This Starbucks is in a very convenient location for me and it has a drive-thru but they cannot ever make my coffee right. I would say about 90% of the time I go here they give a drink that is not made correctly and I have to go to another location to have it remade because if I ask them to remake it they just cover it with whipped cream and try to kill me with caramel sauce. Not sure why this location can't get it together but when I am spending $5 or more on a coffee I would like it they way it is supposed to be made. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks drive thru. It's the closest to my home and it is always--literally always---a long wait. Even when I'm the second car, it's guaranteed a 10 minute wait at least. You can't get out of line either. read more

I was here last year and had a terrible experience. This location was convenient for me so I went back. It was busy, busy. From the time I walked in and the time I left with my beverage it was 15 minutes. During the time spent I looked around where the partners were making drinks. It was full of spills, stains and finger printed surfaces. I can not say that this is one of my favorite stores. read more

Today was not a good day. I waited at the drive thru at least 30 minutes. Ordered a venti peppermint mocha Frappuccino..didn't taste peppermint at all..a little too watery and didn't get the "venti" amount. And my tuxedo mocha Frappuccino tasted just likes a regular coffee but a little bittered...very disappointed. One of the drink came out all dripping on the side of the cup and the guy handed to me didn't bother to either clam it up or tell me about it till it got all on my hand then offer me some napkins.... read more

So, normally I would have returned a starbucks that was wrong but I had multiple drinks and I didnt notice this mistake. This has happened at this starbucks on more than one occasion now. It hard enough to order a drink at starbucks, but it's more frustrating to have to try and explain how it's made. For a few months now starbucks has had the pumpkin cream cold brew and the irish cream cold brew. They were very good. I liked the way they were made. Black coffee with cream on the top. I've tried to explain to this location that I understand that the irish cream and pumpkin cream is gone, I just want a sweet cream cole brew or add a pump of vanilla to the cream. They just dont get it and basically give me iced coffee with milk and flavor mixed in, which is not what I want. I dont know how to order this drink. If I wanted an iced vanilla latte I would have ordered it. I asked for an irish cream cold brew with different flavoring. Now I'm stuck with this drink, with probably a ton of sugar. Is it so much to ask for some cold brew with cream on top?? read more

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, I go every morning almost. There is one girl there that has messed my drink up three times in a row now, whenever anyone else makes it its PERFECT. When I went in to get it changed the first time she was super rude about it, so another barista fixed it and gave me an on the house card for my next drink. Since then my drink has been wrong AGAIN 2 times, and anytime she sees me she gives me the dirtiest look. I am not sure how to handle this. But here is a review. First time at this location and they messed up my drink although it was clearly labeled on the cup, they offered to remake it, but I was in a hurry and declined. They made no effort beyond that, in the past I have at least been offered a remake and/ a free one for next time. The bathrooms were dirty, which totally grosses me out in a coffee shop. There were five employees working behind the counter and another person who seemed to be the manager. The manager type person didn't seem to be assisting the team, even though they were very busy. Been here numerous times, live right next store so it's very convenient. My experience has never been great I ordered a small vanilla breve latte today, I am a barista so I know good or bad coffee and it tasted like straight vanilla creamer. No coffee at all. I asked if there was coffee in here. They said one shot. Most definitely didn't taste like it at all. Paid 5 $ for a coffee that I had to throw away because it tasted like vanilla creamer over ice. I live right down the street from this location so it's my go to right before work. For the most part the drive thru rolls by pretty quick for how long the line can be. The drinks I get are spot on. The customer service lately is horrible. The last couple times I went, the employees at the drive thru work with no integrity. For example, I paid with a $10 bill total was about $7 and some cents. She only gave me back my cents. In my head I'm like this doesn't add up. So I asked for my receipt and she says absolutely. I'm like you knew you gave me this amount of change right, you owe me two dollars. And she doesn't hesitate at all to give me my two dollars. So she sighs and acting all mad because I caught her. Seriously? I was in disbelief. I know it's only two dollars but that's not right. Next one is a guy, paid with a card this time because I wasn't trying to get jipped! I asked politely, can you do me a favor and heat this up (muffin). He rolled his eyes at me.. So here I am waiting while I hear this guy mock me with his other co workers.... Ugh. How upsetting. Wow. What can I say about this Starbucks? I work at Legends mall and come here every single morning. In the past 6 months, this location has changed so much, and not for the better. There are a couple good baristas here, but for the most part the girls here are the rudest I've ever encountered. If I come through the drive thru, it's always incredibly slow even when there's only one person ahead of me. By the time I get to the window, I'm already tired of waiting. But they look at me and turn away, continuing to gossip. On several occasions they have taken my money without listening to me at all (I had a free drink on my card but she was too busy laughing at something someone said through their headset to listen so she charged me anyway). I've paid for drinks and when they finally get to me they're cold, and wrong. Or if the barista turns back to me, she will ask me why I'm still there. When I say I'm still waiting she argues with me saying I already got my drink. Um hello? Do you see anything in my cup holder? A few days ago I came by and got a soy chai and they put regular milk. When I brought it back in the cashier looked at me and practically threw a free drink voucher at me, then passed off my drink to one of the baristas, whispering something about me clearly because I got glares from everyone there like I did something wrong (and yes I was VERY polite). Yesterday I used the free drink and asked for a trenta of my favorite drink (not knowing the rules of the trenta because I had never had one) and the girl yelled at me, yes yelled at me, snapping that they are reserved for iced coffee and tea ONLY. Ok my bad, no need to yell... I wish I could skip this place, but it's the only coffee shop on my way to work and I keep hoping they will pull their heads out of their asses. This store is always busy. However the baristas are always sweet and apologize. The last 2 weeks I have witnessed some customers being extremely rude and abhorrent people and they have dealt with it with grace. Last week during frappuccino happy hour I was behind a car who was grossly rude and frankly out of line. They were yelling at the barista at the order box thing, and then verbally abusive at the window as well. They ordered a million drinks and then sent them all back, they threw money at her and called her a fat ass white bitch and demanded she crawl out the window to grab the money they just assaulted her with. This held up the drive thru line and made it a mess. They finally left after 20 minute with their million drinks. The girl at the window was so sweet and apologetic for the wait. She was near tears (rightfully so after the outlandish treatment she went threw by this woman and her passengers) she gave me my frappuccinos for free and gave me drink cards for the next time for my wait. She was the girl with blue hair and she is ALWAYS sweet and professional. I have never seen her be rude or nasty to a single person. Then today I witnessed even more horrible actions by a woman causing a scene from the start. She was attacking a barista calling her names, going after her appearance and faith. Even calling her racist because her drink was wrong. She was video tapping the whole time and just saying the worst things ever. The barista just kept smiling, apologizing and remaking her drinks over and over while dealing with her verbal abuse. Both these girls were professional and polite and never once gave into these entitled trashy people. They smiled threw it and never gave in. I came here today with a co worker to pick up coffees at happy hour for our colleagues. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. When it was our turn we were unaware that happy hour deal is only for people who have the app. A cashier with blue hair rudely and loudly announced "why don't they have the app out and ready at the window!?" "We're busy!" We ended up just driving off. Very rude and unprofessional. that's not how you treat costumers or people in general. Won't ever use this location again. read more

