After placing an order through their app, R and I came here. This Starbucks is in a sprawling shopping center, and is tuck in between other stores on the side facing Abernathy Rd. Before today, I had never even noticed this Starbucks, and I've driven by countless times over the past eight years I've lived in the Atlanta area. Parking is available in the free parking spaces along one way traffic in front of the storefronts. We walked in, were greeted by a smiling employee who welcomed us to Starbucks, and R let them know he was there to pick up his mobile order. I asked for a cup of water, which one of the employee got for me while the other employee made R's coffee and brought it to the counter for R to get. This store didn't have that many tables, as the ten people at the tables took up most of the seating. This Starbucks was clean, although the counter seemed very cluttered. I had the egg bites that were delicious. And I had a half-and-half Café latte with coconut milk and it was in a regular coffee cup. I didn't know they served their coffee that way. It was great. This location is always busy but they do their best to accommodate their customers and will gladly take the time to make any adjustments or answer any questions. With so many locations changing being closed or short staffed the lines are ridiculous. For this location all my orders are placed for pickup through the app. Within a few minutes my order is ready. FINALLY! Starbucks now serves oat milk as a substitute. I typically don't do a review for starbucks often because it's such a big chain and I go to so many around town. But this store in particular is hands down my favorite location. This location, even if they change their staff or have new employees to work in the morning, it consistently tastes the best. I've tried many drinks at this location and been a while since I've been coming here. Never fails me. Other locations, the ratios are off. This is it! I have passed this Starbucks no less than 50 times and never stopped. BIG MISTAKE.... My brother was admitted to the hospital Thursday and I was running on empty when I decided coffee would keep me going a little while longer. I decided the coffee would be sufficient and ordered my usual White Chocolate Mocha...iced with 2 raw sugars well stirred. I have been to Starbucks all over ATL and I always say well stirred and they only swirl the espresso and white chocolate sauce with the sugar....it never completely dissolves....but not today. Akiel (I hope I remembered correctly) made my drink and he is the reason this review is 5 star! Not only was he nice, smiled and greeted me warmly (this close to closing time and he was still on point was appreciated) but he stirred the raw sugar and espresso until it was dissolved! He tried to make it pretty with extra white chocolate drizzle and accidentally used chocolate...he was ready to make my entire drink over for that little mistake. I declined and took my drink as is. Well Akiel has changed how I order my drink....the drizzle of chocolate made my drink even BETTER! People have no clue what type of day a person has had or what they are going through. My girlfriend and I decided to meet up before dinner with friends. We had about an hour to kill so I did a quick google search and found this Starbucks location, conveniently located adjacent to our dinner spot. Firstly, this Starbucks turned out to be a bit tough for me to find. I knew it was in the Abernathy Square shopping center, so I turned in and drove around the complex, only to realize it's located in a separate strip from the main complex, next to Subway and facing Abernathy Rd. This location is fairly small compared to others, with only a few tables inside and one employee behind the counter when I placed my order. It is quiet with a relaxed, lounge-like feel, and is a great choice for a serene study spot or to a read a book or newspaper, as several patrons were doing. Come here for a slower pace and still be able to get your favorite Starbucks drink! read more

