I was so excited to finally visit the new Tim Hortons in Bradenton! The coffee shop was very clean, and I really enjoyed all of the hockey-themed décor, it gave the place a unique personality and was a nice tribute to Tim Hortons' Canadian roots. I ordered my first-ever Double Double iced coffee, and it was absolutely delicious. I can definitely see why people love it! This visit we didn't get any donuts or breakfast sandwiches we stuck to the latte and Matchas. we ordered at the Drive-thru For myself, I got a crème brûlée iced latte and for my husband got a strawberry iced Matcha latte. The crème brûlée latte was OK. The coffee had kind of a burnt taste to it, but I like the flavoring of the crème brûlée.. The strawberry Matcha had to be our favorite. The cold foam was so good. I almost always mobile order ahead on my way home from my 24 hour EMS shift, and only until today was my order actually ready waiting for me, probably because it was just a half dozen donuts, expect to still wait for hot food or coffee, even if you pre-order. I hadn't been to a Tim Horton's since NY. It was awesome to see one on my travels thru FL. Went there right after the gym. They have a sign advertising a $6 combo of a coffee/donut and a breakfast sandwich. They did not honor it, as the cashier said they were having a glitch and the cost is $7-$8, she wasn't even sure until she could ring it up. That was disappointing, as in NY the TH employees were like super knowledgeable about the products and restaurant itself. Anyhoo, the coffee and donut was how I remember, delicious!!! The egg and sausage muffin was tasty as well. I was disappointed that my egg was haphazardly placed on the side of the sandwich. The ONLY Tim Hortons in Florida and it's great! I came for the Harry Potter x Tim Hortons menu and I was not disappointed! The Golden Snitch Carmel Timbits are amazing. The Patronus sparkling beverage and Forbidden Forest iced tea are very tasty. The house donuts are lucious and filled. My husband was in the area and I asked him to please stop to try this location. Coming for the North we wanted to see if it stood up to the Tim's we knew. He brought home 6 donuts. Honey Cruellers are my absolute fav and YES they were delicious just like I remember. It stood up to what we miss as far as the donuts. We visited this new location during the month of their soft opening. A manager advised us they are aiming for a February 2026 grand opening. When we arrived, there were about 10 cars in line for the drive thru but not many cars in the parking lot. There was a notice on the front door that they were only serving outside and closing early at 3pm. The doors were locked so no indoor service on this day. The wait was only 15 minutes, due in large part to people asking questions about the menu items. From the moment I ordered to getting my items, it would have been less than 2 minutes. Many factors must be considered about this location. Canadians are familiar with Tim Hortons, but it is new to most people in Florida. Patience is important with any new property, but especially here where customers need a little more care and guidance when reviewing the menu. We arrived a few hours after opening and there were already bakery items that had sold out for the day. Again, this most likely is an issue that will be resolved once the location is officially open and understands the area needs in terms of ordering supplies etc. We ordered blueberry sour cream donuts, honey cruller donuts, assorted timbits, an ice capp and a must have "Double Double" coffee. As someone who has been a customer of Tim Hortons in Canada and many northern states, I'm familiar with the menu and my expectations were met. The timbits were a bit stale, but everything else was good. We got to speak to a manager who was encouraging our input and even offered to order some merchandise we were looking to pick up in store. We will be back in a few months once they work out the kinks and the local community gets the hang of the menu and ordering process. Pro tip - when ordering coffee at Tim Hortons you order the amount of cream first then the amount of sugar next. A "coffee double double" means coffee with two cream and two sugar. A "coffee triple double" means a coffee with three cream and two sugar. A "coffee double triple Splenda" is a coffee with two cream and three Splenda. read more

First time trying this place at 3 pm , ordered an iced mocha that was very good and Ice Capp Oreo that one was not good weird syrupy taste. Got tibbits honey ( not good stale ) but the two chocolate ones left were good . The blueberry cream cheese donut was very tasty so was my biscuit bacon and cheese sandwich. It's great to have one closer to home since I grew up in metro Detroit, but they have a lot to improve on. The coffee was old tasting and disappointing, they say it's only 20 minutes fresh and going through the drive through the 3 times I was in the area I heard employees talking about how it was several hours old. I've been wanting to stop here for a while, so today was the day! I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cold foam and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. Even at 6pm the bagel was fresh and tasty. I wasn't a huge fan of the iced coffee. It wasn't sweet enough for me. But the service was great and everyone was very friendly! Having lived up north, I was a Tim Hortons regular, so I was thrilled when a location finally opened nearby. Their dark roast never disappoints--it's consistently bold and flavorful. I ordered a Brown Butter Iced Oat Milk Latte at the recommendation of the young man working the drive-through, and it was very good. My bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was also enjoyable. I hate to see so many negative reviews for a business that has only been open for about a week. If you're expecting a flawless experience, it may not be realistic to visit a brand-new location during peak hours, especially when it's clearly busy. I planned ahead and gave myself an extra 35 minutes, knowing there could be a wait. This is their first location, and the staff is still learning and working through the normal growing pains. A little patience and grace go a long way. If timing or perfection is a priority, it may be better to wait until things settle or prepare coffee and breakfast at home. read more

Waited 45 minutes for 2 coffees just for them to tell us they ran out of cold brew only when we asked what was going on. We were offered complimentary sandwiches to which we declined as we didn't want to wait any longer and received 2 vanilla lattes that were supposed to be oat milk but received whole milk and both had barely any espresso. Very aware that they just opened, but this was the most chaotic experience I've ever had. If I could give zero stars I would, but the timbits were actually quite tasty so the one star goes there. The employee at the register had zero customer service skills and there were more employees than customers, half of which were walking around with no idea what they were doing. We actually heard one of them audibly say "I don't know what I'm doing". They definitely need more organization and some sort of management or someone to oversee the day to day because they are not ready to be serving customers. read more

Why bother bringing a Northern favorite to a spot with so many Buffalo transplants only to butcher the menu? The kids behind the counter were doing their best during a big rush. But it would've been impossible them to make good food from such a poor menu. The rather strangely plain chicken sandwich I got was caked in grease, and unfinishable. However both times you have been closed by 5pm?! Tim Hortons in Michigan is never closed by that time. Not a way to make an impression in a new market. This store must be ran by children because it just doesn't make any sense anymore. I've been trying to go to this location for like two weeks and like every time I go it seems like there's an issue. The cones in the drive-through are set up so that you do not want to go through the drive-through, whoever designed them must have an IQ of less than 20. Also, they do not open at five like they advertise on Apple Maps. They open at six and every time I've gone there before 6 AM it's always lights on, but closed. The people working there do not give a shit about their job clearly as they don't listen to simple things you tell them. This location has destroyed the Tim Hortons brand for me. Park our bikes to see the outdoor furniture all stacked up and the inside door locked. WTF!!!!! Drive thru only!!!!!