Although our drinks were served quick and in a hurry the store was less than average. The counter had no straws available and no supplies available to customers. The bathroom was not quite filthy, but definitely needs tending to. When the baristas have time to visit with each other, they have time to tend to the cleanliness of the dining room and especially the restroom. No excuses for a dirty restroom read more

I usually have a good experience here, but yesterday when I tried to call in a traveler for today the phone just kept ringing and ringing! I've called before with no problems so I know the number is right, and I even waited and tried again a few minutes later, but still nothing. The servers kept on giving me dirty looks and they gossip a lot, lots of laughing and screaming. It was pretty dirty in there. I waited 20 minutes for my coffee, and when I got it, it wasn't even hot. When I asked them to heat it up, they acted like it was such a burden. I got sighs and eye rolls. Super uncomfortable! I definitely didn't feel welcome in here. I'm glad I got out of there. There's lots of other Starbucks around the area that are cleaner, faster, and nicer than this one. Never have I been so angry , I'm usually the customer that sees something wrong with their order and I'll just settle and leave . But this time it was way too early in the morning , and they had the audacity to argue with me . I ordered a vanilla bean iced coffee & I ordered it with CARAMEL drizzle . My brother got off the car to get the order inside and came back , the moment I took a sip from the drink it was like sand I my mouth and I spit it out . It was just sugar . Literally sugar . I tried to mix it around , it the layer of sugar was sooo thick it wouldn't mix . There were even spots that were still white because the sugar was still dry . So I get off the car and I tried to be nice I said I ordered that drink and there was just a thick layer of sugar at the bottom . And the guy at the register was polite , until some rude girl interrupted , and said "Thats caramel drizzle, that's go you ordered it" um no tf i didn't ? I order CARAMEL , not sugar . And she continued to argue that it was caramel and had just settled at the bottom . I asked her 4 times to remake the drink . I said "okay well if that's how your store makes caramel , then I don't want it can you make me a drink without it ? And she said "Well it's caramel drizzle , for future reference that's how it is " . Okay ? Every other damn Starbucks I've gone to gives me actual caramel not a bunch of LITERAL CANE SUGAR AT THE BOTTOM OF MY DRINK . needless to say I will never return here and I hope soon they get new staff , that girl was ridiculous. Wonderful Starbucks location. The staff is great and always friendly. I mostly go through the drive through and the employees are always sweet and funny. My favorite was when I asked if they made a different type of drink and the response was "heck ya, and it's super yummie" this response made my son and I giggle. Nice job! read more

The drink was good. But the service and the cashier was trash, because the cashier had rude attitude with you and i was asking nicely for my order which was a chocolate latte. They also were very loud and gossiping a lot also had friends over and talking with friends and weren't paying attention to the customers, also their floor were disgusting looking like they haven't clean it for 2 days. The manager needs to learn how to manage. Employees seem to think playing around and yelling and laughing as loud as they can is acceptable, very childish and unprofessional. The manager needs to understand they are employees not friends. Customers have to yell to be heard over the music and employees. Takes forever to get your order. Very poor service. i love this starbucks location. i bring my dog into the drive thru at least once a week and the baristas are so nice to her & to me. i would understand if i got a barista who wasn't as friendly, since everyone has different personalities and i would never expect them to always be kind - but i SWEAR this is the friendliest starbucks in the sparks locations. i've been about 10 times and i haven't had any problems with my drinks, either. which is great cause my drink is pretty specific! thanks guys, keep up the good work. read more