Came in specifically to do work on the laptop. Was greeted and felt like I had to immediately buy something. So I got a strawberry n creme frap, which I've never gotten before. Took a sip and tasted strawberries n water. Would not get again. I usually get coffee, but it was 5pm n too late in the day for caffeine. At least the whipped cream was good. Yumm Service was a-ok. One employee super friendly, the other just kind of doin his thing. The jamacian sounding music was probably his choice. There's outside sitting that looks nice to sit at. few people when I came so getting an outlet wasn't a problem. Kinda wish they had bigger tables. Only 2 or 3 medium sized tables. Maybe 7:15 AM isn't a peak time for this Starbucks or the staff improved since the last reviews, because I have no idea why this place has such low reviews. I have visited about 3 times on weekday mornings at 7 - 7:30 AM, and the service and quality of menu items have been great! The line moves quickly, the coffee / food comes out in a timely manner, and the cashier is friendly and always smiling. Smiling employees are essential to a great start to the day. I haven't really stayed around after receiving my order, but the place appears relatively clean with a few seats indoors and outdoors (not as big as some Starbucks). My favorite thing about this Starbucks is the quality of the coffee and food. My amazing cold brew is what led me to write this review. Many Starbucks that I go to, the cold brew tastes ridiculously burnt / bitter - I still order it because many of the other cold drinks are loaded with sugar (my other go-to drink is an iced americano). However, at this location, the cold brew is on point! Like damn! Best cold brew I've had at a Starbucks to date. I'm sipping on it as I write this, and I already want to order another one. They also heat my egg white feta wrap, so it's pretty crunchy (not burnt) on the outside - just the way I like it. I will definitely be visiting this Starbucks more often for the wonderful staff and great cold brew. read more

This location is adequate and for the most part the staff is very friendly but I have some complaints. 1. The parking is hit or miss depending on the time 2. My drinks have been wrong in the past - I come to this location to pick up drinks for myself and co-workers sometimes because it's the closest to work, and on more than one occasion I have arrived with a written list (drinks, size and name) and still received the wrong drinks/sizes. 3. limited pastry selection (the starbucks at perimeter pointe has a better selection). read more

This Starbucks has been up and down when it comes to service. Im Shocked this is the first time I have reviewed this location. Recently their customer service has been ON POINT! They used to get every order of mine wrong when making it and now with new employees they never do and if they happen to even put a touch on whip cream on it when I said no whip cream they either make me another one or give it to me for free. The employees are so nice and it seems like they enjoy what they are doing. They are keeping the place cleaner than they used too and I dont see anymore flies in the glass food display anymore so thats a plus!! I think this is a fairly average Starbucks. The staff have typically been cordial and polite, but I wouldn't say they've been overly friendly. I usually get the same thing almost every time (a white chocolate mocha), and I will say the flavor has ranged from delicious to average but it's never been bad. It's clean and convenient, and the music is usually pretty good. I think a lot of people come here for work meetings or to study. There's not a lot of parking in front of the store, but there's more on both sides of the building. The best part is that almost every table has an outlet next to it! Which is perfect if you want to sit for a while and use your laptop or other electronics. read more

This location is very crowded and small. There is limited seating as well as parking. If you are trying to find a place to study, then this is not your place. I'm sitting in this Starbucks drinking my coffee as I write this review. Despite living only a mile from here for 7 months now, this is my first time at this location. Well, it's a Starbucks! :-) So, if you've ever been in one, you kind of know what to expect. The service here was great - there were only two people behind the counter and the service was quick and professional. I've been here about half an hour and they got fairly busy at one point - probably a dozen people in line. A third person came out at that point and they handled it like pros and got the crowd out quickly and politely. They seem to know some of the regulars (addressing several by name) and the crowd seems pleased. Its not a huge location, but there seems to be plenty of tables for a shop this size. The people are wonderful...but this location of Starbucks represents all that is wrong with suburbia. It's in a cruddy strip mall with terrible parking beside an Applebee's for heaven's sake. The interior is beyond -- WAY BEYOND -- uninspired,the men's room was (predictably, for a Starbucks) unclean, and the number, size and arrangement of tables was less than conducive for working on a laptop... or hanging out with friends, for that matter. First of all, it's a miracle I was able to get a parking spot. There is absolutely no parking unless you happen to be in the perfect place at the perfect moment when someone is leaving. Otherwise, expect a long walk. The location is small, and I mean SMALL. It smelled unclean which is a feat considering how powerful the coffee smells. Behind the counter was a wreck and the barista I saw was yawning and looking dejected. I was not welcomed in, they were out of the ingredients for 3 different drinks. Also the menu boards are perched directly above your head so you have to practically press yourself against the wall to read them. I have no plans of ever returning.
