They were slammed as they've been past few mornings. Handling the rush well. I was waiting quite a while for my final item from mobile pickup when I finally asked the cashier. It was sitting there for some time but the barista called the incorrect name when she placed it down. She had quite a few J's back to back. So i stood there 5 extra mins for no reason .... Oops. I'll be back this week! Great service overall!

This location is always busy but they do their best to accommodate their customers and will gladly take the time to make any adjustments or answer any questions. With so many locations changing being closed or short staffed the lines are ridiculous. For this location all my orders are placed for pickup through the app. Within a few minutes my order is ready. I walk in, grab and walk out literally three seconds later and continue on with my day. A plus on busy mornings no lines of 5+ people or having to say anything other than "Hi" and "Bye".

This is a great Starbucks except for the no drive thru and almost never any free parking spots available. The location is convenient. Its on the side street strip shopping center on Abernathy and Roswell Rd (Next to Hardees) in a shopping center called Abernathy Square. There is a Publix behind this Starbucks. You can access it by cutting through towards the back of the shopping strip. Otherwise friendly baristas, clean store and bathrooms. Wouldn't mind coming back again if I can find a free parking spot... 1123rd review 1/6/2018 43rd for 2018

FINALLY! Starbucks now serves oat milk as a substitute. I typically don't do a review for starbucks often because it's such a big chain and I go to so many around town. But this store in particular is hands down my favorite location. This location, even if they change their staff or have new employees to work in the morning, it consistently tastes the best. I've tried many drinks at this location and been a while since I've been coming here. Never fails me. Other locations, the ratios are off. This is it! I'm just so glad it's near my work so that I can place an order through the app in the mornings. I'm just surprised that they still don't "know" me.

Since my last review, this place has had a 100% turn around. Quite impressive. I am not sure if every single employee was replaced, but it's pretty close. The results are tremendous. Hat off! Viva La Starbucks! :))

Came in specifically to do work on the laptop. Was greeted and felt like I had to immediately buy something. So I got a strawberry n creme frap, which I've never gotten before. Took a sip and tasted strawberries n water. Would not get again. I usually get coffee, but it was 5pm n too late in the day for caffeine. At least the whipped cream was good. Yumm Service was a-ok. One employee super friendly, the other just kind of doin his thing. The jamacian sounding music was probably his choice. There's outside sitting that looks nice to sit at. few people when I came so getting an outlet wasn't a problem. Kinda wish they had bigger tables. Only 2 or 3 medium sized tables. AC was on and it got pretty cold. Parking's not a huge problem since there's a plaza behind that u can park at if the spaces in front are all taken. Overall, an a-ok Starbucks.

How can you not give Starbucks 5 stars? Place is consistent; the only thing I look for is a working outlet and a clean bathroom. My Starbucks always has both! Some spaces are better than others but only you know if you're just stopping by to pick something up or you'll be staying for a while.

Green tea latte is very good, service is good, restrooms are clean.

They also sell pastries like donuts, avocado toast, and croissants if you're hungry. I wish they had other alternative milks, but right now they serve dairy and oat milk only. They also have two different matchas (sweetened vs unsweetened). I think the drink itself is pretty good, kind of standard, but don't take this review to heart since I am not an oat/dairy milk drinker. The actual place is really cute and nice for hanging out with friends. There are plenty of outlets, water, wifi, and restrooms so if you need to do work you can! There are small tables and one larger table. Mellow jazz music plays in the background and there is one overhead fan so the temperature is just right. It is very much a minimalist type of atmostphere kind of gives me safari vibes because of the beige and tan accents with some greenery. Even though there were plenty of places at the mall to grab coffee and food right across from my hotel, I kept finding myself coming back here day after day during my stay. The staff I interacted with was super cool, welcoming, and had such a great vibe. Every interaction felt genuine and friendly. One thing that really stood out was when I asked for a drink that wasn't on their menu but that I had seen on their Yelp page. They had no problem making it for me and even had me try it before I left just in case I didn't like it. That kind of customer service goes a long way. The drinks were great, the atmosphere was chill, and the overall vibe made me feel comfortable every time I walked in. Whenever I'm back in Atlanta, Cafe Comma will definitely be one of my first stops. Thanks for the excellent hospitality

I was super excited to finally get a REAL coffee shop in the neighborhood, especially since I have loved their Alpharetta location since 2020. Since then, I've been back a few times to meet friends for a cup of coffee or grab a bag of whole beans to go to make my own espresso at home! It's not the cheapest bag of beans but it's definitely freshly roasted and good quality! I love their seasonal bevs - I've tried their fall drinks like the Tokyo Drift (Applewood smoked cortado, orange blossom syrup, freshly grated nutmeg, orange peel) and the Spice is Right (Iced, spicy, creamy, coffee cocktail vibe with cold brew, hot honey syrup, vanilla bean and milk). You can easily sub out alternate milks, even on the seasonal specialty drinks. I appreciate the themes and play on the seasons. And also just simple but delicious drinks like the Nitro Lavender Vanilla Oat Latte. The seating can be a huge issue. I seem to always stumble in during peak, maybe? There seems to be plenty of space but no seating/tables. Many tables for 2 or 4 would be taken by 1-2 people studying/working all day, which is understandable but still frustrating. There is some outdoor seating (dog friendly, woohoo!) but is extremely vulnerable to the elements. Overall, I'm grateful for more local and noncommercial coffee shops in Dunwoody! Bring em on!!

Doesn't give cozy coffee shop, but more like young hipster cute industrial chic? Wouldn't recommend for studying or serious work, but good to catch up with a friend. It was fairly crowded and the inside was chatty on a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived there was a line, and I waited about 12-15 minutes before I could order. I ordered a chai latte and it was fine but.. and can't believe I'm saying this, but it was a bit too spicy. I never opened the cup but wondered how much milk was used because the spice was really overpowering. Not in a way that made me need a cup of cold milk, but in a way that made it taste really unbalanced, so I didn't like it too much. But I drank it because it was like 8 dollars and I didn't feel like waiting again to get something else.

Parking is free and always available in the big parking lot shared by all of the businesses in Abernathy Square. No matter which employee has been at the counter taking orders and making the drinks, they've always been quick, efficient, accurate, courteous and helpful with information about the drinks. A variety of teas, lemonades and smoothies are on the menu, which is displayed on easy to read monitors on the wall behind the prep area. There are two benches to sit on in the well lit space while waiting for your order, and no tables or chairs are available, so there's no opportunity to sit and work or visit with others. While you're waiting, you can walk a few steps over into the neighboring Japanese restaurant and decide whether you want to expand your drink break into a full fledged meal. My favorite boba tea is the Bubble Milk Black Tea, with 30% sweetness and less ice. In the many times I've had boba in drinks here, the boba has always had a good consistent chew. The drinks are in firm plastic cups with snap on lids, so the little ones can accidentally (or purposely) squeeze the cups and there won't be too much damage done to your vehicle upholstery on the way home, although if they drop or throw the cup on the floor it'll most likely be game over. There were empanadas, tequenos and more on that special menu and although I didn't indulge that day (after a big lunch), I'll definitely be back to try them out. I did however go with one of their seasonal drinks - the french toast latte, specifically, (which was recommended by the lovely woman behind the register who I'm pretty sure is the owner!)
