Came in the morning hoping to have a good time reading and hanging out here. But it wasn't clean and it wasn't welcoming. The cashier was rude and looked annoyed that I was ordering water. Also, I ordered two banana breads HOT and it was so disappointing that it wasn't. Completely disappointed with my entire experience here. read more

This is the slowest internet I have ever experienced in any Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and go to the Fowler location they have Google internet and much friendlier staff. Very disappointed in the Selma Starbucks. The inside is very nice however. read more

The guy James at the order screen is seriously rude, unwelcoming, and hardly let me finish my order. It seems like he has a lot to learn in customer service. However I did receive my drinks from an exceptional barista named Alex at the window, who made the experience better. I got the name of the rude person to write a formal review here to management, as well as letting the Lead know at the time of the incident. I would like to thank the partners at this location for making every single visit a great one. I myself was a partner on the east coast and know the struggles of having to work at a BRAND NEW shop where everyone is still trying to get the hang of stuff. It's not your fault people choose to order a million drinks and ask what's taking too long, why there card gets declined, and it's not your fault people don't know how to order. KEEP IT UP GUYS!! Two weeks ago they were out of White Mocha. Today they are out of non-fat milk. Wow! Poorly ran location.

This is the worst Starbucks location ever. I felt sorry for the staff, they were out of everything, and waited 30 minutes for one drink

It's unfortunate that this Starbucks is the only one in this small town and yet their customer service is not the best. They also take forever to work on a handful of drinks, it's as if they can't multitask or work together as a team. read more

Had high hopes for this Starbucks, but those were crushed fast. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they still cease to meet my expectations of any other Starbucks. Not very good customer service and the first Starbucks I've been to that didn't know what a "purple/violet drink" was. Definitely rather go to kingsburg or fowler than Selma because they are extremely slow and employees aren't the nicest. read more

not bad not bad once all the employees are trained it will be a great place for Selma they just opened so there is a leading curve but so far my experience here has been good overall most of the staff have good customer service the only thing when there busy it seems like they are slow that will change over time I hope good luck to this Starbucks glad they are here finally read more

Always run out of items, basic orders messed up...shouldn't be this hard to get a cup of coffee

Stopped by for a break after a long drive , went to the restroom it was really dirty , I asked for my caramel m drink asked for soymilk they used regular milk on top of charging me the difference on the price, when asking the employee why he use regular milk not soy he said he did use soy and she was impolite , I can't have any dairy product and drinking my caramel with milk will put me in a lot of pain. I left her my drink and went to a local coffee shop in Selma , the employee was friendly and he fixed my drink the proper way , Java Express won a customer i'll stop by every time I'm passing by Selma. read more

Possibly my least favorite Starbucks ever. First, I came during frapp happy hour instead of my normal Starbucks and what a mistake. I get that it's busy during half price promotions, but I waited literally 35 minutes at this location for one frappucino. That's absurd for a drive through and easily double the longest o had ever waited at any other location even during happy hour. Then, I came back today for a second time which was a mistake. I order a Venti and am told they're out of Venti cups so I can get a Grande. That's mildly annoying given its mid day, but whatever...wouldnt have been so annoying except I then proceeded to see both people in front of me get Venti frapps and teas as well as 2 people inside the store and somebody who just ordered one as I was leaving. Seriously?! I thought you were out of cups? Won't be coming here again under any circumstance. read more

I would highly discourage anyone from coming to this location, unless you enjoying waiting. The location was not busy, but the workers have no sense of urgency. They work at an incredibly slow pace. It took them 10 minutes to make my order, which only included two drinks. Mind you, I did not have to wait in line to place my order and there was no one ahead of us. Lastly, the workers appear to be incompetent with their work. I recommend finding another location for your Starbucks fix. read more
