This Starbucks location has changed and not for the better. I sat in the drive-through line forever just to get one drink. The service was extremely slow and unfriendly. No greetings, nothing. The worst part was I took a sip of my drink and it literally tasted like dirt. I have no clue how they made it so bad. Waste of time and money. read more

Went through the drive-thru in the middle of the day. The line was short and moving at a decent pace. I was greeted warmly by a friendly voice. She even asked how I was doing before taking my order. I ordered my usual, grande hot oat milk latte with three packets of honey and cinnamon powder. The same friendly voice greeted me at the window. She took my payment and let me know my drink would be ready shortly. A few minutes later, the window reopens and she hands me my drink. My latte was hot and delicious. I tried going through the drive through recently, and they said they close early every day now. Just FYI. But I was never a Starbucks fan. Unfortunately my daughter is, and now she has me hooked on these vanilla lattes. I also have to admit they make a great cake pop, but I hate the prices here. I accidentally got an iced latte one, and the cup was 3/4 ice, no joke! What a ripoff! Their prices are horrible, but I have to admit I like their lattes, egg bites, and cake pops. I typically get it when my daughter bugs me enough, or if I'm just craving a latte, or if one of the nice reps offers to get me something and bring it to work. They have serious cash flow coming through here. Starbucks has definitely placed themselves on the map as far as coffee goes. I've even gone so far as to get the app, and now it's all downhill from here. If you load your app, you can get two stars versus one per dollar I think, and it will get you to a free drink faster. I don't love that they close so early right now, but I get it. Sure they are trying to conserve money during COVID times. I think their drinks are fine, but I guess I have to say it's not my favorite Starbucks, but it is the most convenient to home. read more

I'm a regular of a different sort - a drive-thru only patron who just drinks tea and has the occasional breakfast or lunch item. The Teavana acquisition opened me up to the world of Starbucks. Now, I've joined the masses who had a new addiction and don't want to treat it. In other words, I'm hooked. Because I don't hang out in the lobby (ever), my experience is limited to the drive-thru. Over time, the baristas have gotten to know me and my order, and have engaged me like a regular. This is a plus since the staff attending the window changes frequently, as does the timing of my visit. Food is always fresh and tasty. Prices are a bit higher than they should be, or I'd come more often and perhaps spend more per order. read more

I am visiting from out of town and got up early to get coffee and do some work while my husband slept in the hotel. Starbucks was an easy choice for me because you know what you're going to get. Unfortunately I pulled up and one of the employees told me that they are only serving through the drive-through. I am trying to figure out why the lobby is not open for guests??? It is Saturday morning at 8:30 AM. Feels like a time that Starbucks should be open. Grateful I can order at the drive-through but also disappointed that I'm now going to need to sit and work in my car for 30 minutes. The girl who took my order was very nice. Takes forever to get your coffee. Long long wait in drive through and inside counter. I don't know what happened to this place in the interim between my initial review and now but it's ridiculous the amount of time it takes for them to take my order and fulfill it. I am writing this review while waiting. It's already been 10mins with only one car in front. It's not any faster either to get out and walk in I've tried that as well. I think they are taking one order at a time making it before taking another drive through order. OR maybe they're taking one drive thru order making it and then taking a walk up order making that and alternating. Whatever system they're using it's taking a RIDICULOUSLY LOOOOOOONG time. I'm almost going to give up on this place and go to the STARBUCKS inside the TARGET store instead. The TARGET STARBUCKS is FASTER, just as friendly, same coffee minus the drive through. read more

I have a gluten allergy and get sick with even trace amounts of gluten. Sometimes I have issues even with their egg bites as they forget to clean the tongs they use to put these in/out of oven. Alex went above & beyond...changing his gloves and personally handling my egg bites to ensure they didn't come in contact with gluten even though they were very busy when we were there. read more

Starbucks is obviously one of those chains where you can depend on consistency and quality. For the first time ever, I did not experience this. I ordered coffee americano - which came out quickly as this location was not busy on a Saturday at 915am. I took a sip and it was like drinking hot dishwater. I brought it back and asked if it could be remade, which to their credit, the employees immediately did. They even added in a shot to help. But it was still extremely weak. I noticed one or two others on Yelp have commented that the coffee seems diluted, and I would have to agree. My wife's coffee could have been stronger as well. We could not stay longer so we dumped it and left. Another observation is that the sweeteners and cream are no longer accessible - you have to ask for it - maybe this is something new for Starbucks or perhaps just this location - but other independent coffee shops don't do this in my experience. Will try another Starbucks and compare, but cannot recommend this one unless they were just having a bad day or made a bad/weak batch of coffee and I got a double dose. read more

Unfortunately the service at this Starbucks have declined. A lot. The line is always circling the building because the service is so slow. They can't get the orders right, constantly making the wrong things or the wrong way. They are always out of things but never seem to know that they are out of it until it's time to pay. They don't know how to use the points and redeem for free drinks. This is such a convenient location for us but we will have to elsewhere at this point where service is better. read more

