This was my first encounter with this particular Starbucks, and I must say.. I was not impressed nor will I be returning. The wait when I initially got there was not long, seeing that the car in front of me drove off. I wondered why, but seeing that it wasn't any of my concern I still drove to the speaker. I had two different orders, one for myself, one for a friend. I order with ease. I figured they wouldn't have Cinnamon Dolce available for my drink, due to a shortage that all Starbucks have been having for months now. My friend originally wanted a Chestnut Praline Frapp and in the midst of her saying what she wanted, the employee cut her off and proceed to say "We're not serving frappuccinos." She tried another option, the Dragon drink (she was turned down because they didn't have Mango Dragonfruit base) and finally she was able to order a Chai. We pay for our drinks and I asked him for receipts. They don't have receipt paper. I asked for a sleeve for my extra hot White Mocha. They have no sleeves. They literally have... nothing. read more

Everyone who knows me knows that I am a huge Starbucks fan. This location is closest to my house, so I grudgingly go there for coffee. In the past the baristas were fast and friendly, but they seem to have a whole new and unimproved staff. Normally when I go I find myself waiting for at least 15 minutes, and served by a very dry or annoyed barista. Mind you I am not a fussy customer at all, and worked customer service before so I always interact with empathy. If only these baristas would do the same. Sometimes I drive further or go to target across the street for better service. If you don't mind long waits, and attitude then by all means visit this location. I will say however they have do have decent seating inside if you want to get some work done or read a good book. read more

This place is my life. I basically live at starbucks. The convince of the location is amazing. You have small shopping centers near buy. The coffee is the best in Snellville area. The most I've paid for a cup of coffee here is $5.25. I tend to drink the green tea ice or hot latte. The best to me is the green tea ice latte with four extra scoops of matcha. I get the four extra scoops of matcha because I love the strong flavor of green tea. I was recommended to go to this very starbucks for flavor. The coffee flavor is very strong. It is the best for an early morning drink. They sell the individual bags that you could bring home and make, but those run from 10 to 15 dollars a bag. With those bags you could make about 15 cups of starbucks, but it depends on how strong you want your fresh brewed coffee to be. I go their early morning. I would expect them to be tired and half asleep, but I think they had five cups of coffee before I walk in. They are so happy to see you at six in the morning. They treat you with kindness at the break of dawn. The pastries are to die for. They run from two dollars to five dollars, but it is worth the price. Five dollars for a breakfast. That was expensive because I did not know if my taste buds would agree with the price. After the first bite of the slow roasted ham and swiss, I fell in love. I died and wad reborn after the first bite. The drive thru is a new experiences for me. I love the structure of the drive thru, but people coming from LA Fitness or coming from that direction. It is very complex for them to squeeze their car in. If you come from the front of starbucks you are in the safe zone, but if you make a turn for the back. You will visit the back of the line for a while. I would recommend this place to every single person. The coffee isn't sweet nor bitter unless you want it to be. The lines are as long as the Nile river nor is it long as the steps from your kitchen to your living room. I adore the decor of this place too. It feels like you have walked back into your home; that smells like fresh brewed coffee and fresh pastries coming out of the oven. I frequent this Starbucks often and I always place a mobile order. I do this so they have specific instructions on how I like my drink, instead of having to tell it to a person it's printed on the ticket. Lately my drink has been wrong; either; too much of something, or missing something, and I always ask for no ice and more than half the time there is ice. Well today I did my mobile order and they weren't very busy inside or outside and it took 17 minutes for me to get my drink. I feel that these "baristas" need to be retrained to fix drinks and not chitchat with each other and their friends who were there. I sat there waiting and there is my drink finally...with ice. Again I do the mobile order because the instructions are on the ticket, it says how I want the drink not that hard to read. Well here I am again picking up my drink that I did the mobile order... if you close at 6, close at 6. If you close early for being overwhelmed or whatever, don't be afraid to say, hey, we are closing earlier than what the guy told you on the phone. It's ok to be honest. In regards to the service, a guy at the window is great, almost as if he enjoys the job, most of the women who work there have attitudes as if they don't want to be there. More about the corporation than this specific store. This store is fast and courteous. As for the institution, what's to say that hasn't been said already? Other than being a huge corporation that has to increase its' profits by decreasing the quality of its' cups and lids, Starbucks is pretty great. With so much good coffee and snacks, and so many locations, they have a solid foundation for keeping me as a customer for some time. The only thing they could do to make me happier is to cool it with the greed factor. Maybe give back a little more to their employees and not reduce quality on essentials like containers of my very very hot coffee! As for the Price range, I am going to call it high (for the nature of the product), especially since they raised all their prices. read more

