Love love love this drive through Starbucks!!! Can you say convenient?! They are open at 5 something and close around 10 pm. This spot is particularly unique thigh because of how the building is set up. It is a drive through only and they have two windows! So if one line is long I can just hop on the other one. It's really awesome. Every time I am there the lines are very quick and they always have everything in stock. Sometimes when I hit other locations and try to get maybe a panini or some other bakery item they are sold out. I'm in and out within 5-8 minutes of pulling up. My order has never been messed up and conversation is always thorough when I place my order. Rock on Starbucks and keep it up! 5 stars all the way! read more

We get the same order every day and we understand things happen so we just went back around in the drive-through with our screaming baby in the backseat to get our size we paid for. There was a young Spanish girl working and she blankly stared at us, asking what it was we needed as if we were bothering her, and when I told her she tried to take our drinks back and dump them on the floor outside in the drive-through in front of our car. I had to stop her because I don't want coffee all over my car and I let her know I would be keeping the drink since I had to wait on a line and waste my time, but I still wanted my new drinks. She was so rude & we saw her bad mouthing us to go workers through the window. This was Christmas Eve eve. 12/23/23 at 1245pm. What terrible service. They absolutely made my morning. As an RN struggling with hard times lately. I need some coffee to wake up before I had to go to get a fetal echo for my unborn baby. Between fighting for my job, having health issues during pregnancy and having two toddlers I am just exhausted. I ordered lemon loaf a the brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso. I used to think a drive up Starbucks was silly. It's a drive in, how are they going to make my kawfee the way I like it? I only ordered bar drinks here, Ice Teas, Caramel Macchiatos and Skinny Vanilla Lattes. I flipped it up when Starbucks introduced the new "Flat White". Today the drive thru was very quick....Thank God! I FINALLY got a pumpkin spice latte! I've been fighting the urge due to money saving & caffiene avoidance purposes. LOL! It wasnt bad. Do you enjoy ordering a drink and receiving something completely different? Then this, my friends, is the Starbucks for you! For quite some time, I had great experiences getting my drinks here, but in the past few months, something has gone awry. Our drinks are made wrong at *least* 60% of the time - without exaggeration - which leads to us sitting there waiting twice as long for them to be made correctly, much to the irritation of the line of cars that has now formed behind us. And I'm not one of those people whose drink includes a 17-bullet point manual on how I absolutely HAVE to have it... but even something as simple as "soy milk" or "no classic" gets screwed up nearly every time. And by the way, quit mixing the foam into the cold brew, FFS. The last three times we saw this being done, the brew was SO watered down it looked like iced green tea (and no, that's not "just how cold brew looks"). Don't try to piss on my leg and tell me it's raining. I don't even care if I sound like a brat, but when you're paying nearly $6 for one drink, it should be made well. It sucks because this was a convenience for us as it's right near our home and the only drive-thru I pass on the way to work, but my latest experiences here have been the equivalent of just dumping my wallet out into the gutter... along with their poorly made coffee. Retrain your staff or find people that actually know what they're doing. read more

I've been to this starbucks before and they were great, maybe today wasn't their day but I had terrible service. I get to the drive through everything fine and the man was very kind, I asked if they could just give me the drink with no straw or lid and the man proceeded to tell me that they cannot do that there? Is that a policy that I am missing? He told me he needs to put the lid and straw on the drink, but if I didn't want it, why couldn't they comply? That was a little strange to me, another issue was when I got my green tea frappucino it was liquified and not a frapp at all, plus I ordered it with whipped cream and that didn't come with it either. It was a whole mess, maybe I startled them but they should be more open to people not asking for straws or lids because the hunt to end plastic is overwhelmingly popular right now, they are going to get told off by someone and they should be prepared to handle the situation. read more

Honestly gave this Starbucks so many chances and finally I'm done. Something must be wrong with their speakers because they never give me what I ordered. And when they do get it right it just isn't good. I don't even order anything complicated it just seems like employees don't know what they are doing. I like this location because it's a drive-thru...They do have a walk up window. Also they seem to get the mixture of the Chai-latte balanced properly. So many other locations make them poorly leaving me feeling like I'm paying $4 bucks for warm milk. The Barista's are good but there is this one guy that makes me repeat my order almost all the time because he never gets it right even thought I order the same thing every morning...seriously is not that hard...But definitely try your drink before you drive off. read more

I drive through this location often and its usually great and the barista's are very nice and efficient, and maybe it was this kids first day but I went yesterday and he got my whole order wrong. I asked specifically if he had multi-grain bagels and turkey-bacon egg sandwich, to which he replied, yes, and told him I'd take them with a latte....Welll he hands me some turkey panini thing and a cold plain bagel...I gave back the panini and he STILL got it wrong and gives me a bacon gouda sandwich! And I didn't say anything about the bagel because by now the line was so long I didn't wanna hold it up any longer. Maybe it was his first day, and he was NOT listening, but overall they are usually good. read more

This is a drive-thru only Starbucks, with two windows to help move things along. Even so, it can be little slow, depending on which baristas are working that day, but the convenience of it outweighs the wait times. Also, the menu in the drive thru doesn't list all of the items but they have everything a normal Starbucks offers, so if you already know you like a particular drink or food item, don't be afraid to ask even if it's not listed. read more
