I happen to look at the label because it didn't taste like my usual order and it happened to have someone else's name. This is not OK. Some people are diabetic and cannot have regular sugar. I had great service from Anais and Chima at Starbucks early this morning. My order is not an easy one. I like a tall venti tea with eight honeys in it. The honey comes in packets and Anais the barista has beautiful eyes and s smile and did not flinch. When I gave my uncharacteristic order. She patiently cut each of the honey bags and added it to the tea with the type of milk that I asked for which is sometimes confused. And Chima was exceptionally polite. I have noticed at this store that the employees are positive and kind. And I have ordered this complicated black tea. Many times with never a scoff . As the employees have been so consistent in their service and their attitudes. I think this reflects on good management. I've been going to Starbucks for many years. I love this Starbucks. Never have I gotten a coffee I ordered and didn't love. What a great way to start my day. I've been going there for five months now. The baristas are always so friendly. There have been couple of times where I've had to wait for my mobile order but hey they're so good they're busy, understandable. Hope I didn't jinx myself with bad service and bad coffee. You guys are amazing and thought you should know that I jinxed myself, I've done mobile order last three times and it hasn't been ready when picking up. Accessibility: there is a drive through here, accessible/handicap parking in front of the building with a ramp to get onto the sidewalk there, and seating inside. I work nearby, so I'm here often. I've never had an issue with this store. The staff always gets me through quickly, and they're always courteous and helpful. I HAVE noticed that in the drive through line, they occasionally have a sign that says they don't accept cards. I always go in, but that would really bother me. I highly recommend the cold brew with pumpkin foam (seasonal?). I usually just order regular black hot or iced coffee, but I've been getting these more than I would like to admit. PS. Immediately when I walk in, I am always greeted by the lovely staff even when it is 5am in the morning and I understand that they're probably half asleep too. these workers always seem super caring and understanding and makes it seem like they are always trying to get us customers out at a reasonable time and that I appreciate! Even when something breaks down or there is a problem that is out of their control, they always seem to know how to handle a problem. a worker by the name Iris was super nice and had asked me if I would like to try something different since I get the same drink everyday and had made me a drink that was super yummy and non-dairy! Customer Beware: RUDE SERVICE!!! I stood their at the register for 10 minutes and was completely ignored by every employee that walked by and "didn't see me", before finally giving up and walking away with nothing. For the first 5 minutes I didn't mind waiting in line, I could tell each of the 5 employees were a little busy with drive through orders, and I'm not unreasonable. But after about 5 minutes the drive through was empty and the employees were just talking to each other and walking around. Every time I thought I was about to be helped by an employee walking my way they'd make eye contact and make this "oh no! I made eye contact with a customer" face and then just put there head down and pretend they didn't see me. I'm not joking or exaggerating when I say over the course of 5 minutes every single employee walked my way, saw me, pretended they didn't see me, and then walked away! To go talk to another employee about their personal lives I'm so glad they were having a good time because I was not. After the fifth employee ignored me I was appalled and decided me and my boyfriend had waited long enough after 10 minutes of horrible service and chose to leave. Don't even bother going to this location, just go to the one on San Marcos & Bent because this locations way too busy, the baristas here are the reason Starbucks employees have a bad rap, rude, bad customer service, the coffee is hit or miss/subpar, and the location really sucks because of the parking lot. I've stopped by here a few times over the years and recently stopped by today. The drive thru was busy but I didn't want to exit my car to get a coffee. The drive thru is pretty modern with a nice large menu, intercom, and a large computer screen to verify orders. The woman taking my order was pleasant. I was surprised how quickly the line went. I think it was less than 5 min or so which isn't too bad. Maddie, the girl at the pick up window, was super kind and sweet. She apologized for the wait which was a first (usually no one says anything or offers an apology). I told her the line moved pretty quickly so no apology was even needed. Her smile was contagious and genuine. My venti iced coffee in a trenta cup ($3.25) tasted fantastic as it wasn't bitter or acidic. They added the right amount of half n half cream to the iced coffee to make it awesome. I also ordered a venti capp ($4.25) for a friend. She said the latte tasted pretty good. Maddie also prepared a large iced water (per request) so that was nice. Don't forget you can order via your iphone before you arrive and have the drink waiting & ready for you. This was one of the worst trips to Starbucks I have ever had. It started with the employee sitting on the curb, telling me it was not his job to answer questions. Then I got kale and mushroom egg bites, and they had overcooked them to the point they tasted burnt. To top it off, the cold brew had no vanilla cream and was so watered down It had to get thrown out. This used to be my favorite place to go, but I guess Better Buzz will start getting my business. I'm going to take away one star from this location.... Went in on Christmas Day and it was packed. The baristas were hustling, still being friendly....until.... I wanted a cup of decaf....'pour over' style. I had it once (at the suggestion of a barista at ANOTHER Starbucks when they didn't have any fresh decaf brewed) and I'm convinced it's the only way to go now. Anyway, I asked for a decaf misto pour over style....and the barista shut me down. "We aren't do that today". I was sort of shocked. I know it takes longer but there's not extra manual labor.
