    Wow and i tipped

*Negative* I dont normally take my time to review places unless i feel the service was so non existent something needs to be said. I went in on a monday at 1pm, no line ,maybe 7 customers total scattered throughout at table. Now granted there is a drive through with one car ordering. I order, that it self was painfull but not the point. I waited 27 min for a frap amd a water. After 20 i asked for my receipt for this very reason, i was just shocked they had 5 workers and they made 3 drinks in 27 min min. I dont know what there issue was but i didnt make some scene, got my receipt, drinks and left but, who knows maybe im impatient, or maybe im not a constistant enough customer to care. But just know , there slow.....

    Drive-through moves pretty fast

I really enjoy the convenience of the drive-thru at this Starbucks. It's a great way to grab my coffee on busy mornings. I do miss the old Burger King that used to be here though. The line usually moves quickly, so I never have to wait long. The employees are friendly and maintain a professional vibe, which makes a difference in the overall experience. My drinks are always prepared just the way I like them, and I've had no issues with my orders. I also appreciate how accommodating the staff is when I make last-minute requests that aren't on the app. Thanks to the early morning crew for helping me start my day off right!

My order that said light ice

Asked for an iced chai latte with light ice, it was more ice than latte, I could literally feel the ice at the bottom of the cup. I told them about this and the dude simply scooped the ice out with a spoon, and then proceeded to fill the rest with soy milk which really ruined the taste because it was now basically a majority soy milk. He handed it back and said "does this feel better" and I said "it's hella soy" but let it be because I was annoyed by his indifference

I was looking for a Starbucks to get some work done, so I decided to come here since I saw all the positive reviews on Yelp. It is bit on the outskirts but in a quiet area next to a hotel. The interior is very spacious and modern. I was able to get a decent amount of work done without any distraction since there wasn't a ton of foot traffic in this area. I tried their seasonal sugar plum danish and it was very tasty. I also ordered my favorite strawberry açaí refresher.

    wtf!

They were out of almost all their holiday drinks, and when I ordered the gingerbread chai (one of the very select few they did have) I was asked if I wanted it hot or iced. I said hot (it's raining), and a bacon sausage egg wrap. The wrap was decent, but my latte came ICED, but in a hot cup. WTF STARBUCKS!

This place needs to get baristas that actually enjoy the making of coffees! Is like all the times I come to This Starbucks they always seam to get my vanilla sweet cream cold brew wrong! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am done trying with this place. I will never come back to this place.!

Espresso Macchiato Long Shot Blonde Whole Extra Foam Venti! © Can you drive-through in a small plane?:) Monday Macchiato Cheers! Loved this spacious, newer Starbucks! I came after having some high tech Biz done at the SQL next door, the San Carlos Airport. Nice to have a hot foamy coffee after flying the plane! Had to take delivery of equipment & held a meeting, then stopped by here. Kayla & Perla made my coffee & got me my refill! The insides are very nice & extremely clean! Comfy armchairs, various seating areas, tall bar tables/chairs along the Windows, contemporary setup, all in all a nice & convenient store, by Izzy's, Hiller Aviation, and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. Stayed here past summer while hosting work retreat for overseas engineers, with presentations & collaborations, a week long event, centered around San Carlos Airport in between 2 Marriotts (another one across the street, Residence Inn by Marriott), & Bay Club. So now this newer location has been open for about 9 months. I believe they'll turn first year in March! They're very focused on & well trained in serving the drive-through! It's a hard work, I tell ya! Observed the no-nonsense-no-interruption in the flow & was amazed! The cars kept pulling up to the drive-through window & quickly served. Thumbs up! Me? I enjoyed my drink outside, at the table in the sun, such a pleasant weather with blue skies & bright sunrays! Come, enjoy, have some work done! You gonna love it here, I guarantee you! This is a brand spanking new Starbucks in a very unusual location hidden away by Redwood Shores and next to Izzy's and the Hiller Aviation Museum! Has a drivethru. Is beautiful and really open with tall windows, a clean fresh ambiance, and plenty of seating options (large tables, individual cushy chairs, etc). Plenty of staff so no wait when I was there. It was about half full. I really like this location and is just off the freeway even though it is a tad hidden. Staff are friendly. Place is super clean and new. Even had a nice outdoor seating area. I wouldn't say it's the best location only because it's right by the freeway so the views aren't that nice but inside is great!