I came to this location in order to avoid the dirty Starbucks in the Target across the street. I was the only person in line, with 4 employees working. I waited several minutes to order. The only employee that spoke to me was the one clocking out and getting in line behind me. This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. They make the worst drinks and the wait time is extremely long. I placed a mobile order one time and it was about 15 minutes before I got to the location and when I got there my order wasn't ready and then when I got my drink my pastry never came out and I had to leave I was on break at work so I contacted customer service and told him to just give me my money back for the pastry because I never got it I had to leave. Then another time I went to the drive-through I placed a mobile order for a green tea macho latte and they took a green tea refresher poured it in some coconut milk and it's supposed to be made with matcha powder they took the cup from me and put matcha powder in it. I was in a drive-through and I was in a hurry the hell up and inside I would've asked for the manager right then and there. If the drink is already wrong how is adding an ingredient going to fix it? none of it is correct. Like it's already wrong! the basis of it is already wrong, you should've made a new one. This took about 45 minutes because I was in the drive-through waiting on my order for like 20-30 minutes. I was nodding off it took so long. This is the only location near my job and it pisses me off because it might as will not even be here. It's trash. read more

I've visited this location many time but the last two time was the worst. I went inside to order my drink and waited almost 20 minutes. Soon to find out, they didn't get my order right. I said no whipped cream but they still add it in there. After they realized, instead of trying to correct the order, they just scooped the cream off and I was left with a drink that looked almost half empty. So unprofessional of that particular location. The wait inside isn't as long but still longer than 90% of the other Starbucks I have been to. I have also received a broken cold brew cup not once... but three times. Once again a terrific staff is brought down by their manager. I work for a local doctor's office and stop by this Starbucks almost daily, in addition to having the entire office order from this shop on a semi-regular basis. Every time I enter this store and the Manager is there she represents the least personable member of the staff. When I have office orders in the afternoons that she's present it seems to be the only times the order actually gets messed up. The staff in general are so awesome at this location, in fact they're the best in the area. The only exception is the one guy in the afternoon that keeps the most unclean work station I've ever seen in a Starbucks. What disappoints me the most about that is how messy he is on afternoons that the manager is in the store with him. You would think he would present a better product and work ethic while his supervisor is in the store. All this review has been brought on by one last straw of unprofessional behavior by their store manager. Last week a representative from a drug company took our office order over the store. Once a member of the staff took the printed order and entered it a drink and pastry was left off the order due to human error in ringing it up. Nobody informed us that she forgot to ring up an individual's order when the order was confirmed, She marked on the printed paper that the order was not charged for by mistake and a add on "Sorry" was added on that person's order. I went to the store to pick up the ordered and was presented with the entire order at the front registered. The printed order was folded and stuck in the pastry bag by the store manager who had our ordered prepared and waiting. At no point did anybody inform me I was picking up an incomplete order. After getting back to the office and finding the order incomplete and the note left apologizing, I called the store and spoke with the manager and asked why nobody let me or the Drug rep know the order was incomplete. Why someone couldn't tell me while I was there in the store. The manager told me she told the Drug Rep about the mistake while she was there and I should have been told. (She never told the Drug Rep, who would have simply purchased the missing drink separately had she known.) It's odd that this shop has such a great staff with an overall great customer service attitude. This is something I don't see coming from the management and the short tempered attitude towards someone bring in a request for such a large order should be treated with more respect. But truthfully the biggest disappointment is when a member of management lies to a customer about her own mistake just to save face and shirk responsibility. Multiple times I've come into this store and see the ball of stress that this manager becomes in short order while her staff keeps their head low and works through a rush with little leadership from above. read more

Staff just isn't kind and there's a million other Starbucks to go to. In fact there's probably 3 along scenic hwy. So although Starbucks is one of my new favorite spots to hang out at this summer. I can't see myself at this one. Lots of flies inside, staff doesn't appear to want to be there and I'd rather just drive past this one to get to the other two. I give it 2 stars for being in a good location and making my beverage correctly. I've had better. This is the most convenient SB location for me. It seems as though the service has gone down hill the past two years or so. And by service I mean speed of service. I don't think I have ever really had a bad attitude from an employee. There are some that are better than others but that is like that with any place. The drinks are pretty consistent. I order one of three things all the time and they taste the same each time. I am concerned with the food. When you order something, most of the time you see them rip open a plastic bag, throw the food in a microwave and and sling it out to you. Just doesn't provide a good visual but it tastes ok I guess. This SB does huge drive threw business because there is VERY LIMITED parking. The drive through is the slowest damn thing ever. Holy Moly they are slow. I would go inside but there is never any parking. If I have to be somewhere at a specific time but want to stop to get coffee before I go, I have to add at least 20-25 minutes to my trip time. Its almost better to go to the starbucks that is inside Target across the street. Also.. almost forgot, this place is pretty small and the seating inside is limited. The biggest table is always taken up by ONE PERSON and it seems like the same person all the time. This guy sits in the there on his laptop and has 6 seats worth of space taken up with his stuff. Ask him to move so that larger groups can use the only big space in the place. read more