I got the 2014 espresso mug with the intention of having it filled every morning on my way to work. This morning I was feeling stuffy so I wanted a chai latte. Because I wasn't sure if it would be a qualifying latte, I was prepared to pay for it. My barrista called Tim over to get a definitive answer which was since it's *supposed* to be an espresso drink it wasn't qualifying. Anywhere else on the planet that would mean pay up and I was prepared to (I figured once I get the stuffiness out, I'd get my usual skinny sugarfree hazelnut latte at lunch), but for Tim the explanation was just to let me know for future reference-- he made it work. I am enjoying coming in daily. I sit in the same spot while waiting for my refill and everyone is very friendly. Love this! read more

This location use to rock a latte. Since the remodel, they have a completely different staff and what appears to be new management. The manager is very unfriendly, not greeting you, and basically throwing your drink in your face. The service is terribly slow from the very start. I usually come here in the mornings and to buy my pounds of whole bean coffee and it is super convenient! But the reason YOU should come to this location is the service! The baristas really know their stuff and know my family by name, so I can only assume that they recognize all of their regulars! I came back here yesterday for the first time since I met my bf almost 5 years ago! Can you believe that it's been that long? I can hardly... Anyway, we have driven by this location so many times but we never thought about stopping there after our first "date." As we were approaching it, I told bf, "Let's stop!" He had already stopped, but being the accommodating guy he is, he swiftly made a U-turn and we were pulling in. He even parked in the same spot that I did that afternoon from many moons ago (I have to go by what he says, because I honestly don't recall where I parked, haha). We brought our laptops, because we're both studying for various things. After getting our venti caffe latte with an extra espresso shot (his) and tall green tea latte with an extra scoop of matcha and 1 (instead of 3) shots of syrup (mine), we plopped down at a table (us being the only other customers in the coffee shop besides one other guy on his laptop). I downed my latte pretty quickly, after removing the lid to get the lava-hot milk down to a swallowable temperature. I was trying to use the internet and the connection kept cutting in and out. After feeling restless without something to entertain me, we left after about spending 20 minutes or so. This was annoying so I knocked off a star. But this Starbucks delivers the experience that you would expect from this coffee shop chain. Don't come looking for a local hipster joint, it just ain't gonna cut. But this is Starbucks. read more

I have to say that this Starbucks is my favorite one out of all the other ones in my area (Duluth & Norcross). The staff is always friendly and attentive. It is definitely a pick me up at 7 in the morning from one of them. Coffee is always perfect and fast, which by the way, this Starbucks is not as crowded as other ones are. Its quiet and perfect for studying, or chatting with a friend. Easy access from Peachtree Parkway (aka: 141) and plenty of parking. Hint: bring your own cup/mug and get 10% off your purchase! I ordered a specialty coffee at this Starbucks and they gave me the coffee not even half full and it tasted terrible. I've been getting this exact coffee at the Starbucks down the road and they get it perfect every time. I ordered a Venti and my coffee was not even halfway full. The response was "we have to fill standard with specialty coffees" - well, when you order a size, you do have a "fill standard." Never going to this one again. read more

Let me start by saying the customer service at this Starbucks has always been great in the past. But this is not the first time my drink has gone wrong there recently. Maybe they're training a new barista or something. The point is my drink was wrong for like the third time in a row and I called to get a refund because I couldn't return for a new drink (I had gone through the drive through on my way to work). The manager promptly told me they don't do refunds over the phone and I would have to come in for that...which defeats the purpose since I'm not able to get back there and I'm not able to enjoy my drink either. I'm not sure if this is a policy or poorly designed technology either way it sucks and I'm the one stuck paying the price. I guess if they can't guarantee my order will be right and they won't refund me without hassle I wont be going to this Starbucks anymore. read more

This is honestly a great Starbucks location. It's across the street from my development so very convenient, and I go there frequently. The drive thru is always quick, and the staff is never anything but friendly and happy to be there. The inside and restroom are well maintained. They are always stocked with plenty of treats. I've met several friends here for coffee/breakfast or a snack after the gym (which is conveniently in the same plaza) and while they are usually pretty busy, there's always plenty of room to find a spot to sit. Seriously zero complaints. I'm really happy that I have this Starbucks right across the street and find it to be a lot better than most of the other local stores. read more

So Im not sure if anyone will see this or if this, but i need this place to understand how thankful i am. I've been on an "ehh" streak with Starbucks lately because my coffees haven't been turning out too good so i gave it a few days and came here to get one and the barista was so nice and made the best coffee I've had in a while, then i went to one by my work and they messed up my order three times. So I came back to this one and they never fail me. They are very fast and efficient and quite accurate. I have no complaints whatsoever. This is my favorite Starbucks in my opinion. read more

Most disgusting Starbucks I've ever been in. Wish I had takeb pictures because there were flies everywhere inside. The bar was dirty and so we're the tables. The girl that was at the counter was fairly rude and brain dead. The barista that made my wifes Frappuccino was nice but did a poor job of making her strawberries and cream Frappuccino. I'd guess maybe the base wasn't made correctly because it didn't taste good the second time around. My wife opted for a regular coffee which tasted normal. Mine was good as well. That being said the sheer filth of the store was enough to make me avoid the store. I felt like I was at a run down waffle house. They had an A health score but if they had been inspected that same day they probably would have failed. Gross! read more

when I ordered passion tea lemonade and asked them to be sweetened, they were being sassy and told me that they are already being sweetened. But they gave me passion "tea" not a passion tea "lemonade". I had to go in there again and ask them to remake it. It still tastes like SHIT!!!! read more
