Good job

I have to admit I hadn't been at this Starbucks location in a while because I was not happy with the customer service or my order when I would step foot in here. Today was a huge game changer they changed the manager... I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Priscilla is a great manager, she is friendly, helpful and my drink was perfect! She delivered fantastic customer service and was great at recommending a drink! Good job Starbucks you got yourself a gem! The staff was pleasant and listened to my requests and confirmed my order! Thank you for a great experience Priscilla and staff I had a pep in my step when I left today! Thursday I will be trying out the recommendation Priscilla made and was nice enough to print out for me! YOU RESTORED MY FAITH IN THIS LOCATION!

Coffee, snacks and friendly service. Yup, it's a typical Starbucks.

Friendly barista definitely know how to make the specialty drinks. Absolutely love the Chai tea but the seasonal drinks are even better.

It's a great pickup only location-- I place my order on the app at home and by the time I get there it's ready!

Wow! I'm so happy I discovered this cafe and I'm antsy to return soon. We were immediately greeted…read moreby a friendly face who welcomed us in. The menu and everything in the display cases looked so appetizing, we had such a difficult time choosing what to order! We started with BEC sandwiches - they were made really well on delicious toasted rolls - my only complaint was the Kraft American cheese singles. Please upgrade the cheese and it will make the world of a difference to the meal!! I also had a hot tea with some pastries we got: Oreo cheesecake and an ombligo with a custard filling - absolutely delicious and perfectly sweetened. The inside decor was very nice and offered comfy soft seating to dine in with. I will definitely make a drive up soon from Norwalk to enjoy some more!

We tried the beef and the spinach/mushroom empanadas, a chocolate filled pastry and the alfajores. The empanadas were the proper baked Argentinian version. I thought the beef was very tasty but it lacked the chopped olive I associate with the Argentinian style. La Portena had no complaints about her spinach/mushroom version. The alfajores came in three sizes, something I did not realize when ordering. I would not repeat my order of the large size, the ratio of cookie to filling being off. The medium looked about right. The best item was a chocolate filled pastry, similar to a croissant that I had the next day. Flaky and light, it revealed some skill in the baking.

I'm not gonna make today's review too long today, but I will write what I have time for as I ride…read morethe train. So way back when, I had first seen the place as Roly Poly Doughnuts or something of the sort. Some time in between, Tiffany's Place took over and has been here ever since. It's honestly a place I've been wanting to try at least once back during my overnight misadventures of the 2010's and I'm only just now getting to come here for the first time in 2026. I do notice that the reviews before mine seem to be mixed. People either love it or hate it. I can't say that I love it yet, but I definitely did not hate it. This is definitely more a place I might go if I have to wait longer for the train in between trains ever since I started transferring in Stratford over Bridgeport. Today's order consisted of a Large Hot Cinnamon Mocha and the two donuts you see in the photo attached. Honestly, nothing was bad about my order. The coffee I got was definitely better than that latte I had Ubered from New Canaan last week. As for the donuts, they were good, but they weren't amazing. I do appreciate that my French Cruller had a chocolate frosting on top, but as you can see from the missing icing some of it stuck to the bag. That's why if someone were to bag my donuts I'd prefer a chocolate glaze over any kind of frosting. I like getting the complete item. Speaking of the chocolate glaze, I liked the donut. Again, not a groundbreaking donut by any means, but I would get it again. The price is good too. Ever since the station cafe started doing a $10 card minimum, I stopped going to it because I can't justify paying $10 for a coffee when I need to use cash for other things. Here, I only needed to pay $7.25 for the entire order, and it honestly made more sense for me to order enough to that amount here. The coffee is cheaper too even if you take the $10 minimum argument out entirely. Where coffee was $3.76 at the station, this one was $3.21 before tax. Yeah, if and when the Waterbury branch has difficulties staying on time, I won't mind coming here again to try more things.

I picked up a Too Good To Go order. The items were poorly packed the muffins breaking and donut…read morefrosting going on bagels and other items. This turned me off from the restaurant. The donut was hard and stale. It was my first and last time here. The restaurant was closing but the eating area was not inviting. Service was fine.

I would have given this amazing coffee shop five stars but one of the staff members wasn't really…read morefriendly I felt twas the customers. The guy who is in my one of my pictures he was amazing. I was visiting this area because I was in town for a three day convention and some of the friends told me about this place. I checked out yelp, found the location and picked myself up some items for my train ride back home. I got an iced spiced chai latte, and an iced cookie butter for tomorrow morning's work day. My oldest daughter got an iced vanilla latte and my other two daughters ordered a chocolate and a cinnamon muffin. I later learned that they were giving 15% off for visitors visiting the convention center and because I missed that opportunity, I was instead offer an assortment of complementary danishes. I have to say my iced spiced chai latte was delicious! So go that I ordered another one in the larger size to take home. I wished all chais would taste like this. They have set the standard. It was so smooth with the amazing yummy spices you could taste, just really good. My daughters, all three had no complaints. They loved the muffins, although they said it should have been warm up, but still was very soft, moist and fresh. I wished that on my second order, the girl who rang up our order would have honored that 15% perfect off because we still made another order after finding out but she didn't and she wasn't very pleasant like the guy, so I just let it go, it was a spiritual weekend for me and I didn't want to let her irritated me. I even included a tip because the male staff member was great. The space is very cafe friendly, plenty of seating, nice ambiance with relaxing music playing. If I lived in this area this place would definitely be my choice of places to frequently visit. So although four stars I'm still giving two thumbs up! Happy Yelping!

Service [5/5]: The workers here were extremely friendly and made sure we knew what we wanted, and how we wanted it too. They also gave us a free dubai chocolate croissant for the "long wait" when it was really like 2 minutes, we didn't even complain or think it was taking long so it was really considerate of them to let us have one for free. They're very nice employees! Atmosphere [5/5]: The place is really nice and a great lounge. Open area with good amount of seating there were people doing work there while also drinking whatever they ordered. Music was a little too loud but honestly still a great lounge area. Food: [2.5/5]: Heres where it gets shaky, I personally didn't love what I got, and I specifically say love and not like beause I did like the food but it's nothing to rush to try and honestly underwhelming as well. Crepe (Strawberries, Bananas, Nutella, sweetened condensed milk) 2.5/5. It was fine and for some reason crispy like a potato chip. I've never had a crepe with that texture and it was weird. The crepe also wasn't really sweet and was kinda tough to eat. Strawberry lemonade 1/5. I didn't really enjoy it very much. It wasn't sweet and it tasted like a watered down Kool-Aid. I only really drank it because it was hot today. I would've probably gotten a water or something else. This was horrible. Dubai croissant 2/5 for my first time trying a Dubai chocolate anything that would sure be my last time. The croissant itself is delicious but all of the extra stuff was disgusting in my opinion. It was very nice of him to give it to us for free but had I known what it tastes like before I would'e turned it down. The croissant alone is very delicious though. tldr: Overall outside of aesthetics I doubt I see myself coming here again. The food was bland, the service was great, and so was the ambiance. But realistically you're coming here to eat and drink not sit around. So I'd probably go somewhere else unless you're willing to take a chance here.
