Not only is this the slowest Starbucks drivethru ever, but it is also the slowest drivethru out of literally all places with one. Do not go through this drivethru if you have somewhere to be. I only stop here when I'm cool with chillin' in my car, using the free wifi and doing whatever I do on my phone. It WILL be a bare minimum of 10-15 minutes in this line. I'm actually in it right now. This location always prides itself on service-orientated people, so I've always liked coming here. The staff smile sand talk with you, often mulitasking while doing so. Sometimes the people that come in are a little spacey, but I suppose that's everywhere. They always try to maintain the traditions of Starbucks, such as writing your name on the cup and ensuring your order is correct. I haven't yet had my name called out, though it might be due to the smallness of the place and the lack of the bustling I've experienced at other locations. They have a varied music selection playing, which can be country-ish one minute and gospel the next. I appreciate the variance, and sometimes quietly sing the songs I know, but others might not (which is unfortunate, but I suppose realistic). There seems to be a local music scene at this Starbucks too, because periodically I see people with their instruments playing. Overall, I like the place, and will continue to come whenever I'm in the mood. Their TazorChai Tea Lattes rocks, by the way. read more

So I come here a couple of times a month. I come to read and enjoy coffee. Today was not too great. The environment seemed a little louder than usual. I know it is not the library, but today was unusually load the coffee was not very good either. However, when I told the young lady at the counter, she apologized and made me a fresh cup which was much better. I gave 4 stars because usually this is a great spot. I always have a great experience at this Starbucks but I went last night 09/29 and it was around 9:20 pm they were two girls working that night but one of the girls had a very bad attitude taking our order and she gave us a very dirty look when we walked in. There was one girl working that night, and she was very friendly, even complimenting us on how great we looked. I've been here at least 30 times. They've only got my drink order wrong twice, but they were happy to fix it. The staff is friendly. They are super busy in the morning and during lunch, but they move quickly. The salted caramel cake pop is delicious!!! Terrible. This location has potential. With plenty seating inside and outside. But the service is often slow and inefficient. And more often than not, the orders are badly executed. The kicker is, there is another Starbucks not very far from this one; and a Starbucks associate was overheard telling a familiar customer that this location is poorly managed and that's why he doesn't want to work at this store. This is my "go-to" Starbucks! Super convenient location (right on 124 amidst a multitude of shopping centers) and they have a drive thru option which is definitely a plus. Staff has always been super friendly and they have outlets everywhere and a few comfy couches if you want to camp out and study. They also have a nice outside seating area if you want to hang out with a few friends. Overall this place is clean and bustling! read more

I am here and the bathrooms are filthy with no toilet paper and my two year old daughter cannot even use the bathroom. When I come out the bathroom- all the employees are chatting with no customers. The morning crew is phenomenal and friendly and fast. The evening crew is slow, nonchalant, and unapologetic about it. When I place a mobile order in the morning, it is ready and waiting when I get there. When I place a mobile order in the evening, there is always at least 20 minutes of waiting. The Employees here need a lot more training. I usually get a black tea lemonade without the classic syrup. Not hard. This Starbucks is the nearest one to my home so I have been there often. They have given me black tea with pumpkin in it, green tea with the lemonade also with syrup, plain black tea, and sweet tea without lemonade. they are very slow. Not the usual Starbucks I stop at and I'm glad it's not. The customer service here is horrible. My boyfriend and I walked in and went to the cashier and the lady didn't even greet us! She just waited for us to order our drinks! I don't even think I saw her crack a smile. I work in customer service so it really kills me when I receive bad service. We didn't wait too long for our drinks, maybe 4 mins. They called our drinks and they weren't even filled all the way like they usually are! Guy didn't even say anything when we got them. This is worst starbucks I've ever been to. I live around this places and for two years everytime I go, they take the 30 minutes or even longer to make your order. Also, after 30 mins, they give a dripping coffee cup...it messy looks, its dripping from top of the cup to the bottom..Starbucks if you charge us $5 for cup of coffee then make sure your employees know how to make coffee without giving you a messy dirty cup! Consistently, the slowest one in Snellville. Waited 30 minutes once in drive thru. Today, the guy didn't give me my change and/or receipt and kept me waiting another 2 minutes while I stared at my drink and he did other stuff. Last night, around 8:30pm, my fiancé and I came here and ordered lattes. I ordered what I get every time, a caramel macchiato, which is 4.65 on the menu. When the lady put it in as a macchiato latte (which is the same price), I watched that flash across the register screen. I reiterated that I ordered a Caramel Macchiato. She snapped back with "thanks for making that observation". And added Caramel to the latte for a 50 cent charge; making it over $5. I received my drink and starting sipping it on my way back home, it was the worst drink I have ever received at Starbucks and tasted nothing like a Caramel macchiato. Super bitter. My fiancé agreed.
