This Starbucks is the worst. I came in last Thursday, at 6:15 AM placed an order for a Flat White and two pastries. By 6:30 AM They had made about 10 drinks and we had was our pasties. When I ask about my drink, the man behind the counter said that there were other drinks ahead of mine. I looked around the store. My child and I were the only people in the store. WTH? Then I discovered that they take online orders, which is great, but that they put those orders AHEAD of in-store orders. Really! I am standing there waiting while they work on other drinks. That is a poor business model and a poorly constructed plan that ignores the customer on-site for the one on the App. I mean, really Starbucks?! read more

Another bad experience. Placed mobile order before 7a. Get to store. Get my food within ten minutes and watch 5 walk-in customers who arrive AFTER me and ~ 15 min after my order was placed (on top of the mobile orders which are to be expected) get served BEFORE me. I ask the barista who dances around an explanation. I'd chaulk this up to a one-off but this is another example of poor service over the last 2 years. Management really needs to get a hold of operations and customer service. I frequent this location because it is the only store close to my work but if I could, I would go anywhere else. read more

I am a loyal Starbucks customer, and if you are looking for good quality Starbucks, this is not the location. The employees are in no way welcoming, and they got my drink wrong twice in one visit. The second time I just threw it away. The person on the bar couldn't bother to make any sort of eye contact or even apologize for getting the drink wrong. When I asked for it to be remade, she made it even more disgusting. She also could not bring herself to call out the remake when it was ready, I had to randomly discover it sitting there after about ten minutes of waiting at a table. I've had more of a human connection and better customer service from a vending machine. read more

I love the baristas at this Starbucks! They are super sweet, helpful, and provide great customer service. I love that they always have a smile on their face and are always in the best mood even on the busiest days. I would give this place 5 stars just for the employees here. However I am subtracting 1 star because of the WiFi here. If you're planning on doing work that relies heavily on the Internet (ex: emailing huge files, need to turn in something with a deadline) please note that the WiFi here is not that strong. It does get frustrating sometimes and there is a bit of a grumble among the customers when all of our laptops' WiFi connection seems to be down at the same time. I guess an advantage to this is that it helps you focus on your work and not get distracted on other procrastination websites! It's also always cold in this Starbucks. Bring a jacket. :P read more

This Starbucks is so nice! It is located same plaza as Target but directly across from Target. There was no line and our drinks were super fast! Our order was taken by Pauleene who has great customer service with a smile! I asked for a Frappucino that is like the Java Chip but minus the caffeine for my son and she had the perfect solution! My new Starbucks spot! High ceilings, high tables (one communal), and high on caffeine. They have an abundance of seating, most are chairs & tables and half of them are outside. Only two single couches, so mixed with the industrial design, (which I love!) it's not the "home-y" kind of vibe. Friendly employees. Wifi is hosted by Google, which i find is faster than the At&t hosted Starbucks. read more

I'll admit, I don't really like starbucks, but this place gave a better experience. I came here around 6 pm and it wasn't crowded; there were barely any people. The cashier was also nice, and we got our drinks pretty quickly. The drinks came out decent, jusr your typical starbucks. I really liked the interior/exterior, and it felt spacious, probably because of the amount of people, but you know. Overall, nothing bad. I also think the baristas make better drinks than the target's starbucks. I find it to be a more preferable location than others, but that's just personal preference. It's all about customer service because even if a product were to suck, it's hard to leave a bad review when the people that help you out are so amazing and truly go above and beyond. This one is for Paul, the guy with the beard. I ordered my drink through the app thinking it was the correct store (it's my second day of work in this area so it looked about right on the map) fail. I went in, asked if they received my order. Paul asked if it was possible that I ordered it at the wrong store. I checked and yaaaaawp. I did. Great place, very clean. I love it because you can chill inside and do some work or chat it up outside and enjoy a view, I guess. Staff is usually nice, although one time when I asked for a drink to be split in two cups I was sassed at by the cashier which left me astonished. He was tl rather rude. I ordered a venti drink that I needed to be split, but instead was told to purchase the drink in smaller sizes or not buy anything. A bit harsh, I think. I refuse to pay $8.00 for two drinks that kids are going to toss. It costs them nothing to just split the $5.00 drink, but mr. Sassy pants thought otherwise. STARBUCKS JUST FYI, I emailed Starbucks first last week and they never responded. This is the most disgusting experience I've had at a Starbucks in my life. My first issue was the sign outside of the store that says if you buy a breakfast sandwich you get a grande beverage on us. When I got to the register she charge me for both I brought it to her attention and she said that's not with the sign said. Then I get my drink and it's to the tippy top with ice and ice it down in the drink which is iced is half of my coffee and the other half was just phone from her shaking it I took two sips and looked at my cup and it was pretty much empty. not really sure how to grow in front of me that her drink before I did but when she went to the condiment bar it was completely empty, I went to the restroom in the café and it was the most filthy disgusting bathroom I've ever seen, worse than a truck stop. One toilet had blood all over it and all over the floor, there was no toilet paper in either bathroom stall the floor I don't know what was on it but it was filthy there was hair in the sink, the Trash hadn't been through it out because it was full to the top and on the cleaning schedule on the wall somebody initialed that they had just cleaned it at 6 AM and it was only 8 AM obviously it hadnt been done. If you open at 6 AM you should have at least a clean bathroom and your condiment bar set up, I'm unable to download pictures for this email but if you would like them I have pictures of my coffee the filthy bathroom trash trashcan and the cleaning log , I also have a picture of the sign that says you get a free coffee with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich which I did not receive. He didn't seem like the person that was working there should've been a barista I don't think she allowed back there or maybe she hasn't been trained but it was an experience unlike any other Starbucks I've ever been through. Starbucks needs to have their management do a better job at visiting locations and making sure they're up to par, if you need an experienced manager for that job let me know I'm available. They are not quite customer service friendly. Mobile order pick-up is the same line as ordering in-store, which makes quick ordering and pick up time a lot longer. Hot drink was received lukewarm. read more