Great location and very spacious inside. I was staying nextdoor and was thrilled I could mobile order an excellent cup of coffee before heading out to work. The people are friendly. The inside has lots of tables. A great place to get a little work in. It's right off the highway and has a drive though. Plenty of smiling baristas to keep that line moving.

I finally had the pleasure of going here, and it wasn't too busy. The person who took my order was super nice and helpful in narrowing down items to try. Everything here is made to order, so they do recommend using the app. Especially if you are in a hurry. I ordered: 1. Vietnamese coffee with salted cream: Surprisingly, this was a little sweet to me. I do recommend sipping it, instead of drinking it through a straw to get the full flavor. 2. Croffle w/ nutella: This was crispy and chewy. The nutella gave it a messy yumminess 3. Egg, cheese, and bacon croissant: This was delicious and surprisingly it didn't have that greasy oily feeling. It is very hearty. 4. I've purchased a little spider plant and an alocasia polly, which have both been great. The employees are knowledgeable about plants and give great recommendations, especially regarding succulents. They also have a fun selection of cards and gifts by local artists, although some of the prices are a bit unreasonable (like $40 for a tiny planter pot). The coffee shop is fine, but less exciting. Most recently, I tried the Bicerin off their seasonal specials, which was a Cortado with Nutella. I thought the Nutella would be somewhat mixed in for sweetness, but it was literally just a teaspoon of Nutella in my drink. I've tried their Chaga Matcha in the past, and it was also just okay. Will return for the plants and ambiance!

Service is fast. Not a lot of seating inside, but there are a couple additional small tables for 2-4 people outside on the patio. Chose the cheapest item on the menu, which was the taro ube sago for $7.95 before tax. Honestly, it's pretty hard to mess up taro ube sago, so at best, I'd say it only meets the standard. It was more of a dessert soup than a pudding, which is what I expected. Serving size definitely way too small for the portion amount, even if you say the glass jar itself costs ~$2 (and that feels like a generous estimate). I've made an entire pot of taro sago that served 15 people that cost about $8 in raw ingredients. Personally don't see the value in coming back, but if you're looking for Chinese desserts in a pinch, then this place does the job.

My first time here but my girlfriend who was visiting from Texas has eaten here recently while flying through to see her brother. This place very close to SFO airport so a great place to have breakfast Brunch or Lunch before picking up or dropping off at SFO as only 12 to 15 min based on traffic. THE FOOD: Cortado 10/10, Ice Tea 9/10 Flat White 8/10 (from Australian in our foursome) Hot Chocolate 9/10 Mixed salad Amazing. Soft boiled eggs perfectly cooked and balsamic on point. They have great sourdough served with delicious jam. We also had the prosciutto fig and goat cheese which was 10/10 and our friend from Texas enjoyed her GF Sammie. Husband had the Tuna Melt which he said 9/10 only because of the bread, he said 10 if he's had it on the acme sourdough ;-) Next time... The Place: Great location with lots of parking but not this past Sunday as huge event in town but in general loads of street and lot parking near by. Quaint seating inside and outside seating on both sides of this corner location. You order inside and seating is first come first serve so I imagine depending on the time of day it could be hard for any groups over 4 Employee Interaction: Super until the last person we interacted with. You order inside and they bring stuff out as made which is just the nature of busy brunch place. For example we had food come out in staggered spurts which is what you expect so as a example our friend who ordered first (10 min before us ) got her fig Sammie first but we got half our drinks first. Our food was staggered over a 15 min period also very expected at this type of brunch place. The problem came when the lady would brought the last food item the GF item and she said hey are we missing anything and I said yes my cortado and friend who ordered 10 min before we did so half and hour ago said she never got her hot coco. She was Super polite and brought them pretty quickly . We said thanks for finding them for us and she lectured us on how busy they are etc etc and were like WHOA THERE we did not complain although my friend could have as he drink came after she had eaten and 30 min after she ordered and yet we never complained. My complaint is with this staff members attitude, and I "assume" it came from dealing with folks expecting the food or drinks to all come out at same time and thats not how these types of places work. WE GET THAT and again it would have been a 5 had we not been lectured after thanking her for hunting down our drinks ;-) Will I be back SURE the food was great
