The best customer service and latte! My car was stuck at the parking lot in front of the store due to battery outage. I went inside and asked for a jump start of my car. The store manager was kind to find one of his staff who had jumper cables and sent him to the parking. Thanks to the store manager and the staff, I was able to drive back to my home 30 miles away with the most delicious latte that I picked up from the store. I understand that the circumstances have changed given the pandemic, but I waited in line at the drive through here for 20 minutes just to be told at 1:59 pm that they were closed. Would've been nice if you could invest in a sign and put it up at the appropriate time given the average wait time. Not difficult. read more

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks around! Their Baristas need to be retrained on how to make their drinks! Every time I have ordered my drink (Caramel Could Macchiato) they don't get it right. I either get it without the caramel, or it tastes burn. Today I ordered 2 of them for my husband and I and one was halfway filled in the cup and the other was filled correctly, but the tasted burned. I'm done! I need to question if the aggravation of going to Starbucks is worth the coffee because it is ruining my morning. It has gotten worse from the previous review. The drive thru line is always a long mess... not totally the employees fault because they can't control if someone orders something ridiculous and clogs the whole line up. Ok, I can give them the benefit of the doubt so I mobile order when I leave my house (about 10 minutes away) so I can run in and out. Never happens. Today, I waited for an additional 10 minutes for a mobile order, once I arrived at the store. I had to ask if they received the order and it was an "oh, yea". It is so backed up in there that people are wanting a refund of their mobile order because they can't wait anymore and will be late for work. 10 additional minutes is a long time to wait in the morning on your way to work. I don't know if the aggravation of going to Starbucks is worth actually going to Starbucks. I feel bad for the staff but this is ridiculous. Even though there was a long line to receive our drinks the customer service was top notch in my opinion. Given the situation I felt like the staff at this location handled the large amount of customers very well, with polite greetings and positive attitudes. I felt like I was being treated very good and respected among the drive through service, even through the long wait I was given a complimentary snack for being patient which I felt wasn't necessary but very generous. read more

These guys just can't seem to get the orders correct. For the last four visits something in my order has been wrong. The most common mistake is to put ice in a drink that was ordered hot. Of course, because of the pandemic all orders have been mobile, however, they just can't get it right. So annoying! read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have EVER been to. The baristas are rude and unhelpful, moving at a slow and unbothered pace. I've even seen them get snippy at customers who have been waiting for much longer than they should've for their orders. I understand the volume of this location is high, but they often have plenty of staff on but nothing seems to ever be getting made. I have seen other locations move faster with the same volume of orders and far less baristas. read more

Zero stars!!! So slow... multiple times I've ordered and waited more than 15 mins for my drink. I had to ask for a refund last time after 25 min of waiting. I ask myself every time why I keep giving this crappy place my money. I guess it's because I'm addicted to Starbucks coffee. This place sucks beyond measure. Your only hope in actually getting a hot drink is to go through the drive thru but good luck navigating the chaotic parking lot / drive thru line. First time visiting this new location. Parking lot sucks. Not a lot of options and hard to get though. I ordered through the mobile app because it's more convenient and quick. I went in and waited for about 5 minutes and my drink wasn't ready. There were about 6-8 people working and it wasn't even that busy. I got in the drive thru line instead and that took another 5-8 minutes to get through. Luckily, the drink tasted how it should, but I've seen other reviews where the they don't taste how they should. So I ordered through drive thru the other day and they messed up my order from a pumpkin créme to a coffee. Then I went today and they messed up a hot chocolate by instead giving me a coffee again. Time and time again this Starbucks disappoints. When they first opened I tried giving them a chance but this location has been open for a while now and is still horrible. It has completely inaccurate mobile wait times, sometimes a drink is ready in 3 minutes and sometimes 25 when the wait time always says 4-9 minutes. In addition, they constantly make drinks wrong here and it seems like the staff is improperly trained. The worst part is they are always so rude when you ask to remake a drink, like it's somehow your fault they messed up. Stay away from this location. read more

Really starts with the manager who is as cold as a nitro cold brew. Then the baristas follow suit . Give me $20.00 and keep moving along. Not like the ones they ask about In their surveys. Not a friendly place to meet friends. You have other options like COMMON GROUNDS where the old starbucks used to be. You can get fresh roasted coffee (not burnt) and deserts that do not have a shelf life of 3 months if left in the package. Not to mention a friendly HELLO and GOOD Bye..I guess bad habits are hard to break , all about image with no quality. Forget about parking at starbucks, if you can get a parking spot ,forget about leaving there, aggressive Carmel Macchiato customers will not let you when in the drive-thru.. Some day the customers will wake up and smell the coffee. Maybe they will want to go back to another coffee shop where the are getting quality and good conversation. SO in the mean time go wait in line at the drive-thru , like the other fast food businesses and get what you did not pay for. read more