I was so happy when this place opened almost a year ago. My mom comes here ALL THE TIME before work. I occasionally come here fore drinks with friends. The staff are always super friendly. They answer any questions I might have that day. The drinks are pretty good and they come out in a timely manner. Their food isn't all that but if you just need something to munch on, it'll do. Coming here to do school work is pretty good too. If you're not feeling the food in Starbucks there's some great options just around there as well. I'd definitely recommend this place to any one of my friends. read more

If I could give this Starbucks 100 stars I would. First off EVERYONE is so friendly but I want to extra THANK Cassie and Larissa today. They have no idea but I went into the store today struggling, I had a very rough appointment at Kaiser and stopped for some coffee after, I feel horrible and tired and mentally drained. I'm having a bad morning and I walk in to everyone friendly smiling happy and genuinely doing so not because they have to be that way but it seems like they really do feel happy. This is refreshing. I couldn't sign into my Starbucks nothing would work I had no cash in my wallet because I am always able to use my card... she was so patient with me tried to help me and finally I almost started to cry, I think she knew something was wrong and somehow they just told me "don't worry about it, today is on us". I literally couldn't believe it. I hope this doesn't get anyone in trouble but I just had to tell my story because of these two ladies my day has completely turned around. There really is good left in the world. I walked out and cried. I found $10 in my car and brought it in so they don't get in trouble for giving me my drink... sometimes the smallest things can truly make the biggest difference. More of this kindness needs to be spread throughout our community. You just never know what someone is going through. Cassie and Larrissa you are forever my fav Starbucks ladies from today on. Seriously of the 5 times we have been here now they have run out of lemonade three times!!!! 2 of those times they also ran out of the pastry we wanted. All we ever want is a black tea lemonade because they play all of those shaken tea commercials but they continue to disappoint and today was no different. Their saving grace is the staff, today there was a guy named David and for the first time, not only did he offer suggestions for swapping out but he gave us a sorry card. Got a Black Tea Lemonade and an Americano. We get the same two drink at every Starbucks we go to. This was probably the worst we have ever had. The tea tasted funny, and had waaaaay too much sweetener it it. The Americano was so burnt and bitter tasting that my husband took one sip and gagged. I took a sip of his Americano and gagged as well. Starbucks is all about consistency. The baristas at this location need to have better training. Easily one of the worst run Starbucks I've been to. Employees are regularly talking amongst themselves rather than attending to customers. They don't put out enough condiments and what an inconvenience to them when you ask for more. The place is incredibly small and poorly laid out as well. Came in to order a caramel frap light but add whip..the nice guy that helped me at the register wrote that i wanted whip..when i got my drink it had no whip..no big deal..so i asked the batista to add whip and he got all rude with me saying it doesn't come with whip cream.. no kidding i know that. This Starbucks is located in the new plaza of stores and restaurants that are opening up near Kaiser on Cottle Road. If you've been to one Starbucks, it's pretty much the same thing. It's just a matter of the workers and the location that makes it different I guess. The workers were pretty friendly. It was pretty clean inside. I did notice that it's a very narrow Starbucks, so there's not much room in there. I also noticed that their coffee tables in there have wireless battery stations? Didn't really get to look into that but I thought it was interesting. Or maybe Starbucks has always had that and I just noticed it now? read more

They have mugs for sale at $30. You get a month of coffee for that. In the fine print, it says it's for January. The lady who was trying to sell me on it didn't warn me I would have to wait a month to use it. Very disappointing to show up with my new mug on December 2 and hear "$2" when I ordered my coffee. Also when she was doing her sales promotion on me she said "we only have 2 mugs left" . Classic sales pressure technique. When I came in to use my $30 mug, there were 6 in the display. That is dishonest. The other thing is I was buying a $4 latte every morning and they tried to convert me to a $2 coffee person. Not very smart. I think the owner should take note.
