I seriously had the best barista today. He was very outgoing, polite and efficient. The Starbucks is right in the middle of them all and during this time of year Santa is right next to this location. Barista asks, "Do you spell your name, Patty?" I told him he can spell it however he wanted. (It's really with an I). This is the spelling he used and I LOVE it. He was so upbeat. E and I arrived just before closing and our experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out with our coffee beverages was more then pleasant. I went to this Starbucks on 12/23/18 while visiting my family in the area. I had a lot to accomplish at this Starbucks. I had to 1) redeem a free drink from the app, 2) purchase and load gift cards and 3) reload my individual card on the app. My Barista was great at multi tasking. I also liked how he kept the conversation moving while I was asking him to perform multiple actions. You might be thinking why did you rate him so high when he was just doing his job? I have been to many Starbucks over the years and usually when I come in with lots of things to get done employees get flustered. I did something similar at another Starbucks and ended up with 2 returns on my card. The Barista was complete lost. I have been going to Starbucks for years and years! Never have I been this offended by the guy at the front counter. He was so rude to my wife and I! We just wanted coffee and breakfast and he acted like it was the bigger deal in the world that we were spending our money there. He wanted nothing to do with us. He was so sarcastic, and dramatic about everything!!! I will never be back to this Starbucks! Terrible customer service!! I tried out this location for the first time yesterday. Maybe I came in at a bad time, but it took about 2-3 minutes before I was able to place my order...with no line in front of me. I guess the staff was celebrating someone/something, but it was awkward for me to just wait in front the counter, hoping someone would notice me to take my order, when there are 5-7 employees in front of me talking to each other. This Starbucks is ok. It's hit or miss with the staff, sometimes they are great and others just ok. It could be a little cleaner. The outside area has a lot of trash and dirty tables. There is not a lot of seating inside. Perhaps enough for 10 people in the back. They have a high top table in the front, but it is in front of the doors and registers, so not ideal. On a road trip from Miami to Tampa we stopped through the drive through. Cashier was very friendly and offered our dog a doggie treat.

I ordered a tall....not venti. Learn to listen. I pulled up and ordered a TALL. The lady said oh here is your Venti. Nope I didn't order a venti. It was a tall. Ugh if we had to live with these minor errors everyday then we'd all be bankrupt from the addional charges we didn't or weren't expecting. Why argue with the customer? Guess what? I used to like this Starbucks but I've learned that it's not so great! I go a lot of my lunch break and get myself and coworkers drinks. The last 3 times I've been there the screen is broken outside and still hasn't been fixed. Also I ordered, she confirmed my order and then still gave me the wrong drink. I couldn't go back through the drive thru because it was busy and I had to go back to work. This drink was gross and not what I wanted. Drive through took a long time at 3pm on a Saturday. Drinks tasted good, but they need to speed up the service time.

They are very slow and lack of knowledge on there drinks that are sold. Although the shop was mostly clean. The people where very nice!

This is a decent Starbucks location with a drive-they, outdoor seating as well as limited indoor tables. The drive-thru employee wasn't familiar with how to ring up my drink so I mobile ordered, pulled around and picked it up quickly. Very pleasant employees and fairly clean. read more
