The barista who helped me spent time talking with me about matcha (my love language!) and you could tell he really cared about making it right. This is a great, little food truck parked in a lot putting out some really good coffee product. I went for a hot coffee with cream and the coffee was piping hot and was packed with flavor. IT also had a cold foam atop the latte complete with sprinkles and definitely was a social media worthy drink but also was beyond tasty. I read some reviews about how good the donuts are and people were not lying. A glazed donut that was warm and had a light crisp on the outside but were pillowy soft on the inside were the kind of donuts that if I lived in the area would certainly be something I would downplay the amount of times per week I would get them for fear of people judging me.
