2.4.25 This SB is very convenient. It's easy on and easy off access of route 8. They have a large parking lot so parking is also easy & convenient. There are lines during peak times as there are in any and all locations but they do get through them quickly as this location. I've never experienced an issue during any of my multiple visits. I've either been that lucky and/or their that good at this store. Probably a combination of both. The staff are usually in a good mood, even during the early morning hours. It's the same decor inside like most every other store. Any time I've gotten the lemon iced cake is always been fresh. Big thumbs up to this location and it's staff. read more

What I liked: - Great location just off main road - Tables and chairs inside and outside. - fast service - drip coffee was hot (not lukewarm) Only small downside is they use the brew machines that make one cup at a time. Note the new location - it's not yet updated on Yelp. This is THE nicest Starbucks I've been to across the country. They did a magnificent job on the architecture and layout. The reviewer two before me has the updated pics. There's no need to waste any words on what they offer as you all already know and staff can be hit or miss anywhere and dependent on day. LOVE the vibe here. LOVE it! Fantastic energy! And don't get let other reviewers confuse you about parking - it is plentiful and spacious, and if you have a pup, there's an outdoor patio and a large grassy area across the way next to Spotted Horse for walking. read more

We went to this location for the first time today and made a mobile order. When we got there, the drive thru traffic was around the building and blocking the entrance! I was grateful to have made a mobile order. That being said, our order was spot on and so great, and I was even greeted with a big smile by one of the baristas which was really nice :D I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the traffic entering which made getting in the building difficult. read more

This Starbucks needs serious attention on so many levels!! The night staff never, ever leaves the dining area clean and organized and you walk into the store in the morning with tables sticky and covered with crumbs, chairs all over the place, trash on the floors and the bathrooms filthy and not properly stocked with soap and toilet paper many times. The staff consists of young people who have a low work ethic and excellence, but seem to master being rude. read more

I have been a regular consistent customer through COVID. I realize from several friends that work at Starbucks locations themselves the extreme pressure and length of time it can take. What I don't appreciate is not even being addressed when you come in for a mobile order. Then an extremely rude associate George, if that is his real name, proceeding to tell how the system works and I need to be patient. Yet no one knows who I am and if my order is even ready because no one asked. I wait patiently until 10 minutes after the time app said it's not ready. So giving total time of 32 minutes to prepare my order. Then told again how the system works. Sadly this is closer to where I live but I will go elsewhere for my Starbucks. This brand new location is very pretty, spacious and inviting. Only 2 stars for the following reasons- 1. Boxes crowding merchandise area at mid morning on Saturday. They missed a sale because I couldn't reach the blue Swell bottle. 2. Not greeted at register as there was no one there. All staff involved w making drinks or the Drive thru. Really? 3. Awful Blonde espresso drink. Nasty and bitter. After 4 sips, it got tossed. Please train the Baristas to get the business of craft coffee lovers like me. Your place is new. Worst Starbuck! Made a mobile order at 5:46am arrive to the store and the front door has a note saying it's opening at 6:30am due to staffing issues. Okay, fine. These things happen now. If you plan on using the drive though, anticipate at least a twenty minute wait even with only a few cars in front of you. Honestly, shake your teas. $4.50 for a drink not made the correct way. It is so outrageous that the name of the drink is "shaken iced tea" and it's never done. Love this Starbucks! Yes the drive thru line is poorly designed but the Barista Aydin always makes the perfect Frap and does it so fast! Ask for Aydin if you want it done right! They are also super friendly and are always rushing about helping people. read more

The baristas try hard, but this Starbucks is way too busy with many customers just about every time I go inside or drive through. At least three times they have gotten my order wrong, adding sugar to my coffee drink even when I have repeated no sugar. Sadly, these have been drive through orders, so I do not notice until I get home. read more

This Starbucks really is terrible. While there are a few baristas that are very pleasant.. (I wish I knew their names) it does not excuse the ones who are incredibly rude. I realize that this location is very busy.. people come from Trumbull and Monroe etc. The layout of the drive thru is SO bad it's comical. The line goes all the way down the center of the parking lot which leaves customers with no where to park, and if they do happen to get a spot they will most likely get trapped in because the line of cars blocks them from backing out. Who designed this?????? I've never seen anything designed so poorly in my life. I hope they plan to do something about this ASAP. I'm sure it puts stress on the employees as well having to deal with customers already being irritated before even giving their order. I've also seen that people get trapped trying to exit from Spotted horse taveNow that I think about it this whole plaza was designed very poorly.
