Bad assistant manager!! I ordered coffees and danishes and egg bits, from this store to be delivered to my clinic. We always order from here and haven't had any problems. Last Friday was the first issue. The danishes were put in the same bage as the coffees, so a bigger bag. The drink holder could slid all over and It did, the danishes were soken wet so were the egg bites. I called the store and talked to the assistant manager. She told me there was nothing she could do. Really, I would fire that assistant manager. When she said she couldn't help me because it was Door Dashers issue, I told her it was a packing issue not a door dash issue. No reason to keep arguing with someone who shouldn't be in customer service. Our clinic will not be ordering from this store anymore. We will just use a different store that is only a bit further. read more

Loudest Starbucks ever with chairs and clattering pans. I think some of the noise was intentional. And yes, this place was super busy from 8:00 until about 9:30. Lots of people standing around waiting for their coffees and pastries. The crew could not keep up with the flow of customers. Yes, I bought a coffee and I was here on my laptop for four hours but at no time were all of the tables in use. When the young lady decided that now was time for me to leave, I was the -only- person sitting at a table. And yes, I know you wanted me to leave dear. That's why you loudly scraped every single chair in the place as you put them back into place just so. If it was busy and people were waiting for a table? Sure, I'd have left. When I Starbucks I pay 10+$ per drink. This location was out of caramel crunch, which is the whole reason I buy caramel crunch ribbon frappachino. Instead of letting me know at pick up I drove off with the drink, returned figuring they may have forgot to add and it could be an easy remedy. Waited in line to be told they would add it, then oh no they would add the crunch. Except they were out of crunch. I asked if I could dump the drink for a refund, they agreed. I dumped the drink and walked out happy enough. Only to drive home and see it was a partial refund. I called to see if anything could be done, only to be told they would need me to come back into the store as they must have a forgotten to refund the Add-ons. I have been enjoying ordering online. However, I have noticed that some days are busier and some days they just seem to take long making orders. I used to work in a fast food restaurant so I tend to give food service the benefit of the doubt. But after a few experience and reading some reviews I thought I would add mine. One busy day, they had many mobile ordered customers standing and waiting as I was for our orders. So I thought to myself, order even earlier next time. I watched as a barista started a new order. There were sticker orders all around a monitor, it seemed like she was just grabbing a random order and replacing it with a new one. Not sure what kind of system they have for making orders in the order they came in or not. I left without my order because I couldn't stay any longer. I did call and ask if I could pick it up at a later time and they accommodated. There was another day where I waited 5 minutes for a muffin. It wasn't even ordered warm and did not seem busy. Today, I order early. Saw a LONG line and was relieved that I put in my orders online. However, the doors were locked with a posted sign of hour changes. I was thrown off that I didn't properly look at the hours. I checked my phone to make sure my pickup location was correct and if it stated to pick up in store. There have been times when if the store is closed or out of my order, the app auto picks a store. My order was at for this location, the receipt stated in store pick up. I didn't bother calling about my order and couldn't tell if the drive through line were even being helped or not. I don't go to Starbucks often, because I live 5 mins away from my work and Starbucks is 5 minutes the other way. I also only go because I get gift cards as a teacher. It's a bummer when I plan to put in an order early, leave early to go the opposite way for my destination to not get my order. read more

What's going on with this Starbucks? It's hours are always changing. Sometimes only open for 1 hour. What kind of business does this? Especially a big franchise? It's ridiculous. Drive thru line was roped off, but the lights were on and people could be seen inside, hanging out on the furniture. This place is always at least a 30 minute wait. I ordered through my mobile app today, and it took 35 minutes to get a Venti Caramel Brule latte. Staff does not acknowledge anybody and is always very rude. They never make eye contact, never greet anyone when they walk in and move at the speed of a turtle with no f's given!!! Always a very long wait, the store was dirty, all of the surfaces where they make the drinks was super messy! There is an outlet that was pulled out if the wall. When I had ordered they rang up the wrong drink and I had to ask for a new one and after I got it when we had already waited a long time. Then we waited super long for the new drink and it was made with the wrong milk. They messed up other customers orders and forgot about drinks that were being made and left customers having to ask if they are still making their drinks. Staff is pleasant. However, be prepared to wait. The slowest Starbucks I've been to by far.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks ever. It's the only store in the area unfortunately so I think they do well. Plan on at least a 30 minute wait for your drink. They will mess up your order. The beans will have been burned. I only went because of a gift card today, my order took45 minutes, they messed it up and then I had to wait longer. They do not repeat back your order, they are a total mess of a store. As a service industry vet, I should be easier on them, but this store is run by toddlers and trained by god knows who. read more

Nope. Online said they were open but when I pulled off the road, the drive through was blocked and there was a large delivery truck blocking the store entrance. Not what you're looking for on a Saturday afternoon when you need a pick me up on a long drive. Looking at the other reviews I see a problem. If you can't manage to be consistently open, get a new manager, or shut the location down. I have a lot of sympathy for staffing problems (especially during a pandemic) but accuracy in advertised hours is a must! Pay and treat staff well enough and you might have fewer staffing problems. read more

Their drive-thru was so fast and efficient! That was a plus in my book! When people like me come through the drive through... we just want our coffee and be on our merry way. I couldn't believe how fast this drive-thru was! Super impressed and they make good coffee! You know how some places are a hit or miss? This is the Starbucks closest to my parent's home so I find myself in this drive-thru every couple of weekends. I find the staff who works the drive-thru to be efficient and pleasant on a consistent basest. The drink quality is on par with the other SB locations I frequent. If given a choice between this and the East Wash location, I prefer this one. It seems to me, they are a bit quicker on the delivery of product to the window.
