I used this Starbucks for Uber Eats while we were in Puerto Rico. The food was always fresh and packaged very well. The food was always warm, my expectations were scaled back because of the delivery aspect, but they did extremely well. I like this location. It's on a nice street where you have options to walk around and site see. Grab a cup and start your trek to the top of old San Juan. Place is very clean but only limited seating inside. They do have options to sit outside. Inside I saw a wall on how they support their community. I love that. It is air conditioned so I will come Back. read more

Wife and I are in San Juan on a regular basis and stay at the Hilton Plaza each time. Location is awesome! Staff is friendly and the internet connection is superior to the hotel's (thank God it is just downstairs). ONE issue I have is they do not accept payment by application. REALLY?!?! Puerto Rico is a US territory, not international. This needs to change since I am not the only "US mainlander" who is at the hotel and patronizes this location. VERY inconvenient! I do like the menu offerings that include some PR items that are not offered in the CONUS. No other issues and I see I am not the only person to note this. 3-stars for this. read more

I was happy to find that this Starbucks was located right outside of our hotel, The Conrad. I forgot to try to use my Starbucks card to get 10% off, but oh well. Service was fast and all was as I'd expect from any Starbucks. Note the venti iced coffee is only 20oz, similar to what we experienced at the Starbucks in Costa Rica (venti iced drinks in the continental US are 24oz). Not a big deal. read more

This Starbucks is definitely well positioned. Coming from NYC seeing that twin-tailed Mermaid in Green makes me feel at home and happy, because if there's a starbucks in town the town can't be too bad. Sooo, they don't take Starbucks cards, therefore you can't use the app... it's cash or credit... Mr. Schultz come on let's get them app certified, I want to use my starbucks bucks at any starbucks I walk into. The seats were pretty nice, didn't stay, just saw... great couches and very lounge-y. If they took starbucks cards it would get four stars. read more

It's conveniently connected next to Concord hotel. The biggest down side is that they don't have Starbucks scanner to allow you to pay with your Starbucks App. But they did offer a 10% to make up for it. The specialty coffees don't exactly taste like how they taste in the US. But service is very friendly. read more

Attempted to get a coffee at this location three times being that it is right next to the hotel I was staying at. Their hours are 7am-3pm. They never opened on time. And they closed before three. I have never encountered that anywhere else but at this specific location. Even if your hours were modified, just indicate that. I thought this place was typical of any Starbucks stateside. The prices were a bit higher than LA but not as expensive as NYC. Keep in mind that this area is very touristy. There were a few different pastries that reflect the local flavors. Check out my pics. I only tried the corn muffin. Basically it is cornbread in muffin form without the melting butter on top. I wish I had more time to try more though. read more

Try the coconut flavored frap. I was told it's the islands flavor hopefully it's a regular drink because it was good. Although a bit weak get a extra shot of espresso. Conveniently located it's easy to get too and usually not crowded during the day. read more

My drink is already on the slightly complicated side back home in Oregon, but they do certain things different here so my drink is REALLY complicated now lol the guys here have been wonderful all week about my complicated drink order and their services has been friendly, sociable, and fast this whole time too. Starbucks in the middle of town, the only thing that separates this from other Starbucks is that it is in a hotel and next to a rental car service. Which if you are waiting for your car, makes it an okay place. read more

This was a terrible disappointment. I am an avid SB fan and drink they're coffee daily, however, this location does not brew dark roast or offer a pour over. There express shots are made from veranda or pick blends which at medium roast not expresso. Not the worst thing is when you specifically ask them to make with expresso beans, the tell you that they did even when you are sitting there watching them uses pick. This alone ruined my trip a little because I am addicted to SB and I need my strong coffee. read more

Coffee here tastes different than what I'm used to stateside. The coffee is definitely watered down. I've tried it on two occasions. The caramel macchiato was the worst ever. The regular coffee was passable, but still watered down. It's connected to the hotel- that's the only positive point about it. read more

For the health conscious this is a no go. No low fat coffee cake or blueberry. Also the oatmeal is this little packet. I asked the nice kids there and they said the puny little portion was the correct size. It was nice they offered me a refund but I needed more food. I just must be unlucky there because no one offered me a discount because they didn't accept Starbucks gift cards. Coffee has been fine all week. If you walk down the street to subway, they have larger sized oatmeal for like half the price and the coffee was good too. read more
