counter, they are closed. Now I'm stuck waiting in the drive thru line. My order has been ready "at the counter, but I'm stuck like chuck in line the day my students take the STAAR test and now I will be rushing to work and probably running late. When placing the mobile order, it should have indicated drive-through only pickup is available at the moment! Sunday June 11 11:41am. Ok this location is almost a year old. So time for a reassessment. First of all, compliments to Starbucks for keeping up the place. The coffee aroma and vibe inside is really nice. It is much more spacious inside than it appears on the outside. As I waited for my order I noticed an urbane man on a laptop who looked affluent. And I saw a nasty ass man who clearly was not, all homeless looking pretending to be using his phone. He was taking up a big part of the seating by spreading his legs all big with his stained smelly looking pants. We cannot be letting nasty people mess up nice places! Good thing I was just inside picking up my order that I placed on the app (which btw was not ready when I got there) because I would have told him to move his dumb ass from there because I would have needed the plug where he was at for my laptop. You got saved today homeless boo boo! Also, they need to powerwash the pavement, it's nasty. Sunday Nov 13 9:30am. They burned my egg, sausage, and cheese muffin. They laughed and said sorry and asked me if I could park somewhere and they would bring it out to me. Then they come out and bring me a muffin with only cheese and egg. They forgot the sausage! So this Starbucks is the next to the H-E-B which I like and is convenient. The only things is this Starbucks Is always out of ham&Swiss, double smoked bacon and matcha like all the time .Last time my matcha green tea latte was filled less than the top and I called and she said it was because of the air bubbles and I told her that usually it's more than that. She finally told me that, it's like that because they are actually running out of matcha. This is like the 3rd time I go and then don't have matcha or sandwiches. This Starbucks is so convenient and on my way to work! I love that it is right off the I-10 highway. Usually I go through the drive-thru, but sometimes it's so backed up, that it's quicker to go inside. They keep the facilities pretty clean, and it's a nice place to stop by for a coffee break. The baristas are friendly and they mostly get my order right. My go to drink is a venti iced coffee, 2 pumps SF vanilla, 1 pump SF cinnamon dulce and a splash of cream. When I feel extra fancy, it's an iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk. read more

Good morning I have been trying to leave a review to recognize an employee at Starbucks on Tampa Road in Oldsmar Florida by the name of Ryan Bender. I have worked across the street from the store for eight years and he is by far the best employee I have ever seen, put pride into making Customers happy just with the cup of coffee. He is amazing in every way, so polite, beautiful smile, very energetic. We are so pleased to have him every morning when we see him we know our day has started off on a good note. I love this starbucks, because, of the location and the friendly staff. They are always busy, but, they get their orders out quickly. Downside: the most comfortable seating is normally taken up at any hour that you visit. I changed up my previous review, because, it sounded a bit insensitive and I that was not my intention. The actual coffee is fine, the service speed is fine but the inside environment is uncomfortable. Homeless people all inside and outside- which I mean, is fine. Don't frequent this location as often because of homeless man that camps out in there. He leaves his belongings on the couch area and goes across to HEB. He talks out loud and not quietly. Sits outside on the curb to smoke. One of the workers told me he shows up first thing in the morning when they open. Also ordered the cinnamon morning bun this morning, which is my favorite pastry. Opened bag and there was no sugar on top. Asked manager what happened to the sugar and all I got was I don't know everything is sent already packaged. Duh, I know that. How about going and check another package and see if it has sugar on top. I told her it doesn't taste as good without sugar. Did she offer me something else? Nope. She didn't seem to care. read more

Is there a no star setting? Came at 3:30 pm on 12/3 16 to the location on Federicksburg and waited in line that moved really slow. We ordered a danish and a couple of coffees. The danish was cold. This has never happened at any other location. The person at the drive thru apologized for it cooling down since we had to wait. It wasn't cooled down it was cold! I asked my husband to ask them to heat it up again but he was already frustrated so we drove off. On or way back to Houston now since the other location we stopped last night also received 1 star for lack of customer service. I recently visited this Starbucks with a few friends before heading back home to Houston. The staff was friendly and our coffees were as to be expected. The reason that I felt so strongly about writing a review for this location, however, was because of the hospitality this facility had toward the homeless population. I'm aware that to some, this may be off-putting, but it is important that we remember that these homeless people are indeed just that: PEOPLE, simply looking for a stranger's kindness. The morning that we were there, it was absolutely freezing and quite dreadful outside. I have so much respect for the staff for allowing the homeless to seek refuge there. I'm not sure if it was necessarily up to them, but I commend whoever it is that calls the shots. And to those of you who are condemning this location for their good deeds toward the homeless, I'd suggest you take a long, hard look in the mirror and reevaluate the kind of person you are and the type of life you are living. read more

What a beautiful new location! I decided to try the Chile Mocha, after asking the employees about it and hearing from everyone that no one had yet tried it. It kind of sounded like something a college student would come up with when they were drunk trying to make coffee and rummaging thru the cabinets before realizing they don't, in fact, have sugar, but they do have cayenne pepper so I decided to feed curiosity and I'll save you the time and curiosity -- DON'T DO IT. It's not that it's bad, but it's literally a mocha with cayenne pepper pounded on top of it and it tastes as bad as that sounds. Luckily I got it in a tall, but I always feel bad getting a tall because price-wise it's not much more to get a Grande or Venti, but I figured if I hated it (which I did), I wasn't out much. The location also did not have sleeves, which they should have double cupped because these drinks do get hot and it would help you avoid "a McDonalds" incident. read more
